Ryan came out and was right on time. He observed the damage to our interior and exterior one gave me an estimate of the time it would take and also provided possibilities that could alter the scope of the project. On the day of the project the crew arrived timely and was efficient in their work. They were cordial towards my family and respectful of those working from home. They finished earlier than projected and left the work area and surrounding land very clean. I will definitely be using Salty Dog Remodeling again should the need arise.

My husband and I wanted to add a kitchen to our basement. We are shocked with how great the customers service is at Salty Dog. Ryan was so great with us and our family. He put a plan together, gave us suggestions, and met with us a few times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I was referred to Salty Dog by a friend after we received an insurance settlement due to a hailstorm. The first company we talked to ended up being a hassle. They kept insisting the roof had to be a certain high cost because they were a “high end” roofing company and that anything less would be super risky and other companies would be cutting corners to make it work (really didn’t appreciate the scare tactics). This company’s quote was a few thousand over our insurance settlement amount and they wouldn’t budge. When I called Salty Dog, I told them the settlement amount, they said no problem, and in a few weeks I had a beautiful, brand new roof with a long-term warranty. The entire process was super easy, professional and quick, and communication was great. Ryan was easy to work with and super down to earth. What more can I say?
