After being patient for over 30 minutes to get my COVID-19 and Flu shot (since I was informed the pharmacy was short staffed), I was told “the system is having issues” and all they could do is offer the flu shot. I don’t know what kind of issues they’re having but being short staffed, having me wait for over 30 minutes, and then being told I can’t even get the shots I was scheduled for has been an extremely upsetting experience. I appreciate the professionalism of the individual in charge, but having seen others get their vaccinations with no issues before me and then going through what I went through has pushed me to write this review. I hope CVS gets more employees for this pharmacy or updates its system! Best of luck if you’re getting your shots here!

Go here! Conveniently located inside Target, so I can shop while I wait. The line is usually 0-3 people, and the wait time is 0-5 minutes on average. I LOVE the pharmacist Matt Z -- oh my gosh he is my hero every time I pick up a Rx. He quickly solves any problem or answers any Qs. I am truly grateful to him for everything he has done repeatedly. Excellent customer experience.

The pharmacist, Matt, is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff always greets me and answers any questions that I have. I use their app, which keeps me updated on the status of my prescription orders. We have been using this pharmacy for 15+ years and have never had an issue with them.

Wonderful pharmacist - got a prescription filled and flu shot, which I had booked at a Minute Clinic (forget they are separate), right after Sunday morning opening. One of the most pleasant and calm pharmacists I've ever had - his efficiency got me through two-in-one visit before Target got busy. Thank you!

The worst experience I have ever had at a Pharmacy. They changed my medication without even telling me and I experienced a lot of side effects to which my doctor explained to me sounds like a serious issue and would have to come in. My doctor sent over the correct medication and informed me I could only get that specific medication. Called the automated line to try to see if I can come in and get my correct medication, spoke with Rupy and she told me if I brought in the other one I could exchange for a full refund no extra charge. Went to the pharmacy today they initially told me that they do not do refunds I explained that I was on the phone with Rupy yesterday and she told me that I could an exchange and get a full refund. Went back and forth then they told me to wait in the waiting room and it’ll be 20 minutes, they will pull me when it is ready. Waited in the waiting for for an hour then got a text that my prescription was ready went back and it was ready, but no one told me. Rupy was the only one that helped me the other two helped about 12 other people before they decided I was a priority in helping. Thank you Rupy.

I recommend having Rxs ready for customers who obviously just had surgery and need meds right away. This pharmacy never has Rxs ready and often don't have enough of the Rx to fully dispense. Every time i pick up an Rx I tell myself it's the last time and this time it really was.

Sad excuse for a pharmacy. Used the automated phone service over two weeks ago to have an Rx refilled, selected the option to have the pharmacy fax my doctor. and was told the script would be ready on Friday of the same week. Come Friday, no prescription, and no record of it anywhere in the system. Asked them to contact my doctor for a refill. Called the following Tuesday to check status, again, no refill pending in the system. Started the process over, was told it would be ready Thursday. Arrive at pharmacy again, and you can guess what happens next. Called my doctors office and the only refill request they’ve received was yesterday. I take a daily medication for thyroid levels, this isn’t something to screw around with. I will be pulling all of my business from CVS, as it is apparent patient needs are not priority. Shame on y’all.

Asked for Clairitin D 24hr. Guy at the register offered different sizes and I chose the largest. He rang it up and I signed the federal warning before noticing he gave me the wrong item (12 hr). He tried to exchange it but couldn't after subsequently running my ID 2 more times. He asked someone in the back, who proceeded to take an aggressive negative tone about how federal law prevents any kind of exchange once the legal disclaimer is signed.I get it, there's nothing you can do and it started off as an honest mistake. You get a 1 star review for giving me the wrong medicine and then taking a negative tone with me like it's my fault. I also suspect I'm going to have problems getting my medicine in another 15 days since you ran my ID 3 times.Transaction happened at about 5p on 15 Sept19 if target/CVS cares who was involved.

I was using the Target Pharmacy in Ashburn but since this one is closer to my work, I decided to switch for convenience. It's been downhill ever since!I have multiple prescriptions, and I wanted to arrange my refill schedule so I can pick them all up at once. The Ashburn Pharmacy was able to do that for me so I could take less trips but the Leesburg Pharmacy? Nope can't do that there....Another time I went to pick up prescriptions and they gave me one med that I hadn't run out of, and when I got home I realized I had completely run out of another medicine that they didn't fill! Shouldn't they be on top of that?Another time I had a prescription sent to the Leesburg Pharmacy after a trip to the doctors (I specifically told the doctor which pharmacy and what address) and when I went to pick it up after work, they couldn't find it anywhere in their system! They said they would call the doctor's office and get back to me. The next day I still hadn't heard back from them so I called the Target Pharmacy again. After asking me the same questions over and over again, all he did was look in his computer and say "sorry, the prescription is not in our system". And I told him "another pharmacist said that you were going to call the doctor's office" and he says "no you are supposed to call the doctor"....So I call the doctor's office and the nurse says they faxed the prescription over the day before! The nurse asked me "why didn't the pharmacy just call us for authorization?" I told her "they said I had to call you" and she exclaimed "no! that's THEIR job!" So I'm very frustrated and feel like I now I have to take time out of my work day to call them every week before I pick up my prescriptions and make sure they doing what they are supposed to be doing.

This is a nice enough CVS... They seem to always have cosmetics in clearance between 25-75% off! I love when I go in to grab something really fast, and I find it on clearance! It's a great way to stock up and save yourself a lot of money! Lol it's just very easy to get distracted in here! So if you're un a rush, keep your head down and just get what you need! Lol! I've gone in for 2 hours in what should have been a 5 min trip! I love the rewards program here too! It's the best place to by what you need without the crowds if Walmart or HEB! Love it!
