I had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me because other orders were being made and the employees were having a conversation about another employee named "Keith" I think. One girl (Alyssa was her name I think) finally decided to acknowledge me and tell me that they are out of mac and cheese. The girl I was talking to told me to go to the front for a refund and I was handed a ripped 5 dollar bill. The lady who gave it to me handed it to me passive aggressively (shoving it into my hand). I was nothing but polite and wanted to get my pregnant girlfriend some food. But I had to bring home cold fries and no Mac and cheese. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or my girlfriend. Please rehire new staff or retrain them because their customer service needs some work. Including that shift manager I had spoke to. Every time I come in at night for a mobile order I have to wait extra long because they can't call out the order or put it up for me to grab it to go.

Very nice stop overall. Seems a bit smaller than some other Sheetz locations and is lacking a drive thru that you see in some. Bathrooms were mostly clean but full! The store was quite busy and seemed clean. This location also features 8 Tesla superchargers.

As you are heading south out of the @$$hole of MD (Charles County) across the Harry Nice Bridge and avoiding hellish gridlock on 95, swimg by this oasis of American freedom. The store is clean, service friendly, and carton of cigarettes are cheap.

Love this sheetz been coming here for years NEVER had a problem until a week ago with the heavy set black guy that works overnights he is always rude always has a attitude like he doesn't want to be at work try to kill him with kindness but I'm telling u he is VERY RUDE someone needs to teach him some customer service skills OR HE NEEDS A NEW JOB because his attitude is not it. Not like it's one been once no it's every time I go to Sheetz for a late night run & if he is working just RURE Very unprofessional

I’ve been in the area over the past few days and have stopped in to this Sheetze a few times for gas and small items to munch on. The staff at this Sheetz has always been very polite and helpful in giving suggestions about the surrounding area. For most part the gas station has reasonable prices for most of their items and I would recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

I always stop at this location when traveling South. It’s convenient, clean, and staff & patrons are friendly. I am one of those people that judge the bathrooms at gas stations and it’s always clean and have multiple stalls. The price of gas is usually good and there’s a hot food station. I personally like the fries but there’s other options. Would recommend if in the area.

Customer service from the brown skin boy with the dreads and ski mask on making drinks was horrible. He was rude and disrespectful. Please train him up to be greater as his nasty attitude displayed very well and is not a good look for your company and it was giving poor management.

Ordered turkey wrap and fries … I liked being able to use self check out since the main register had a line . My food took about 15 minutes to get from time or order .The main Con- no engagement. From any associates . No hi no bye nothing . I have heard so many good things about these stores and the food .first visit not impressed with customer service . Wrap was good as were the fries .

Great place to fill up, just wish they had more than 2 pumps for desiel. I usually wait an average of 5-10 min to get on a pump for my truck. However, for my van that is nicknamed vandesiel I always seem to find an open pump. Definitely recommend it for anyone driving by the small town of King George.

We had placed a mobile order and then there was an accident on the bridge delaying our arrival by 90 minutes. I called and explained the situation, and they stored our cold items away and offered to remake our hot items. Once we arrived and I gave our order name, they immediately remembered and remade all of our hot items quicklyEverything in our order was correct and I was so impressed given how busy it was at the time.

Normally I am more than happy from this Sheetz, but that could be because I normally eat breakfast before leaving the house, or stop somewhere before I get this far down Route 301. I decided to give breakfast a try this morning, and what a mistake that was. I have attached a photo of my so called Breakfast Burrito Bowl which consisted of powdered eggs and burnt bacon, and everything was cold on top of that. I give 4 Stars because as I stated above I am usually more than happy with this Sheetz, but I also don't get breakfast here either, other than today (which will be the last time). I have never had a problem with their lunch or dinner menu, and they do have the best gas prices in the area, providing you use your Sheetz Card, otherwise they are the same as everyone else around here. So give their lunch or dinner menu a try, but skip breakfast from here.

This place is my spot when I get my kids on the weekend. I live in Virginia and travel to Maryland on the weekends to get them. Their staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The gas prices have to be the lowest in the state of Virginia. I use this place frequently and I highly recommend it.

Tesla Supercharger located in Sheetz is fast and accessible. There is even a drive in charge where you can charge when towing. If you have to drop your trailer there is a slot available at the end of the Supercharger row.

I stopped here just before 10AM on August 24, 2016 and cannot understand all of these negative reviews. I consider this the best Sheetz I've set foot in thus far. It's large, modern and ideally located right off the Nice Bridge. They have a liquor license so in addition to their signature soda cave they have a beer cave as well. Their drink selection, alcoholic or otherwise, is so expansive it's not funny. Please don't be afraid to stop here if you're driving on Route 301 in between Annapolis and Richmond. I live almost three hours away from here and would totally make another trip down to King George just to visit this Sheetz as an alternative to a liquor store.

A great place to stop on your way in or out of King George. Clean, friendly, and you can't miss it when driving down 301. The curbside delivery is especially helpful when the rest of the family is asleep in the car.

I can only describe several experiences there when we travel. The last was October 27 about 8PM.The store and bathrooms were filthy with what appeared to be feces or wads of chew tobacco on the floor leading to the bathroom. The air was full of tobacco smoke. Groups of young men were congregating in doorways and the entire atmosphere was one of "lets get out of this place as quickly as possible." I do hope Sheetz management will carefully monitor this store. I cant help but wonder if some illegal activities occur in the parking lots. Eleanor and Curt Snyder

The Sheetz just got remodeled, and it looks great. Theres more spaces and choices. The company added some new menu items, those are also very good. The chicken poboy is the best. Also with the FREE discount sheetz card, you can get many things in sale and (with collective sales points) free food and things.

Traveler. Always great to stop at this sheetz when we pass through. 2 mornings ago I needed coffee with 11 children. Coffee was empty, but Becca quickly helped me. Free coffee. Thank you so much and I appreciate the speedy help when it was sooo busy for you all Becca.
