This Costco is smoking hot with customer service. I had to ask where the peanut butter pretzels got moved to and as usual the Costco gentleman told me the exact new aisle where they got moved. Also Costco finally brought back Jean's Posh Pantry cinnamon crumb cakes and I had to bring one home. Will be going back for many more now that I know they are just as excellent as they were three years ago. Costco is outstanding.

This Costco is hot garbage, plain and simple! From the poor customer service, to them screwing customers on premium gas at the pumps by jacking up their prices on premium to be only a few measly cents cheaper than the other local stations. Add in the constant harassment with being asked to show your card 3 or 4 times every visit now (entrance, waiting in line, at the register, I even had one employee ask me in the middle of the store!) and the crazy recipt checkers who now agonize of every single item and take a minute to get you out of the door! Then there is their employee who wants to push his insane "political" beliefs on everyone and subject them to his insanity (you know who I am talking about...)Only saving graces at this store are Gabe, Jeff, Kat (at the pharmacy), and the shorter gentleman who is always cheery and helpful.

I go there for years just did my reading glasses there they are amazing for glasses amazing customer service the quality of the glasses is very good very good price and come with a lot of quoting for free I love going to this specific store because it’s not the crazy like the one in Sterling very well organized and the people is very nice and helpful

It's a good costco. Everything is spread out but it makes sense. The only thing I have to complain about, is the fact that nobody is courteous in there. People stand in the middle and will not move. There is no sense of right away its just push through the crowd. Other than that I love Costco. Oh they always have AMAZING samples.

Such a disappointment, I always come here and for some reason today this employee (KELLY) stops me before I go to self check out to prove my membership. My hands were full as I wasn’t using a cart and she proceeded to stand there while I had to scramble to fish it out. I talked to a “manager” and he said that’s protocol which if it were, I would understand. However, I watched as she let 5 other people right by without confirming membership. What is truly a let down is the lack of consistency had led me to believe that, in the moment, her stopping me was personal- whether it was based off of looks, how I dressed, etc.I felt uncomfortable and will be going to another location for shopping. Sad to see this Costco has had such a drop in welcoming environment.

It's Costco so that is the reason the review is a 3. I love Costco but the Leesburg location is overwhelmed. Not to mention it's the only Costco I have seen set up backwards. It is always extremely busy so I tend to either go to the one in Winchester or I'm Manassas.

Costco carried a vitamin product that is vitamin C, D3 and zinc. The product is still made and sold other places for a higher price. Costco now carries each of these vitamin individually. You buy all three would be almost triple the price of the combination product. This is an example of how stores are making products cost more for consumers so they think it is the bad economy. No it is GREED!

I like shopping there always clean and full of stock. But for the past few weeks they have had a lot of furniture and crowded the place. But other than that, great customer service.

Quality of the food has gone down. No longer sells a lot of the delicious snack like before. Current foods and snacks do not taste the same. Bought a Caesar salad on Tuesday that is supposedly pre washed and ready to eat. When I set it in a bowl to put in the mix ins, I noticed a bug so I decided for rinse the lettuce. I rinsed a 2-3 times and more and more bugs came out, it was just too disgusting to use and I tossed it away.

Kevin the manager along with Sarah and Conner did an amazing job resolving an instacart issue. Loved that Kevin didn’t just push me back to Instacart. Took ownership and said “it’s still Costco”. Amazing empathy.

Asked an employee to scan an item for us and she accidentally scanned another item twice and then voided and scanned but the system didn’t pick it up and we were told at the exit that we didn’t scan something. It is very frustrating when you ask for assistance but due to employees that are too occupied talking to each other they make these mistakes that in hand embarass the customer. Quite frankly, this was an avoidable situation had she just been more attentive to what she was scanning. Having other customers look at us like we were thieves is humiliating. Do better!!

I usually always find all my wholesale stuff here. Products are affordable and the employees are also always kind and helpful. I love the food I get to taste on Sundays btw.

Not great customer service experience. I’ve been to Costco in other cities but this one seems always a bit disorganized. Product help is hard to find. But when you get someone they’re willing to address your concerns. So, thanks to the Costco employees.

Leesburg location is a good store to go to. Had something to ask the optical section. Got my answer quick and straightforward. This Costco is so much better than the rest in nova.

This is a good Costco with plenty of parking on both sides. And it seems like even at it's busiest, it's still pretty easy to get out of there without a long wait. I love their meat department.

If you can get in from the crazy parking lot, then make it past the entrance where you have to pick up a cart at the exit and then try to cut through people leaving to get to the entrance. Clearly whoever designed the entrance and exit never took tips of flow from a Chick-fil-A.Once I side there is a plethora of goodies and we found these sweet leather recliners we have now added to our home. And had to get an Italian Christmas cake.

Apparently they changed their policy when it comes to members coming and going straight to the food court. Now you have to go thru the main entrance and try to zigzag around the registers just to get to the food court. This is very inefficient and more time consuming.

I mean, it’s Costco and this location is solid. Staff is friendly and efficient. They always draw pictures on receipts for my kids who will actually fight over who gets to hand it over. The food court pushes out delicious chow. And call ahead pizza for the win!Meat selection is always great but we do struggle with produce freshness as it seems to spoil at home faster than local grocery stores.

The leesburg costco has become significantly more crowded in recent years but is still a great place to shop. The meat selection is particularly good and this Costco is one of the few with wine. The lines are insane on weekends though so if you can go during the week you will have a much more pleasant experience.

Poor customer service at this location. You should honor your pricing that is displayed and not put it on the customer that a mistake was made. Response from the manager was he wouldn’t get his rebate back. Whose fault is that? I expect better from Costco.

Please tell me how it makes sense that members of the same household all have to have different membership cards in order to shop here.And if you are going to turn people away, at least do it when they are going into the store, not after you have a cart full of groceries.

If you think Costco is all about buying gallons of mayonnaise at at time, you’re only partially right. Our family eats an ungodly amount of goldfish crackers so Costco does us right. But, lurking in the shelves is a brand called Kirkland Signature, an unassuming generic brand that is, in, fact a luxury brand that is priced lower than the cheapest version of so many things you didn’t know that you loved. Costco finds the highest quality food and then prices them crazy low. Totally worth the membership just for that

I don't leave a lot of negative reviews but this Costco gets one. Their prices are very high and they shouldn't be. The whole point of the membership is so you can save money. Being slightly cheaper than other non-member stores is not how they're supposed to work. I assume they get away with it because everything in this area is so overpriced. I wouldn't bother joining Costco if this is the one you will have to use. Sorry.
