If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the first time I've used the app to place a to-go order. I Placed the pick up order at 2:12, got to the Sheetz at 2:17, got inside to see my order wasn't at the designated to-go shelf. I had waited 30 minutes just for them to grab my bag of food that was on their back shelf behind the counter.. Ran late to my daughter's appointment because the employee would rather have been dancing and singing about mayo, than to have put my order in the correct spot. Food was cold. What's the point of having the Pick-up shelf if they don't bother to actually put your food there?

Used the app to place my lunch order so that my food was ready when I got there. My break is only 30 minutes so time is of the essence.They left me standing there for TWENTY MINUTES. Then they made my burger wrong, no cheese, no bbq sauce.If they had been slammed busy I would have understood, but they legit just let me stand there while they chatted about some guy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I am NEVER returning to sheetz again. A supervisor named David is condescending and rude. I ordered hot dogs, however, I can’t have gluten for medical reasons. At the drive through it says ask if you need help. I asked, and no one answered, I said hello I need help. Now, I have used this call function in the past and it has worked. However, one time someone said she could hear me but couldn’t respond. Incase that was the case I said “I can’t have the buns with this hotdog order”. When I got to the front I immediately asked the wonderful man at the drive through window if he heard me ask for no buns. He said no, the system was having issues. No big deal! I told him I couldn’t have gluten and couldn’t have the bun and he told me he would let someone know. He was wonderful and kind this entire time! He deserves a promotion, or raise, or something!HOWEVER the supervisor, David came out. Everything he said from the beginning was dripping with a condescending tone. He said “We have never answered those calls before. In the future you need to come inside for special orders.” I told him I had made them before in the drive though and they had always been happy to help. He said “my suggestion to you is to come inside.” In full transparency, I will say, I started getting frustrated with his tone towards me. I should have just said okay, however, I told him “then I would like to offer a suggestion for you to have a no bun option when you order.” He said “well, almost everyone eats hotdogs with buns. You want us to change an entire corporation for just you.” With a smug point and snicker. No David, not just me. 6% of the United States population can’t have gluten. Which isn’t a lot but it’s still something. I called him out, and I said “a lot of people can’t have gluten it’s not just me.” He said “next time come inside” I said “there won’t be a next time” he goes away and I started writing this. Then he comes back. I think he realized he had messed up in this situation and said “I will add a suggestion for a no bun button, we have a no bun option for other foods, so I don’t know why we don’t for hotdogs.” I said “thank you.” If we have ended there, I wouldn’t have written this review and gone on happy. He then says, but we don’t use the speak to us feature with the drive though. I said “that’s not true, I have used it multiple times.” He said “here?” I said yes. He said that’s not possible because the wonderful person working the drive through window works there every week day. I have a job where I can’t leave every week day for lunch, but about once every 18 weeks I can head somewhere for lunch. I told him I had used it around lunch time in the past. I told him where I worked near by, and that in the past people have used it. I then hear him go back in and begin talking about me and twisting my words. He said “this girl said she comes here all time at this time and uses it.” The window is open and I can hear this, and I should have just let him twist my words and make fun of me, but instead I say “don’t you dare twist my words, I didn’t say that. I have used the talk to us through drive through before. And I have used it at this time in the day.” Then the wonderful guy working the window came over to help and I apologized to him. I know I was out of line, however, when the supervisor of a business, treats you so poorly, for having a food allergy, you have to stand up for yourself. I can not believe they have some so rude and unaware of food allergies serving as a supervisor. He was unprofessional and rude.

They need to learn the lottery game system. I went in to cash in a voucher that clearly says take to ANY lottery retailer on it and they told me I couldn’t cash in my winnings. This is the only sheetz that doesn’t accept the lottery vouchers.. I went to the sheetz down the street from here and didn’t have any issues!

My only gripe with this location is that they forget they have a drive-thru. I’ll wait 20 minutes at the window waiting to pick up an online order and no one will ever come to the window. I end up just calling the store and asking for someone to please help me at the drive-thru. Then when I do get my order and drive home I discover they gave me another customers order. Overall slow service and poor attention to detail.

Bought a 5 dollar milkshake that tasted like straight water could have bought a water bottle for a dollar. They also managed to make water look more appealing to drink than this milkshake. It was also a large milkshake instead I received a medium milkshake.

This is the worst Sheetz in the area. There is a significant lack of coordination among the staff in the store. I have always had to wait a long time in the store for online orders placed and payed for well in advance. I stopped using the MTO service here for a period of time because of ongoing poor service. I decided to order today since it is on my way to work. I placed an online order for coffee 5 min before arriving and paid for it in the store. I waited a little over 10 minutes inside after paying. When I asked for an update on my order, the woman put the blame back on me and "the computer." My order had been ready for several minutes but no one called my name or order number. This is not the first time staff havenot called put order numbers for online numbers. They also never put prepaid orders on the pickup shelf; you have to ask someone to give you the food they never let you know is ready.When I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted the coffee, the initial refund amount was incorrect. The person just refunded any coffee and had no idea what I amount I was owed. I had to retrieve my receipt from the bin with god knows how many receipts people have touched.

my group of 5 came and ordered the 2/$5 quick lunch deals, in hopes for a fast snack for my moms bday lunch on the road. what we received was cold hot dogs, thrown together half subs, burnt, over-peppered grilled cheese, and undercooked over-salted pretzels, it took nearly an HOUR to get it and on top of the wait, they made it poorly. for cold, slapped together, and overcooked food, the customer service was great but couldn’t redeem the quality of what we paid for. i think this is definitely a management issue. fast food shouldnt be slower than a lunch out at a restaurant! other customers that came in much after us got their food and left before us. this is a pattern as there has been very slow food service every time we have gone. disappointed with the lack of scheduled workers and unacceptable quality of service

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just stood there for almost an hour trying to get breakfast. Definitely not enough help for getting in store, online, and drive through orders. Absolute chaos. Calling out orders nowhere near in order and zero awareness of where they were at in the process. Another customer asked for a refund and then 2 minutes later they called out the order. Fix your process and don’t take in so many orders if you can’t handle them. I walked out.

