I highly recommend this winery.The facilities are spectacular; indoor and especially outdoor. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.Most importantly, of course, they make good wine. Try the 1791 and the Barrel 76.

Really beautiful grounds and facility. Friendly, helpful people. Nicely balanced wines with lots of nuance. Judicious and skillful use of oak in their reds creates lots of flavor, good structure and depth. Whites ranging from crisp and refreshing to creamy and luxurious.You can easily spend hours on the back deck high above the forest and creek, especially on Friday evenings extended hours. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property with an equally gorgeous tasting room. We spent a Sunday afternoon at Saude Creek Vineyards and enjoyed our tasting. The wine was very good, we left with a few bottles, and the service was great. They had a barbeque company the day we were there to serve food which was nice. We will be back.

Waitress seemed really uninterested is our business. She seemed more focused on flirting to get a tip. Very short interaction while she poured the wine. Dismissed us afterwards. Wine was average

Really beautiful venue. The wine is good, and the proportions are adequate. Knowledgeable staff, only thing I'd recommend is that they hire some actual servers to go around and check on the parties.

Sweet Rebellion wine made at the winery tastes so good!! 5 stars ✨️ 😍 🍷We spent a wonderful Friday night here. Michael Tice is such a talented guitarist; loved his song selection. Excellent atmosphere thanks to delightful music and drink. I can't wait to go back!

My favorite winery in the New Kent/Williamsburg area. My favorite wine is the red 2018. Every time we visit the winery we buy a bottle of red and sit outside to enjoy it. They have fire pits and a BBQ food truck but you are welcome to bring your food (most people bring cheese, charcuterie, crackers and nuts - cheese board type of food)

We really enjoyed this Vineyard and Winery. We tried both the classic and premium wine tastings. Our server was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. And both were reasonably priced. Afterwards we ordered a bottle of 1791 and the Cabernet Franc. Both were super delicious. We had a meal from the food truck, The Scottish Pig, which was tasty. There was also live music -- the guitarist would take requests for a small tip. Overall, I highly recommend this as a fun date night or group event. Be sure to say hi to their kitty, Mr. Saude. 🐱🐱

So beautiful!! We got their Riesling and it was absolutely amazing. The main building is very clean, such a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family. They have a large patio and outdoor seating area as well. We unfortunately had to leave early because of a wedding that was happening but this is a beautiful venue for a wedding. Definitely will be back.

Beautifully unexpected view for the area. This is something you would expect from the piedmont or Appalachian side of the state. They do not serve food, only wine. You can bring your own food.

What a fun winery! This place has a delightful atmosphere, a stunning setting, and a peacefully playful staff. It even comes with a cute black kitty that roams around and greets you. The wines are tasty, and one of the best benefits is that you can bring your own food.Sometimes, there is live music to help you get into the tasting of these incredible wines.Ask for Kasey to do your tasting. She was very knowledgeable and kind, and she didn't hesitate to answer any questions.Sauce Creek is a great off the beaten path place to visit.

Great experience! Wine flights are generous and a nice way to sample 4 of their delicious wines. Location is remote and the grounds are exceptionally maintained. Kasey was very accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with Ben and Saude, the cat.

I really enjoyed my afternoon here on 7/1/23. Beautiful setting in the country but only about 10 min from I-64. There was live music and yummy food from a food truck on site. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Ample parking and comfortable seating. We enjoyed our seats on the covered porch/balcony in spite of the heat as there were fans and a very nice breeze that day. There were several selections of wines to choose from. We each sampled 4 but none of them were quite to our tastes so none came home with us. But it was a very nice experience and I would go back again. Just not for the wine.

Amazing grounds, nicely done. Cozy interior and spacious outdoor seating areas all around the venue to enjoy some good wines. Very nice staff and beautiful views. Honest to God, ask for Anne at your tasting.Do you like red wines? Do you like angry, high tannin red wines that taste like concrete sticking to your tongue in literally the best way possible.I cannot recommend Saudé Creek enough!And, man, can Anne identify what you want.If it's still there, get a 2015 Valor and count yourself lucky.

This winery is a stunning place to visit. Surprisingly busy for a stormy Thursday afternoon. We had a marvelous time enjoying the various wines. Wine is a very personal thing but I enjoyed almost every thing I tried. I'm not a sweet wine drinker but they had a great selection of reds and whites. Definitely worth a stop

Saude Creek is a vineyard located about 25 minutes from Williamsburg. Wine selections are very good. What sets this vineyard apart from some of the others is the beautiful landscaped grounds and spectacular chalet style lodge with a large open hearth fireplace.

We visited for the first time on Sunday. What an amazing place! The wines were wonderful and the grounds were very well kept. There was a great selection of wines, from dry to sweet. Highly recommend the 4-sample flights (really generous sample sizes!). Everyone was very friendly, especially Ben, who came to our table outside to make sure everything was perfect.

Burrito says the atmosphere, comfy outdoor seating, and new connections were great additions to the wine. Dumpling thinks the view was spectacular with a good atmosphere. Dumpling prefers bourbon, but says the wine was sufficient. They grow some grapes on premises, but also incorporate non estate grapes into their wines. There were several sweet options, which are Burrito’s preference. Sweet fav was the 2018 Tavern White. Dumpling preferred the 2020 Big Easy. They offered live music on the afternoon we stopped, which was nice. Overall, a beautiful place for some sips! Bring sunscreen if you want to be outdoors.

Love this winery! Been a few years since we've been here, but still great as ever! Its a beautiful place. Casey welcomed us and helped us pick some great reds and some great whites as well. It was hard to choose since there are so many good ones. Casey was great to talk to and hope to see her when we come again! Thank you!
