This is by far the worst Rite Aid. Trying to refill my prescription over the phone, which is automated, it just keeps ringing. They turned it off! Why? It's 8:30 a.m.. I've tried several times and was disconnected once.The newer girl upfront is very rude and doesn't try to be helpful.This Rite Aid is kept in business solely on prescription refills, so you'd think they would be nicer.The layout of the store is arranged so poorly that you are not inclined to browse. You walk in and turn left, pharmacy. No aisles to walk through, just past the front register where everyone is standing.

Never answers phones. And takes forever to refill. I feel very judged when I go and get my son's and my prescriptions and people the pharmacist are sometimes a bit ruid. And I was just hung up one asking about my son's prescriptions when I was already put on hold over 5 minutes now they won't pick back up. I'm very frustrated.😡

Very rude incorrect information about wen prescription will be ready was told it was goin to be ready 11/17 I called and the time for it to be ready kept changing til it was now 11/18 and my father needed it this morning called again this morning and they then said it was still not goin to be ready till noon called again at noon and it was still not goin to be ready for another hr this is very frustrating and needs to be addressed

Use the online service to refill my meds...online service said would be ready after 1:00pm the next day...when you arrive at the pharmacy to pick up yhe meds it's not ready and 5hey have to make it...ive also gotten call that my meds were ready just to get to the pharmacyfor them to tell me that the meds wasnt ready....total of 5 times and each time I went. It wasnt ready

Was told prescription would be ready in one hour.Got to pharmacy and then was told tomorrow. Why wasn’t I told that? Wasted trip. Now called and another story. Said the girl lied that waited on him. They do have the medicine. Now driving back to get medicine. Somebody needs to straighten out this store.

The pharmacists actually told me, "If you've waited this long for it, you can wait a couple more hours!" I needed it YESTERDAY!!!! I HATE going to this pharmacy with a passion. If you don't have to go here, DONT.

The Rite Aid Pharmacy at Brunswick Square has the worst service possible. I have an infant son who need med and each time his doctor calls in his prescription its always a wait (his doctor is in Colonial Heights). So to drive back home it take 45 minutes and his med still are not ready.However this is a small town so if you know the people working the pharmacy you can get your med a lot quicker even if there is a wait. I will not use this pharmacy again. I will take my business to Walmart. Also the workers in 115 Brunswick Square are liars.

The Rite-Aid pharmacist made my husband leave the store. She said that he shouldn't be in there, because "what he has is that contagious". Then she proceeded to spray everything with Lysol. I've never been so embarrassed in my life and I'm not one to get easily embarrassed. I got so angry at her unprofessionalism that I asked for the prescription back and told her that I'm taking it somewhere else. In addition, the pharmacist offered no discount to reduce the $1,100 cost of the prescription, and I told her that we really needed the medication, and she proceeded to tell me that I should take my husband to get admitted into the hospital so that he can receive the medication that he needs.I took the prescription to CVS in South hill and the ladies working in the pharmacy searched for a discount for us and got our $1,100 prescription down to $220. Additionally, the ladies told my husband that they hope he feels better soon. I recommend using CVS in South hill.Rite-Aid in Lawrenceville doesn't even deserve 1 star. The pharmacist made my husband and I to feel like we were less than human.
