Food is always fresh and hot,especially the FF & Caramel Frappé w/dbl Espresso shots and Xtra Caramel & chocolate drizzle...it's a little pricey but DEELISH!! Staff is super friendly which isn't a good thing if you're in a hurry at a very busy Truckstop!! 🤷🏼‍♀️*need more options for recommended items*

I am a truck Driver. I walked into McDonald's. I ordered one Fish Sandwich. They served me a cold rubbery, greasy, obviously very old Filet. I took it back to them, i ask "what do you have fresh" He said, "the quarter pounder" "should be fresh". I said ok, could i get that instead.I then got served a box with mustard all over it and i mean, ALL over it! The worst part is, it was dripping with so much grease that it was leaking out of the container, out of the bag and into the table. Being a truck Driver, my choices of where i eat and get to park for the night is very limited. Thank you Subway for saving me!This McDonald's clearly does not care if you get sick off bad fish.Proceed with caution.Manager did give me my money back for the fish. Thanks, i think. 🤔

They need to patch this pothole before i update a review. It’s a hazard and is almost causing accidents. It’s been like this for two months. Unprecedentedly low income pavement quality for a loves. If this pothole gets any deeper it’s going to cause a trailer to flip if the are loaded top heavy. It’s almost half a semi tire deep as it is.

Says they open at 5, they definitely weren't open when we came through, per the store they open at 6...its sad a restaurant at a truck stop isn't open 24 hrs for ya know THE TRUCK DRIVERS!!

Not sure if they were short staffed but there were only myself and another car in the drive-thru. Took longer than I expected to order and then just as long to receive our food. Food wasn't bad but took a little while to get. The way the person was speaking to us on the speaker, made us feel like we should've been done ordering, or we were an inconvenience. But we had a long trip and we're already there so we waited

This has been multiple times I have been to this particular McDonald's and even tho the site says they are opne 24 hours since they are at a truck stop this is not so. I usually try and order biscuits for all of my coworkers on my way to work. I have placed online orders just to sit and wait as the only one in the drive-thru for Noone to acknowledge that I'm here. I've called inside and no answer at times. I am honestly very disappointed with the customer service at this location and hope McDonald's can get their act together for their sake.

Not the best McDonald's I've been to. Food was slow to come out, restaurant didn't feel as clean as it could have. Something about the layout made it feel super tight... not really sure why, it just did. Plus, there were a few strange people there. Not really the fault of the owners of this establishment, but a factor present in the environment. Food was standard McDonald's fare. The McDouble was good as always.Parking: Adequate parking.

Came in for a quick bite,The place was filthy, trash overflowing!They clear out orders before they are made to produce a better time rating, causing confusion on which order you should be getting because they are out of order! Food wasn't very good

This place is disorganized from the setup of the store on down. Lambsburg mcdonalds has thr bussiness from the truck stop. It has the potential to be one of the very best profitable stores in the area. But lack of help and very long waits in the drive tru and cold or old food after you wait 15 mins is going kill them everytime. From the time you order till you receive your food should be no more then 5 mins on a busy day.

Employees wouldnt engage. Stood at register for 5 minutes being ignored. They closed register only using kiosks. Took 25 minutes for order. 3 burgers and fries. Drink wrong. Large fry half full loaded with half a box of salt and cold and soggy. Employees just loly gaging not a care in the world. Burgers were cold. Order 899. 5 14 23 I d be happy to also send you a picture of four of your employees standing outback messing around while the dining area is slammed with customers.

Ordered a gallon of unsweetened tea on the app at 6:28. Received it at 6:50. Told at the 10 minute mark they had to make the tea.It was very disorganized. Half of the tiny dining room was closed off. The manager told a customer, "they asked her to come back because they needed her, but she needs more older people."

I stopped on 5/12/23, at around 930pm. The food took around 20 minutes. The 5 stars are for the guy working there, who appeared to be on his own. He was hustling, bouncing from window to window, and the counter. I think he was cooking as well. With all that, the guy still had a big smile on his face and could not have been nicer. Whoever owns/manages this place, double that man's salary.

Used the drive thru. Big mistake. Took at least 25 minutes from the time of ordering until we received our cold food. Through the window I only saw kids (teenagers?) working inside. Laughing and joking around. Certainly not working. I think they desperately needed some adult supervision . The entire line of cars I was in took forever to receive their orders.

I went in to grab something to eat. I ordered at the kiosk. I ordered 2 quarter pounds with cheese and a large drink with light ice. I was handed a drink the was not full. I asked if she could fill it up to the top. The woman told me that since I ordered light ice that would be it. Very Rude! I told her that was BS! Other McD’s would have topped off the drink for me!!!
