Can come an hour early to pickup load. Had 0800 appointment got here at 0735. Didn’t get in until 0815. Only 2 trucks ahead of me. Slow in the guard shack.Got a door 20 mins later. Took them 2.5 hrs to load. Now in this line to get paperwork. Been in line 15 mins already.Delivery this evening at 1700 in Dunn NC.The reason they got 3 stars is because 2 regular bathrooms inside.Axle out on scales on site.From I 295 better to take us 360 all the way to RT 30 (King William Rd) and make right then right on 613 Dunluce.If you come that way there’s a little fuel stop easy to get in if your timing is right at the corner of US 360 and art 30.Turn into Fuelstop from US 360 then leave the Fuelstop to hit rt 30. (If you’re going to stop at the Fuelstop).

Worse shipper ever, they don’t care about your time. They will take all the time to load you and once they finish loading you have to wait for hours for bills, 5 hours since I checked in and still here. Never come here and not to mention they lock the bathroom for drivers

Truck driver should stop picking up load at this place. They give you dock and make you stay forever to load your trailer. I guess when they find no driver wants to pick up load from them, they will change how they work. Wasting people time.

I was told my load was pre loaded but with traffic I got here 10 min late. Now they got me waiting here for 4 hours. You keep getting the run around about when they we be finished loading your trailer. I suggest taking a nap once you begin your wait time.

Traffic backed up onto the street and the geniuses in the guard shack only use 1 lane for check ins. I finally get in and they're having a personal conversation across the office.Honestly it's not that bad once you get past the guard shack but that made me so mad I'm giving them a low rating.

Not sure what the guy was talking about the woman with the ear buds , didn't see that this trip but did drop and hook in a timely manner. People friendly. Scales are a hoot , no number , you just type in the letters and hit enter then your truck number and hit enter to get your weight. No print out

Ok I agree with with these post what a joke. this is the real problem with the supply chain. Don't call for a load to be picked up with an appointment . If your not ready!!! They are actually pulling products off racks then loading trucks that why it's takes them so long. No staging of freight .all on our time and our dime. There is a dot regulation that they only have 2 hours and they don't follow it . Like many others

1 hour to check in, only 40 minutes to load and then 1.5 hours to check out. They have the guards do everything because there shipping office is to lazy to do it. Guard was nice but they have 1 guy doing 3 jobs. Avoid this place if you can, I will never be back!!

- 5 Stars. O/O's or Company drivers...be prepared to be here for awhile. Driver was told that 11 am was appointment by Broker. Appointment was actually 7 am. He has been there 6 hours now. There is still a lot of other driver's waiting to be loaded as well. We will not be coming back here. EVER.

I come in and out of this place multiple times every day, so my experience will be very different from everyone else. I've always found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. This is not open to the general public. You must have a purpose for being here. Picking up a load or delivering a load or conducting some type of business. If live loading, be prepared to sit for a while. They do a lot of drop and hook. If you're nice to the yard jockies, they'll be very helpful. If you're snotty to them, you might as well be ready to sit for a bit.

When I read the review I was afraid because I was goin to be late 2 hours for delivery, turns out they didn’t care I got a door right away and I can’t tell you how fast the unloading was because I just backed in. Only 2 trucks here and I’m one of them

In a dock immediately, but waited 4 hours to be loaded, yard jockey knocked on my door, I pulled out only to find my trailer empty!!! Go in ask shipping clerk what's going on she tell me that unfortunately I was at the wrong warehouse!!! She said that the guard should caught, but she is the one that gave me a door!!!I am not at the wrong warehouse they just don't what they are doing!!!

Worst place ever!!! Had a 9am appt, arrived there at 8;30am and was out at 3:30pm. Worst customer service, they didn't even wanted to talk to my driver and when he asked them to print one piece of paper for him they said " We don't print anything for anyone or anybody!" Don't send you trucks here!!! If there was an option for minus 5 stars even that wouldn't be enough to describe how bad they are at everything!

If you a OTR driver need to think twice to go and pick up a load over there,they will take 8 hours plus to get you loaded,if you ask why is taking so long they replay will be that they don't know why and it will be done when itsi done!!!If you dare to go make sure you pack lunch an dinner and an extra pack of smokes I you want to be confident for that 8 hours plus load!!"Never Again"Cheers...

I would give zero if they would let me. The problem with this place is the personal in the guard shack. They dont know what they are doing. When it takes 25 mins to check out each truck and they already have your paperwork its crazy and they are very rude. Being nice here gets you no where. Refusing to pick up here again

Great workers at the gate.load and unloading trucks are fast.you can sleep here if you run out of hours.just stay out of the way of the yard jocks.they are helpful too.safe for overnight stay for trucks. well lite just park out of the way.

If zero star possible i would definitely gave it. Checked in 2:15pm for 3pm pick up appointment. Now is 9:15pm. 7 hours waited already, but even i didn't get a door yet. Lets wait we have a whole night adventure here i guess. I bet it will take more than 10 hours . Dont come again. If see this address on my load confirmation next time i will say big "NOOOO" to broker or dispatchUpdated: loaded at 2am. After 11hr 45 minutes

I have no issues with this facility as a whole but the whole time I was checking in and checking out the security guard had her ear buds in listening to her music. Took them out to get paperwork off the printer but immediately put them back in. If her focus were on her job and not her music drivers could get checked in and out at a quicker pace.

I got here and checked in at 1:53pm for my 3:00 appointment. I didn't get loaded til 10:00pm.Thats 7 hours later 😡😡😡 Stay away from this place or else you will experience the same situation. Better eat first if you must come here. You will be here awhile 👊😡👊😡

Man, I came 2 hours early but guess what, It’s been 1 and half hour and I am still at the gate waiting to check-in. Each truck stops 20-25 minutes at guard shack to check-in. I Just read all the reviews, now planing to sleep if I get door in next 1-2 hours.

Loads here are never ready on time. I read the previous reviews and decided against going in for a 3pm delivery. Arrived at 5am the next morning and they were just getting to my trailer, I was out of there by 9:30am. The guy I was parked next to left just after I did and he was there at 11pm the night before. There is parking on site, so just show up and take your 10 there.

Please trust the reviews this place is a nightmare/long story short I requested off make sure when you get here you have the right appointment number if not you will be sent to the back of the line behind multiple trucks and your whole day will be ruined. Please steer clear of this place

The entrance to the facility is messed up where you’ve to block a single lane highway. The parking lot is not paved as well as wait time can be hectic. Good thing is they have a scale.

been here ( 2/20/16) going on 9 hrs to load... a load that takes me home... duh they dont have any loaders here till 5 a.m. been here since 8: 15 pm on 2/19/16... the worst place!

Decent place for a truck driver. They had me loaded in a little over 2 hours after my appointment time. Not the best place but certainly not the worst.

Don't come if is a live load, took me an hour just to check in with the guard I've been sitting here for over 5 hours if you do decide to come bring food and drinks if I could give no star would this is ridiculous

Guards at checking were great at check in... didnt say anything about a mask... but refused to check me out and let me leave til I held one over my face... i had even offered to pull my shirt up to cover my face and she adamantly refused until I put on one of hers... don't understand why it wasn't a big deal upon energetic the facility, but it was a huge ordeal when I wanted to leave... needless to say had to sit on side of road and do a breathing treatment cause of chest pains and breathing trouble... but i guess she knows better then my doctors
