Normally we don't have a problem shopping at this store. When you sale someone rotten chicken that smells like a deer that's been on the side of the road for 4 days in 100° heat, it's a bit hard to trust this store!I personally will not buy any meat from this store again.

It’s one of the best Food Lions I’ve shopped. I would always stop by here when I happened to be in the area.I loved the wonderful and helpful staff. From the meat employees, grocers, and cashiers, each would assist with my questions or check in the back for whatever I’m looking for. The cashier will make sure I’m aware of specials or call someone if I’d forgotten anything.Clean store -and rest rooms! Always had a great selection of GOOD meats, including lamb chops.Easy to find fresh fruits and veggies.

This is the major chain grocery store for the town and the county. It seems like you will eventually see everyone there. There are some local stores with good service in their niche, but this is the best for a wide selection. If the other stores or produce stands don't have it, check here.

This is a perfectly acceptable Food Lion. It has superior produce and meats compared to the only other place we've got in South Hill, Walmart. More expensive than Walmart but so much less aggravating. Clean, well lit, and well stocked.
