I love this store. The staff is very helpful and friendly from the greet until check out!!! That's a real big deal! I only have one wish to make this store perfect...please consider more women's clothing. It's really sad to only have 2 racks and a t-shirt display table to offer women to purchase. Thank you. Keep up the great service it's much appreciated!!!!!

Man that guy that works at the king george location Carter he is freaking awesome not only did he help me find what I was looking for he went above and beyond so I needed a vaccine he helped me look for the proper one went n got Me an ice pack and found me a throw away cooler to put it in so it didn't go bad while I shopped around for all my household products and I was going to the beach and it was 80 degrees outside so that live virus wouldn't have worked good thanks carter for great customer service

Had a good time walking around checking things out. It's been a while since I was here last and found several items from bird feeder, gas can, clothes for the grandkids and a new tractor seat.

Complete utter disappointmentCalled tech support repeatedly, waste of time. Several items were damaged, took over a week to get damaged/missing parts. I wasn't able to START construction for 2 MONTHS! Instructions were vague and difficult to follow, finally had to HIRE someone to complete greenhouse. He had to REDO everything I had done following directions. Very flimsy, the thing leaks, the door had to be completely redone as it hung badly and didn't close. They have "braces" which are cheap thin aluminum and another set that took up 1" on each side which meant the 8' width was now 6'!The builder put REAL metal braces along each roof arch to support which now keeps it from sagging. The window cranks keep falling out, I've got to make a trip Ace for bolts to fix arms. Two of the windows leak, trying to figure out how to seal them for winter as 5 plants already DIED because we couldn't keep warm w/o potentially MELTING plastic inserts. Good concept, POOR execution. It was ANOTHER THOUSAND to get the greenhouse put together properly NOT according to their "instruction manual."Spend a few dollars more and look for a company that ONLY does greenhouses, I will for my next one!

This is a very nice tractor supply he people here make it that way. I had my dog waiting for me in the truck and needed to get a few things. I felt bad that I didn't have my leash and didn't want to have to buy one when I have so many at home but for some reason we had taken them all out of our vehicle. The lady there lent is one to be able to keep our little buddy with is through the store. I was amazed how kind they were in doing that. Very great people.

I'm a little frustrated with our local branch. They don't seem to keep a good stock of animal food. At first it was cat food, I need dietary wet for my older cat and a different brand for my other cats. The last two weeks they have been out of both. When I asked an associate about it he said it would be best if I just ordered online and picked it up. How is that easier than walking into the store and grabbing off the shelf? So, I started shopping at the local feed store for the cat food. Now, I can't get my senior horse food. So, that's one less item I will purchase at TS and more to support my local feed store.

While I was in the store I heard some noise on the floor. To my disbelief I saw birds stuck to a sticky trap trying to get loose. That's the most inhumane thing you could see up and personal.

Very helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to take some extra time to make sure that you're finding what you need. They have a completely different approach to customer service than the True Value up the street who like to lock customers out a few minutes before their closing time

Great location. Good stock of the usual Tractor Supply Co items including pet and farm supplies, wood stoves, tools, and small equipment. The store was clean and organized and the staff were friendly. This location shares a driveway with the Sheetz gas station next to it.

TSC is usually high quality. Their fine bags of shavings have been getting worse lately and now the bags are packed loosely, but the prices remain the same. I'd bet they don't meet the advertised cu ft.

Live 45 minutes away, called to confirm inventory. The Staff took the time to physically confirm items were in stock before having me drive down. When we came in the store all 5 staff members we talked to were happy to help locate items we wanted and assisted in loading them. You dont find this quality of service much anymore. We definitely don't see this service at our TSC closer to us. Thank you King George TSC staff.

Went to tractor supply for a part I thought I needed, however, the salesman there was quick to point out that I was wrong. When I explained that someone told me that I needed this, the salesman told me that my friend didn't know what he was talking about. He continued to the point of being condescending and unnecessarily demeaning. When I asked the cashier who is was, she said it was the manager, Jay.However, the cashiers are wonderful! Just avoid the manager!

I buy tons of supplies here for chickens, dogs, ducks, and cats. It would be nice if employees would offer help instead of watching customers struggle with heavy feed bags. For this reason, in the future, I will be taking my business to other local places that offer assistance.
