You better hope you don't need anything from the front office after 9:00 p.m. the store doesn't close until 11:00 p.m. and they can have six people standing on the front doing absolutely nothing but nobody can help you in the front office

Very outdated for a Food City. Especially considering this food City is in its home state of Virginia. I've been to multiple food cities in multiple states and considering this food City is in its hometown it was very disappointing outdated dirty and the customer service was horrible. I also know from experience that you're supposed to be identified to be able to purchase alcohol and/or tobacco products and this food City failed to do so.

What is it with the lack of professionalism at this place? 4:07pm today as I'm checking out a girl in red(I'm assuming a manager) was loudly taking to another employee in a hat about why she sent someone home early. This shouldn't be happening at the front of the store but when she loudly says she's "trying not to be a smart***" to where everyone can hear it, well that's pretty unprofessional. Isn't the first time employees have been cussing or talking vulgar at the front of the store either. There's a time and place for things and that isn't it.

Soooo much more expensive than the other grocers in my area. Almost everything is at least 50 cents to $1 more. Not sure that I would go back. It is clean and well-stocked so 2 ☆ instead of 1.

Only con besides inflation raising prices & amount of product vs price is that quite often products have been completely rearranged on different rows and opposite isles than what have been for a very long time and it results in having to search and search to find what used to not take long to locate. I realize that's a sales idea but it isn't helpful to customers who have other things to do besides walk around spending their time searching for items they need.

It's only 8 miles from home which is great there's also a ABC store next door, if you want to grab a bite to eat it's just across the street. Everything is close and convenient with friendly people..

Store was clean. Restroom was clean and stocked. Check-out was quick and easy. Gas was priced adequately and with points price was very good. Staff@both places were friendly. N0 Complaints. Food was good.

I am very impressed with this store! All cashiers are courteous and helpful! I love your meat! It always looks inviting and I’ve never had a problem with any of it! I have had a problem with the deli cheese that was expired when I got it home but that’s it! Great store and from what I’ve seen they all are!

As always Lebanon Food City was a pleasurable experience. Always clean and always well stocked Lebanon Food City is my favorite place in Lebanon to shop. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to help, especially the stock crew when I'm having trouble finding an item. I highly recommend this store !!!!!

They charged me for things I didn't get and I had trouble getting things straightened out. The lady was nice and helpful but the guy was a smart ,,,. Finally got things fixed, but his attitude was aweful.

The staff are friendly but the bathrooms are HORRIBLE! Nasty and had to actually call customer service from the bathroom stall to request toilet paper then Waited 12 minutes for it to arrive after they announced it over the intercom. Jack Smith could do a lot better in this area!

Great store! Please upgrade the self checkout registers! Every time it's going to say please remove the last item and place it on the scanner until the employee standing there watching you do self checkout clears it and then you can continue. It can get frustrating. The ones at the stores main competitor in town do not do that they work well but they are almost brand new.

I work here great place I seen a review where some said it charged you a 100$ for gas well that information is HIGHLY false and illegal there are no extra fees at all what gas you get straight up is how much you pay for and how much the prices are for example if you have a jacked up Heavy Duty Diesel your gonna be paying high price for that 😂 especially sports car where they run a whole lot more then normal care do just wanted to get those false opinions out of the way this is one of the Greatest Stores K-VAT Has to offer

I especially love there fresh meet and seafood ,no other place around here offers it out right like they do , its almost like stepping back in time to a butcher shop with fresh everything. Having said that food city is expensive as I get out for real 😩, so I don't get to shop here as much as I'd like.

The deli hot bar is always dried up and overcooked because the food has been cooked all day long and under heat. The waiters are slow and part of them act as if they don't know what is going on. They need more help. The new male cook hired is really nice and is a good cook. He aims to please. He is very polite.

As always this is the ONLY place my wife and I shop. Their produce is fresh and their meats are actually cut by a REAL butcher. Their shelves are always stocked and their prices are very reasonable.

What can I say about Food City?To begin with the store is ALWAYS clean. They take pride in how their store looks.They are always ready to help you. If you are looking for something they will not only tell you where it is they will take you to where it is. If you can't go to where the iteam is they will go and get it for you.It is always a pleasure to shop at Food City.

The store is well stocked (except for the canned fc brand canned dogfood I went for😕-but I found a good replacement I'd never seen before) for the most part. It was clean & well supplied with sanitizer wipes & masks. I was able to find discounted floral & blueberry yogurt in a large container whereas it is often not at other fc locations. I was able to get my discounted gas also ⛽ & felt it was a good shopping 🛒🛍️ trip. 👍🏼

Food City always has everything I need and their customer service is always very helpful.the store is always clean, stocked, and looks nice. The bakery always has nice and delicious goods baked. I would recommend shopping at food City anytime.

I was treated very rudely. Cashier wouldn't wait on me. But she did the lady who walked after me. Seems maybe FOOD CITY employees. Discriminate an are prejudice against people with tattoos or is because I am disabled? Either way you should not make a customer feel like they don't belong.

I go to this store at claypool hill about every other day. I love the variety and prices. Offers points for cents off gas. This helps alot in saving money. Donna the cashier is very nice.
