The staff were amazing! Unfortunately I had to bring an abandoned dog in, and it broke my heart to see. They had such compassion. They made me feel comfortable knowing they were just going to love on this dog. I pray the owner steps forward or a good home is found. Thank you to the 2 ladies that helped out.

We took a dog we'd found into them on a Saturday. The establishment was clean and smelled clean. The initial main focus of the staff was the dog. They immediately donned a leash on him and gave him a quick "once over." They took our information and took the dog to the back. We gave them the food and toys and leash we'd bought as a donation. At the end of our visit, they gave us a business card with their information printed on it and the receptionist gave us her first name for reference purposes. We weren't back home 20 minutes when my phone rang and it was the receptionist calling us back. The dog had been microchipped and they were able to identify his parents! Great staff, great skills, and an INTENSE passion for animals, period! God bless places like this!

The personal here is friendly, and the shelter is clean. We came to see a dog and a cat. The cat was taken out of the cage, and we were able to interact with her. The doggy was taken out of his kennel, and we spent some time with him in a visit room. After we filled the papers, in a few days, we got a phone call with the decision for adoption. During the adoption process, the medical records of the puppy and kitten were explained to us, the contract was signed, and we took them home.

I adopted a wonderful tri-color hound that I named Stella from the Regional Animal Shelter. I can't say enough good things about all the people there. Every person was kind, helpful and did their best to help me through all the paperwork and vet procedures. Stella is a perfect companion dog for me and I appreciate the help everybody gave me.

Went there to adopt one specific cat. Wasn't told I wouldn't be able to adopt if all my pets were not current on rabies. I was behind as I had broken my wrist and had not been able to drive. Ran around like crazy and got everyone caught up by the next week. Cat was still available. Called to let them know and she said she would verify my info and that the adoption supervisor was out that day. Waited a couple days, never heard anything from anybody. Next I know the cat has been adopted. I was never even contacted again. It's no wonder people don't go to shelters. U have to sign your life away to be humiliated. I spend a lot of money on my animals. They r very well taken care of. I hope the kitty got as good of a home as he would have had with me

Was trying to find my dog that ran away, thank goodness she came home. Went they're trying to find her. The place is nice and clean, and they really care about the animals. May return to adopt a kitty.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.WE ADOPTED A DOG.HE WAS TAKEN CARE OF FULLY AND THEY ARRANGED FOR VET FOR ALL HE NEEDED.THE FEES WERE VERY REASONABLE.WE LOVE HIM.

they were nice people. They helped me to figure out what to do with my cat who just got spayed about a week ago. They gave me detailed instructions on how to care for her. Surgery and after. She is doing quite well now and running around the house.

An excellent place to go if you're looking to adopt a pet. I volunteered over 70 hours of my time working their for no profit. They're also a humane shelter, one that doesn't euthanize their animals after 5 days. They only do so if more room is an absolute necessity.

We did our first adoption a week ago and all of the people at the shelter were great to work with and answered all my questions. They really care about the animals and the shelter was very clean. Buzz said to say hi to everyone.

Nice people I got a dog a lab and greyhound and he is out of control he broke my window on my door I would bring him back but I would loss the money I spent on him so I guess I have to deal with him
