My Supercenter so clean the employees were so nice like always and I got a few groceries and came home and wanted to fix breakfast for my little baby the only one I have left at home I sure do miss my other two we used to go to this Walmart every weekend too I miss my big kids nothing like going to Walmart with you little one having your big kids it's just a different feeling very beautiful day

This is just your typical average everyday Walmart. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting with paper products all over the floor along with other trash and debris. However the customer service was fairly decent considering it's a Walmart. The employees do not seem happy at all. This is just so sad considering how big of a corporation Walmart is. However like I said the employees do not seem happy underpaid and understaffed. I am sick of all Walmarts being a self checkout. At least this Walmart didn't antagonize me as far as I'm concerned with checking my receipt while leaving the door. And if they would have I would have basically said see by if you don't trust me to scam my own groceries then hire more people.

One of the cleanest wal-marts I've ever been in. Store is well kept. Haven't had to wait in any lines to checkout. Staff is helpful and friendly. *update... best wally world in town

Store # not sure. Lebanon VA. Great service, Optical Department was a Wonderful experience. Came in with my new glasses that I had made ( crooked from sitting on.) They straightened them out with no problemKudo's to this store.

Compared to other Walmart stores this particular Walmart was very clean, organized, the staff was friendly and even more shockingly, there was hardly anyone there!!! I was able to shop in peace, without being ran over or even tripping over stock in the floor.Compared to our local store in N.C., this Walmart was immaculate. It was the complete opposite of our stores.In all honesty, some of the other reviews are unreasonable, poorly punctuated, and petty at best. One star review because they did not carry your cat food. Seriously?! If that’s all you have to worry about I’d say you’re ahead of the curve.The other reviews complaining about time spent waiting and self checkout. It is a Walmart. Obviously a lot of the reviews here have not been outside of the local area. Check out any local Walmart in any larger city and your local Walmart will be a blessing to you, instead of a proverbial punching bag. If you don’t like self checkout, don’t use it. But don’t complain about standing in line when you refuse to. Don’t complain about standing in line, at the one open register, when it’s your choice to be there. If you don’t like ringing up your own groceries without pay, go somewhere else.Fact is the Walmart stores I have to choose from, in my local area, are slums and an embarrassment on the community. Rude employees, trash and stock in the aisles, theft is rampant, you’re likely to get mugged in the parking lot, if not worse.But like I said, what can you really expect from a Walmart.

Gets rid of good brands often. They staff is almost not very helpful when it comes to finding something, even the stock people can't find stuff. And don't get my started on curbside pickup, 7/10 times they forget items. Defeats the purpose of picking it up if I don't get what I came after. Oh and their credit card system screws people over

Usually has about everything i need but I have had diabetic ulcers on my feet & still do on 1 foot it's really hard to find a motorized shopping cart they don't have enough of them other than that it's a good place to shop !!!!

Prices out the roof. I can't remember the exact price and lbs I use to pay for the deli wings. It was something like 19.99 for like 3 or 4 lbs and now it's 21.99 for 18 single wings. Smh that's crazy! Always friendly service when you can get it and that's the only reason I gave you 5 stars. Let the record show I don't work for Wal-Mart and I don't get paid to ring up and bag my own items. So having 20 self check outs and one open register is a joke. Y'all better get it together before you loose yet another customer to food city.

I was able to enter quickly. All Covid prevention stations were fully stocked and precautions were observed. I found what I needed quickly and they had the sizes we needed. Check out was simple and easy. I was back outside without any problems.

So helpful, and friendly. Everything is easy to find and always low prices. So much on clearance this last trip, I saved a ton!Also had my battery changed out here a few days ago and was charged for the old battery. Talked to customer service about my problem and it was quickly resolved. Got the money back and a sweet apology for my trouble.

The Last time i was there, one of there cheap bags busted as i was putting it in the cart and a glass jar fell out, busted all over the floor and the manager that had to clean the mess tried to blame it on me so this time (and i will say that i buy 2 weeks of groceries at a time so i have a buggy pilled full) they only had one register open with a very slow cashier so i had to check myself out while there were 6 people standing around that work there doing nothing.

Was very clean . I was looking at a stroller trike it didn't have a price. This very nice employee ask if I needed help. Showed him what I wanted. He didn't see price he went and got the lady that work that section. And she showed me. It was a plessent trip.

The lady in the bakery is super awesome! I really appreciate her help, she went over and above and out of her way to make my cake and supplies for "grandad" really special! Every visit I have a nice experience, most of the staff here is pleasant and helpful.

If you need a good place to take your pets and know that they are getting the best of care then take them to SVVS in Lebanon. They are always so good with my cats and they keep working hard to get them well. They never tell me they can get me in and the staff and Drs are wonderful.

Employees are not that friendly, but they are being over worked. Self check out is a joke because if something happens or you need help no one wants to help or gets an attitude with you except an older lady with short blonde hair an glasses she is very friendly and gies out of her way to help