This Sheetz messes up 9 out of 10 orders and I wish I was exaggerating. Just today, when I ordered a chicken biscuit I got a sausage one instead. When I returned the sandwich to get what I really ordered, the lady put cheese on it even though I did not ask for cheese and there was no cheese on my ticket. This isn't the first incident where they have largely screwed up my order. Not only do they mess up every order, it takes forever to actually get your food. There have been times where I waited up to 40 minutes in their drive thru despite the fact that it wasn't very busy. Please save yourself the frustration and go to a different Sheetz.

I have shipped here alot. Their food service us always slow compared to the other places. Many times you pay for extra dipping sauces and don't get them. I bought a cup of fries for $2.99 and was lucky if it had a handful of fries in it. (See photo) I showed it to the gentleman making the food and he just shrugged his shoulders. If they want to continue to receive my business they should consider taking care of their customers better and have some integrity.

I never came here without a problem. Their lottery machine has been cutting the tickets incorrectly for over a month "to my knowledge". When we call for help over at this store, they don't even acknowledge the issue and hang up abruptly. Very unprofessional way of handling a situation.

I’ve been trying to give this sheetz a chance, but it doesn’t seem like they deserve it at this point. Don’t bother with online orders. They either pretend they aren’t doing any hot food (during peak 6 am breakfast hours), make you wait over an hour for your food and coffee (I could see the entire order sitting on the counter behind them, no one would answer me when I tried to ask about it, and they left it there so long the food and coffee was cold) or tell you to go get all of the items yourself because they “don’t feel like it” (literally what the manager said). I’m from Winchester but stay in King George often. I’ve never had a problem with a Sheetz before, but this one is the WORST!!! There’s only so many times I can smile through cold, completely wrong orders served with serious attitude before I snap!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

I can understand that a “Made to Order” drive through would take longer than a typical drive through. However what I don’t understand is how a place that takes soooo long in the drive through could have such bad food and service. Sheetz has declined significantly over the years.This particular trip was simply for a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake has ice cubes in it and is disgusting.

I’ve never really had a great experience at this sheetz. The MTO is always so slow. One morning before work, I stopped to get food and no one else was in the building but I could see workers. Another man walked in and had to yell to get any of their attention. It was 6 AM on a Saturday. What else is there to do when you have customers? And I have worked in the food industry, I know how hard it can be but the workers here seem to be very lazy and entitled. I just went in and the manager/workers didn’t even acknowledge my presence. They just stood there and had a conversation about things that should not be talked about within earshot. I don’t know, maybe I was just trained differently but this isn’t what I would call amaIn customer service. Good gas though, self serve definitely helps.

My sandwich was made wrong so I went back to store and asked for a remake. Went out to pump gas and came back to wait for sandwich. About 5 or 6 orders were picked up before the lady asked me what I was waiting on. I told her a remake and she said we were looking for you but if I bought gas I'd probably be pumping it right? Lady that took me at the register was right next to her. Got my sandwich and they didn't even remake it! Literally same sandwich I handed back still didn't have the cheese on it bc they would've had to heat it up. Terrible sandwich. 50 50 chance you get good food at this location. Won't be going back anytime soon.

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THROUGH. Always understaffed and always 35 minutes or more in the drive thru. Most of the time they don’t have what their menu says their supposed to and you aren’t addressed at the window until you’ve sat there for 30 minutes.. only for them to tell you they don’t have what you ordered. Don’t waste your time, either go in or don’t go at all.

I normally have bad experiences here but Kayla is the exception. I came into the store and she waved hello. As I went to get my usual two liters of soda. By the time I got to the counter; before I could even tell her I had a online order. She had it on the screen. As I was paying for my order she went and got my order so I didn't even have to wait in line. This girl is awesome and needs a raise.

The people at this location are always so wonderful. Yeah they might be understaffed and sometimes orders take longer than they should but that’s not their fault, they always deliver with a smile on their face even when having a bad day. This is the only sheetz I go to Bc I love the customer service.

I am a gasoline customer only. Apparently there is no one assigned to go outside and occasionally clean up messes around the gas pumps, dirt, debris, etc. What a dump, I can't believe the regional bosses don't say something. Rarely is there washer fluid in the dirty containers, which is unusual for a Sheetz. I'm going back to the Valero across the street, this Sheetz is dirty and gross. UPDATE: two months after leaving my critical review the place is just as dirty and gross as ever. Today I needed to clean my windshield and of course there was not one washer container that had any fluid in it. Local management apparently has figured out they can allow their station to deteriorate and no one from district or regional headquarters will say or do anything. Sheetz used to be all about quality control. Maybe they got bought out by some company from Somalia.
