We've been going to Big Lots for over 20 years, here and other states, and by far this the BEST store in the NOVA area; period. Great selections, well stocked, and super organized and clean. Sam was awesome and super attentive with our needs and the processing of our shopped items.

Good prices but the customer service was awful here. Purchased a drawer and requested an email receipt. Never got it. Did not get a paper receipt and then I was told that the item I just bought was sold out and to come back in a few days. I came back and explained what happened they said that they had no record of me buying the drawer (even though my card was charged and the security camera saw me buy it there). Told me to call a customer service phone number and no response. I feel like this store just scammed me out of $160 since I'm still waiting on the drawer. Go to another Big Lots store or buy online, they were very mean at this one.

First time ever walking into a big lots store. I was curious. But I have to say. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality. I thought it was like a k-mart...but this store was better. I ended up buying a bunch of random stuff that I didn't think I would find there.

What is to say about Big Lots? If you shop here and see something that you like/want, you better buy it as they may sell out before you can return to buy it again. Items come and items go and sometimes they go forever! I love shopping at Big Lots! Not always the lowest of sale prices but most often they will beat the competition's prices on some items. Shop around and know what the going price is before you buy! I highly recommend Big Lots! ;-)

I am in this place all the time it's well stocked, I bought a lot of mattresses from here, the mattresses are fantastic and I give John, Brice and Kelly a lot of credit. They are the top managers in my book great customer service and they have good furniture if you need some good basic furniture for a place. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have good staff and this store has amazing staff. I have over 300 reviews on google, my reviews speak for themselves and I'm fair and balanced. The team at this big lots are true winners. Kelly even had team put together a larger order l needed when l was short on time (which made the expierece even better).

I wish this Big Lots was better, but many times when I go in there there is a weird smell. That being said, of course their prices and variety are great and the leesburg branch even has an entire furniture department with really nice brand name furniture at good prices. That company in general has slow registers the way they are set up. Don't go when you are in a rush

I love Big Lots! There are so many neat home goods/decor items, for those accessories you love, like pillows, etc., as well as the wall decor I found which was just what I wanted, and at a third of the price I'd seen online. Plus they have great grocery items, pet items, etc. The store was organized and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Great customer service. I stopped by the Leesburg store to check out any sales. The associate Sharif helped me pick out a great dining table and recliner. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend shopping here.

James one the associate leads was extremely helpful, patient & understanding. If it wasn't for him, I would be rating this place 1 star!!Called in advance to have him place our items on hold. "Due to the stock on hand & 2 hour drive we had" (Meanwhile, the former assistant manager was going to sell it despite the fact it was on HOLD). [Failed to remove the sale signs, repeatedly apologized & admitted it was his screw up, yet still left them hanging!! Haha!] Completely incompetent to say the least.]James kudos to you for keeping your customers happy & working efficiently @ several different positions to ensure all the customer's needs were met. :) You should be promoted to assistant manager!

Same like most other Big Lots places. If you live near it it is worth visiting to see what is new that might have come in. Otherwise, it is more of a hit and miss kind of shopping when you are looking for something specific. It does surprise me about a third of the time and I usually pick up something then. Nothing bad to write about it at all other than my wishing it had better selection.

I really like this big lots. They have furniture offerings at this location and not just the standard Big Lots fare. The store is fairly big with a great selection of cheap wares with standard Big Lots quality.

Cheap discounted products, store could be cleaner, some aisle so close you can't get your cart thru and have to turn around to find another way. Store bot busy yet empty carts blocking aisles.

This Big Lots has a great selection, is generally neat and clean, & is not normally crowded. The staff is nice and is always speedy when its time to checkout.
