I went yesterday, and I had the worst experience. The cashier seemed like he hated his job. He had a bad attitude and usually they bag my things, and it's okay if they don't but he literally looked at me and said grab your bag and pack it, not even a please or in this store we don't do that, that plus the bad attitude . It's the second time I've been to this store and unfortunately I agree with the people who say that they don't seem to like working here, and they have no manners.

The cashier that is most of the time there,Caucasian with long hair extremely rude with customers , not only that even when she tell other floor people to do things she is rough and rude .I ask for my cash back beside that she did not accommodate me . She told me that she will give me the cash and will leave it at that ? Who talks to customers like that I believe she is in desperate need of some customer service training.

I like the dollar store. I feel this place offers a wide variety of items for just a dollar. Of course there are some items that probably shouldn't be purchased here such as food and health/beauty products.However, I love the selection of gift bags, wrapping paper, party supplies. They also have a great selection of kitchen storage items such as containers, ziplocs, foil, etc.

You'll always save lots of money at Dollar Tree. Maybe 98% of their products are very good. It's best to buy brand names. I just know that for more than 20 years, Dollar Tree has saved me lots of money and they're good.

This particular store has cleaned up considerably since I was last in at 3 weeks ago. It appears to be better stocked and organized. However when I went to check out the line was 7 deep I wanted customer had at least 50 items to check out. Not unusual for this to happen however they were four employees appeared not to have anything better to do except hang out around the office and have a conversation drinking coffee. I left my purchase in the aisle and exited the store as I did not have time to go 20 minutes to check out the usual procedures to call for help but this didn't happen

TERRIBLE customer service! The manager (Angelica), was out back with two other employees. I asked for someone to please help the lone cashier. I explained that the line for the cash register was consistently down to the middle of an aisle. There were more than 12 people in line. One cash register. Apparently the customers are NOT the priority!

Dollar Tree is definitely turning into something different, you can find alot more than you used to. I definitely enjoy shopping there alot more than I did and the craft isle is my new favorite isle to be on.

I don't know how they keep prices so low. Lots of really great deals at Dollar Tree. Don't be confused with other stores that say dollar something else and sell items for more than a dollar. That being said, know what the items sell for elsewhere. Occasionally Dollar Tree sells an item for a dollar and Walmart has the same item for 79 cents.

Only Dollar Tree in Leesburg.Before the pandemic this location was high volume and store did adequate job keeping shelves stocked.Today, since 1st quarter of 2021, seems like they have staffing issues, unstocked merchandise is apparent when looking through the back doors and empty displays throughout the store.If this in the only location available to you, would recommend mid-week visits versus weekends.

Ok...bottom line is this is a DOLLAR TREE so...yeah. My mission for the day was foil roasting pans for the holiday...they come in handy for transport and no clean up leftover usage and some candies and such for my delivery driver box and some kids stockings. Already sooo picked over or just not filled in the shelf.1 check lane open...I let people with literally 3-4 things go ahead of me...no reason to draw out the misery.Stock is suffering...soooo many bare shelves or only 3-5 of something on the shelf..(thanks to COVID-19 plus issues getting stock actually IN THE STORE).The cashier that was checking out guests has been...and continues to be...miserable. She gets points for consistency.If you are looking for holiday anything...pounce when you find it as pickins are already slim it seems.

Decent sized dollar tree with friendly and helpful staff. At times it can be a little chaotic and disorganized but that should be expected when shopping at any dollar store. Great for household and cleaning supplies which are grotesquely overpriced at traditional stores. Insanely convenient hours for busy parents opens at 8am and doesn't close until 10pm most nights.

I guess you get what you pay for. I bought five liquid plumbers, and they actually sell these bottles without a seal on them, and they leak out through the cap. They ruined a brand new pair of pants and shoes. Management would not reimburse me. Beware!

Clean and lots of things to choose from. The lady checking us out today was very bossy. Not sure why she feels so strongly about leaving items in baskets. Weird.

Got a notification I had picked up an order from dollar tree I had placed. I had not. I didn’t pick up yet because they are not offering curbside which hardly seems safe during these times. Now they’re taking money? Shame.

The manager, Diane/a is an extremely rude and unpleasent person. I have gone in several times and everytime she is there so is so cranky and rude to everyone including children. My children may have misbehaved but I was handling it she tried to step in and yelled at them and then proceeded to call them brats. I don't care how busy it was or whose store it is, but you dont speak to or address children in that manor. Honestly its the dollar store not Bloomingdales .

This dollar tree is the worst. Shelves are always empty and boxes are sprawled around the aisles. The people that work there are nasty and rude. They need to fire those witches. I will be going elsewhere to do my bargain shopping!!!!

They will lie to you over the phone about an item you need. I went in and it was right there. I didn’t say anything. Yet, noticed how rude the cashier was. Poor souls. Hope they get better.

They have 2/$1 very nice Hallmark cards and I always come to the Dollar Tree nowadays for all of my greeting card needs.

They are fully stocked most of the times. They sale some good branded stuff that no other dollar tree has. I love shopping at this store

Some rude asian lady is giving everyone attitude to the customers, she's too busy talking to some other coworkers, doesn't look people when she's talk to them, and gets in fights when someone was trying to return some expired bread when she's also the customer service person, I'd say she's should learn how to people right or fire her, and don't believe the lies they put on here they're either bots for upvote spam or liars who work there

The Leesburg, VA store needs an intervention because it's usually a mess and the shelves are often empty. I suspect they don't have enough staff and/or merchandise to keep up with the large customer base.
