It was a perfect fit and she approves! ❤️ Well try to stop by to show it off at some point!Other than the blanket, there were some really high quality toys, treats, and food options that I will most likely take advantage of in the future!

Wonderful shop & Team - thank you!Twice this week I've had to stop in for a new puppy who's been a very finicky eater and both times I've met different staff who have taken exceptional amount of time and been very kind and thorough and helping me find the right food. I've forgotten that customer service could be like this. Thank you so much!

Lovely staff at Happy Hound, took my dogs there for a bath pricing was very reasonable for two dogs. They provided everything I needed to wash them, except the dogs wanting to be washed. Will definitely go back again and they have a great selection of chew toys snacks dog food and all sorts of stuff for dogs.

This is not the normal review I like to write but I’ve taken my dogs to Happy Hound 4 times and the 4th was the last.I’m disappointed to say the least about this place. I have taken my 9 month old puppy to use their stations for grooming and nail clipping and each time there is always something..The first time we walked in we encountered the Owner of Happy Hounds and (its this lady with white shorty spiked hair) When we arrived and walked in the owner rudely said “what?” As in “what do you want” we instantly told her we arrived for our booth time and she didn’t speak and just pointed to the stations. This is our first time there and we did not feel welcomed. (Owner was giving us mean looks when the puppy was barking a little bit since he was new to it at the time)The Second time we went in there and we had a good experience with the other staff members. (Not the owner) The rest of the staff treats people with respect and doesn’t mean look or judge other dogs.The thirds time my spouse went in and once again ran into the owner and ignored us the whole time and the way she spoke to her staff was uncalled for and not friendly. Completely disrespectful.The last and fourth time she ignored us like usual and then tried to tell us to “watch our dog” when we had his on a short leash and hand on collar..? He was completely accounted for. The cherry on top was when we still had 30 minutes to groom him on the clock and she walked over to me asked me very rude “Are you done yet? I’m trying to leave” …..Reminder she ignored us walking in and that was her first words to us and we paid for our time slot.. When we finally finished she rolled her eyes at us and said bye..This place is ran and operated by the owner and I wouldn’t suggest this place again.

Nothing but Great People. Good legit dog/cat food and treats. Very friendly people. Just one thing why I won't give it 5 stars. Is when we took our dog for the first time for a bath. It was dirty with dog hair on the drain. Next day my dog had sore infected little spots everywhere on her. She is ok now though. We will Keep going to the store. I trust this place than any place around here in NOVA.

Best dog store ever! Not mainstream so they have very natural, high quality products. Stores like Petco and Petsmart sell a lot of dog food with harmful ingredients. They also have cool treats like checkenfeet and bone marrow that my dog is obsessed with! Forever my go to place!

Met the owner while we were there, she answered all my brother's questions with great information. Amazing selection of very unique designs for collars and leashes. There was a nifty dog toy I'd never seen before, a dog sized version of the cat fishing pole toys. My brother's dog is enjoying it! Even a small little cat section as well. Will definitely be coming here again. They aslo have 2 bath stalls where you can give your pupper a bath. She told my brother "we dont carry anything here that we wouldnt give our dogs" and being that it is a local small business, it is their decision, not some big corprate buyers of what they carry. Great atmosphere!

Self-wash and pet supply. Staff is friendly, The dog wash area is clean, well stocked, and they have a dog dryer. You can't go wrong for about $20. The items in the shop are retail priced so don't expect a bargain, but you are supporting a small business.

The Happy Hound self-wash was a great experience (dogs opinions may vary.) Clean, neat, well-stocked and private, which is a bonus for nervous dogs and owners. The store is very well-laid out and stocked.

I have nothing but good things to say! Happy Hound and it’s employees have been but fabulous. I have a dog with severe allergies and on several occasions they have taken the time to talk with me and try to figure out the best food or ideas to combat these issues. Whenever I come in the always greet me cheerfully and always helpful. Good selection and reasonably priced. I would recommend Happy Hound to any pet owner.

