Heidi has been grooming our senior schnauzer for several years (since before she opened her own place!). She does a beautiful job, and our dog always looks great afterwards. More importantly, though, Heidi is so wonderful with our elderly dog. She always remembers her, and is so gentle and careful with her. I also appreciate that she schedules appointments to work on one dog at a time so there is no waiting around for hours. I genuinely feel so comfortable leaving our pets with Heidi!! Highly recommend!

This was our first visit and I was certainly impressed. Very clean and neat. Owner was pleasant and asked all the questions about Sasha that I expected. She is very knowledgeable. When I picked up Sasha, she was just beautifully groomed!! I'm thoroughly impressed and made her next appointment before leaving the shop. A big plus is that she is 5 minutes from my house in Lanexa, on Route 60. So she is located in the right place for those in New Kent County and surrounding areas. Her prices are consistent with other local groomers. If you take your family pet to Lily's you will be very pleased with her services...OUTSTANDING!

What a wonderful groomer. Miss. Heidi even offered to clip my pups nails with either the clippers or drimmal and explained the difference. I opted for the trimmers. My pup loved her too!! If you have grooming (or other needs, like I did with only the nail drimmaling) needs, you will not be disappointed with Lily's Lounge!!

Took my two pups here today for a nail trim. Owner was wonderful, and their nails were dremeled perfectly. She took the time with my scared to death of everything Lab, and did his nails on the floor. I was so pleased with all of the attention and caring that both my pups got! Will definitely be going back!!
