I've been a loyal customer of Colombia Sports for the past decade, consistently impressed with their diverse selection and quality products. However, my recent experience left me deeply disappointed.I purchased two shirts, intending to try them on later due to the crowded fitting rooms. Unfortunately, one shirt didn't fit as expected, so I returned promptly to exchange it for a smaller size. To my dismay, I was met with resistance from the cashier named Rosa. Despite explaining my situation and the brief time I wore the shirt, she bluntly refused to facilitate the exchange.To add insult to injury, I was forthright about wearing the shirt for less than an hour, believing honesty to be the best policy. However, it seems that my transparency backfired, as Rosa adamantly refused the exchange on those grounds. It's disheartening to realize that honesty was penalized in this instance. It leaves me questioning whether it's more prudent to deceive in the future, as it's unlikely Rosa would have noticed had I not been forthcoming.What was more disheartening than the policy itself was Rosa's dismissive attitude towards me, a long-standing customer. She claimed to be the supervisor, leaving me with no avenue for escalation. Her lack of empathy and professionalism tarnished the otherwise positive image I had of Colombia Sports.While I understand the importance of store policies, customer service should never be sacrificed. I'm willing to purchase the correct size, but I expect respectful treatment in return. I hope Colombia Sports addresses these issues to maintain the trust and loyalty of their customers. A very good store very good staff very helpful they really have a great inventory of items here both of the winter the summer and year-round they have more than just coats that they make the reasonable prices and a lot of Staff here that will help you find what you're looking for they have the store very clean and they have a good selection of items for the whole family found some items here today for gifts and for self very conveniently located and very helpful staff and always the reasonable prices we highly recommend

Standard Columbia store. Didn't find the shoe size I needed in almost anything I liked (8.5-9.0 mens)

All of the Columbia gear with great sales. I really only stop by if I am at the mall for something else, but they almost always have a great clearance rack. The downside is that “great” prices at Columbia are still rather high. But the staff are nice and the store is well staffed.

I honestly love this store. I only wish I had money for this store. But if your looking for high quality products this is the store for you. High quality rain jackets, high quality shoes, high quality sweet shirts, sweaters, you name it it's probably there and if it's nots not in store it's probably on their website.

One of the nicest Columbia stores I visited. They’re a little short-handed in manpower but they’ll be happy to assist and answer questions about the products should you need any help. Great updated product offerings from the brand.

Matthew the “manager” spent lots of time standing around watching the line grow… and then when the one working. clerk turned around to put things away so I asked if I could pay… and he chimed in with a snotty answer. Hate people like that.

The staff here is outstanding. Spencer and others always go out of their way to get anything I need from the back or on ladders and are always efficient when the store is busy. Love this store for the clothing and the service.

The guy at cashier didn’t let me use my $20 coupons. He said he can only accept one coupon. Not fair. I was about to spend more than $300 and he didn’t accept separate transactions.