I love Happy Hound! Laura & Ross are two fantastic dog lovers who share their passion for dogs by providing outstanding products. They have a great variety of healthy snacks, dog food and extras that I have not seen anywhere else. Great quality for a good price compared to other large chains. They know so much about all of the products they offer and stand behind their healthy dog living choices by offering such great products. The dog wash is also a bonus feature which I have used. They have everything you need from shampoos, conditioner and your dogs favorite, the blow dryer. I have shopped here for treats, food, collars (for all seasons) and toys. They are true dog lovers and I would recommend Happy Hound to everyone who wants the best for their pup.

The Happy Hound is an amazing addition to the community. The owners are very friendly and personable, not to mention knowledgeable. They sell quality products that my dogs enjoy. I love the friendly atmosphere that they provide for both humans and dogs. I highly recommend them!!

Very nice staff here. Big selection of dog foods, and best of all they carry brands that are actually healthy. We bought our dog her one year birthday cake here too, she loved it. Also, they let you take your dog in the store here.

We love Happy Hound!! They are very nice and give lots of helpful advice. We bought a fantastic dog bed that our Aussie loves. We also use their self dog washing stations, nicely done and our Aussie will stay still, which is unusual! Highly Recommend!!

Every one who works here are the most generous, kindest people I've ever had a store experience with and they all have no problem giving me information without shoving product in my face. Because of this, I only shop for my dog's food, toys, or treat at Happy Hound.

We're always pleased with Happy Hound. We buy our Fluff and Tuff stuffies from there, our dogs have loved any treats or bones we've tried, and their puppy pastries are adorable! Staff is always welcoming and helpful!

Not only is the dog wash invaluable and convenient but the rest of the store's food and treats are right on target for my beagle. Yep, she's a happy Hound. The couple who own the store are amazingly friendly & work very hard adding so many extra social events for our pets. I dig them and the store immensely.

They recommended a certain kind of food for my dog's health issue that has made a significant difference! Even my vets couldn't figure out what was going on, but the food he recommended has almost completely fixed it! I refuse to go anywhere else for my dog food. They are always knowledgable, personable, and more than helpful. Love Happy Hound!

Happy Hound has helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive owners that really care about the humans and pets they serve. They have a great selection of healthy and fun stuff for your pets. They also have a very well designed bathing facility for your pets that is very helpful especially for dog owners (or their pets) that might have physical issues to deal with. (I have a bad back and can't lift my dog.)

I love the dog wash here - it's so nicely stocked, clean, and private. The staff have been great in helping me pick out different tests for my dog. We went to their 5th year anniversary icecream social & my dog had a blast!

The couple that owns this store could not be more helpful. I have a dog with a lot of medical issues. She also wasn't eating due to an ongoing bladder infection. They worked with me to find a food she would eat, but also kept her sugar levels low. They helped me find a food that manages her very hard to control diabetes much better than the prescription diabetic dog food she had been eating for years. My senior dog has so much more vitality since switching to this food, I wish I had found it years before. I would have had a much healthier dog.

Me and my boy, Tucker The Canine Cancer Warrior, absolutely love it here!! They have all of his favorites for his special cancer fighting diet - Answers Raw Turkey & Answers Raw Goat Milk are two of his top picks. He never gets bored at playtime because he could get a new toy from their wall of toys every week (and sometimes does) and would not have to pick the same one all year long. But his absolute must go to favorite spot during his trips to Happy Hound is the ginormous chew wagon where he has a hard time picking between the duck head, bully stick or no-hide chew . . . And he feels you shouldn’t have to pick just one. But what his hooman loves the most about Happy Hound are the people. We are always warmly greeted by name, get great support & advice when we need it and feel more like a friend than a customer. If you have a pet, you need to take them to their new favorite spot - Happy Hound!!

Drove from Manassas VA. To come see what alot of my customer who live in Landsdown are talking about. WOW!!!!! This place is awesome, from the moment i walked in the door i was greeted by a very nice and knowledgable lady. I came to look and never once was pressured to buy anything though i had to get my pet a.k.a. Ginger some of the products. I always try to provide the best for my Ginger and this place did not dissapoint!!! Cant wait to get home so Ginger can enjoy the products I bought for her. I will be shopping here quite frequently from now on. Awesome store!!!! Awesome customer service and knowledge!!!!! Cant wait for Ginger to visit with me!!!!!!
