This is twice now with this old bat. Gives me nothing but a hard time at the register purposefully. Have made one complaint about her before to no avai. She has toto in the basket and is flying by your house on a bicycle. Help Dorothy and make her say " I'm melting! What a world! What a world!" Fire the old bat!

So I come here occasionally and sometimes there’s a line. However usually when there’s more than 3 people in the line another person always gets on another register. However the MANAGER is just opening boxes AT THE REGISTER.

The store has a good selection but is imposible to maneuver around because entire isles are blocked off full of stocking boxes waiting to be put away which makes it so you cant get to items. The layout is not practical and by now an established business should know a better way to handle clutter where its not literally blocking off items for purchase.

My experience at the DG in Aylett was excellent. I really enjoyed talking with the cashier while checking out. I went in to only get 2 items and found some bargains I just had to get!! So expect to leave out with more than you planned!!

Clean up your store!!! Put things away! Straighten up your shelves! And do not leave cart full of boxes blocking isles! It's absolutely choas,I love shopping at DG but all the other ones around make this look like the dump of all Dollar general!! It's crazy,I was going to apply but if this is how management takes care of this store and manages their employees...no thanks!! Fix this problem or they will shut down because no one will be able to get around the store!

They cleaned up this location. Much better than it was, but still needs improvement, i.e., I couldn't get down some Isles because of boxes. Don't put the boxes out if you're not going to the items away!

Always a friendly atmosphere with Logan or Sandy greeting the customers and reminding us to check the list for the main thing you came for. I find bargains close to home on just about everything which can save us a trip all the way into Richmond.

Love this store. Very clean and seems to stock so many things I use at a lower price than most of the stores around. Nice people too.

Generally a good selection of products. Nice staff! Just remember they are a small store and while they carry a wide variety of essentials, don’t expect Five or six selections of a particular product!👍🏻

LOGAN Threatened to have my 2 year old escorted out of the store because he ran behind the counter and When I addressed him about it, he proceeded to tell me that I should be taking better care of him then. Clearly he’s lost his damn mind.

If you are looking to purchase balloons to have blown up this is NOT your store. They not only charge for the balloons, but you have to purchase the ribbon separately. Then I was informed it is against store policy to tie the ribbon onto the balloons.☹️

It's fine for a quick run in for cleaners, TP, etc. but it's not as clean as it could be and it has a bit of an odor. Employees are always friendly even though they are not paid a living wage.

It is dirty , shelves empty, countertops are full you can not get your stuff up on counter to pay for it cause of all the odd and ends!!!! The coolers are grossly dirty !!! And the CASHIERS are always complaining about their JOB and the pay ! And on the cell phone ! Eating and dranking at the registers.or you can not find help due to they are outside smoking ! Always a line backed up need more than 2 registers due to the cashiers always saying that the other is broken down !! And the handicap parking is ALWAYS full with cars that have NO HANDICAP SIGN INTHE WINDOWS or LICENSES PLATES! !!!

Great place to get lots of inexpensive stuff. They always have lots of casual clothes and household items. This visit I bought a pair of very nicely priced curtains.

A lot going on after remodel some of shelves empty. Shorting staff hours doesnt keep a store up. But hey that's corporate America do more with less ..... good luck with that

A good selection to choose from on most items. The store needs to be cleaner and the customer bathroom was deplorable (no soap in a filthy bathroom to which you need a key to access).

This is one of my favorite store I'm in there 5 days or more out of the week the people that work there help you out if you need something they are very nice and kind people love my Dollar General

None of the employees were wearing masks today 5-31-2020 Aylett VA 23009. I asked the cashier if they had to wear masks and he said "Not really". So the public is mandated to wear them in public but employees aren't?

I go often but last visit and several other visits the air condition was broke this last time ac on but turned up to 84 which very uncomfortable for empolyees and customersdollar general makes good money and should upgrade all ACs in their stores.,(I should add other Dollar General stores have AC problems)

Very disappointed in the stock and organization of this store. Boxes were everywhere and clothes were scattered, unfolded, and just thrown onto the shelves. Very unprofessional.

Ugh! Where to start? Not a lot to choose from. The store wasn't clean, you can get the same products cheaper at Walmart.

They always have Supply cart in the aisles and you cannot get down the aisles and a lot of customers have been fussing about it
