We stop here every time we are in King George cleaning gutters. Their hot food is delicious, we always buy snacks and energy drinks when we visit. The bathroom is convenient.

They don't give you receipts so that makes me feel uneasy after I paid for something but don't have a receipt when walking out the door. Food is okay. The sour cream is very very thin and watery and they charge an extra .60 for it. Otherwise it's okay. I like the drinks they offer and breakfast items.

Did a online order . The pick up order was due to be ready in 13 min . I arrived about 20 min later and still had to wait an additional 15 min for food that was poorly made at best . Lesson learned .

I would give this place a zero if possible. I just ordered a 2 for $4 breakfast croissant sandwich. Picture shows it with bacon cheese and an egg. Doesn't let you modify or add anything to the sandwich. Get into my car and there is no egg on either sandwich. I go back inside and wait for 5 minutes for someone to finally come over as there is only one lady behind the counter. She proceeds to tell me that I didn't order it with egg on it and that I would have had to add that on. It doesn't come with egg?! What kind of a breakfast sandwich shows a picture with an egg on it and then doesn't let you change it or add anything on to it?! Asked her how I would add an egg when the kiosk didn't give me the option and she was So backed up she couldn't give me an answer. So livid. I will never be returning to this Sheetz again because they are misleading and don't value their customers. Will be sticking to Dash In and Wawa where I know the food will be fantastic and they will be properly staffed. This sad excuse for a breakfast is going straight into the trash. Do not go to this Sheetz!!!

Sheetz is always a great experience! Been going to Sheetz for many years, always very clean, super service, great made to order food and espresso beverages. Great gas prices, always at least .20 less a gallon then anywhere else, plus .3 extra off a gallon if you are a rewards members.

They have mice in their store I was in there today getting coffee and there was a mouse 🐁 right there on the donut case I just walked out that's disgusting never going back

Stopped at this location for a late-night coffee & snack on the way home from a wedding, and was very pleased with the friendliness of the late night staff. I'd give five stars, but my bagel sandwich was a bit messy inside the wrapping and could have been prepared a bit better.

My stop there this morning sucked all the way around. I go there to get gas an coffee. I decided to get 2/$6 breakfast sandwiches so I could save 10¢ on fuel. Well I go to hand the cashier my money an I said No wait an at the same time she hit the pay button so my card did not get scanned to get my points an save money on fuel. Plus Im Really upset that the breakfast sandwich i got had only bacon an cheese on it cause the picture showed egg on it to. Gross. That's NOT a breakfast sandwich then w no egg

I don't really know why this shop has such a mediocre rating. I should state that I didn't look at the other posted reviews because I wanted mine to be based totally on my own impression. I have to say that we had an excellent experience here. We're traveling and my husband went in to get coffee with his own travel tumbler. When he went up to the register the young man behind the counter said "You're all set. Have a great day". My husband was so surprised that he asked, "really?" and the young man said "yes sir... all set."I went in looking for a specific item that I'm not familiar with and the same young man explained everything to me that I needed to know and even found me a brand of said product that was having a flash sale for a fraction of the regular price. He saved me well over $30.The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked and tidy. I'd recommend this Sheetz location to anyone!

I'm always pretty happy with my Sheetz. They usually have the best prices for gas in the area plus I get my Sheetz card discount. All gas stations are wildly overpriced on drinks and snacks, but the MTO food is super tasty so I'll splurge on that sometimes.

I pass by this Sheetz location on average once or twice a month and its always a pleasant experience. Most recently the cashier Branddie was probably the friendliest person Ive ever seen at a Sheetz (and Ive been to plenty of them!). I was in the store for about 15/20 mins because I ordered a good bit of food, but saw her greet pretty much everyone that came in and had an extremely pleasant demeanor to everyone that she was ringing up. She definitely brightened my exhausting day, just by her uplifting spirit. In a time where it seems “customer service” isnt a thing anymore, its GREAT to see someone like her still trying to bring joy to customers lives! Thanks Branddie! Continue doing a great job, and let someone else worry about the toilet paper😉!

Worst experience I’ve ever had here. I stopped here around 12 midnight and ordered from the MTO food kiosk. There was one person working and there was a line of people already waiting to receive their order. This was the slowest service considering the amount of people waiting (which she should have asked for backup) as another person finally came out and started helping after about 15 mins of already waiting for my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a hot dog which took them over 30 mins to make not to mention an additional 5 mins for them to put my food in a bag and place a sticker on it. I complained to the cashier who told me the two women working in the deli were managers and offered me a refund. However one of the women told me I would need to return the food I already waited thirty mins for, for a refund. Needless to say, I will not be returning or giving my business to a place that has no compassion towards the inconvenience of their customers nor wanted to make it right.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We frequent this Sheetz often but, after tonight, that WILL NOT be the case anymore!!! After waiting 20 minutes longer than it said my curbside order would be ready, I went inside for the guy behind the counter to say we are slammed, and your food is STILL NOT ready. And there were MAYBE 6 cars in the parking lot. Get home, order is NOT RIGHT. A $77.49 order is NOT RIGHT!!!! Maybe the other Sheetz in King George will be able to accommodate our business.

Filthy. Overflowing trash. Wet and dirty restrooms. When spoke to manager was told she was too busy to take care of it. She then ignored me and continued making sandwiches. We have had great experiences with Sheetz in PA. We would have been better off pulling over to use the woods for a bathroom. We would give this place a zero if that were an option.

This is one of the worst Sheetz I've seen. I waited 33 minutes for 2 sandwiches and mozzarella sticks yesterday, and had to ask for the sauce I paid for. If I do end up stopping here, it's always a much longer wait than you could expect from the Sheetz further west on 3. Cleanliness is pretty poor too. If you can wait, drive a few miles to the next sheetz. You'll still get your food faster than if you had stopped by this dump.

So just left here and have to say—- Jess, the front cashier, was super fast at Checkout! David?—running food line, had our food out pretty fast and it was hot and ready. This is the first Sheetz to ever get a 5-Star rating from me. David’s line helpLady) sorry I didn’t get her name!-she was terrific as well!). Getting food for 4 adults and 2 kids is hard enough, but getting them in 3 orders and doing so with no mistakes— A+ awesomeness in my book! Thank you!

I stopped coming to this sheetz.There's always a problem and a long checkout wait at this Sheetz. The cashier acts like she's dizzy, doesn't understand her job or just don't care. I always pre-order food before I get there and never a problem, but dealing with the blond haired cashier who's usually there when I go in around 9pm is to much of a hassle. I'll continue to visit the King George location. Better customer service at there and the cashier moves the line so we're not waiting long.

This moring I purchased a coke and a breakfast sanwich. I did not have enough small bills to pay for the bill. I gave the lady a $20 and 26 cents. Since I got her to sign me up for the Sheetz card, I got distracted, accepted the card and the 10 or 15 cents change, so I did not notice that she did not give me my $16. As I was leaving the store, I could not remember her giving me my $16. I checked all my pockets and my wallet. Nothing in my pockets and all I had in the wallet was a 20 and 3 ones. So I went to the lady and told her that she had not given me correct change. She took my register tickets, which I had not looked at before handing them to her. when I she got them, they said that I had paid for the bill with 4 ones. I told her absolutely not. She said she had to get the manager. The manager had to come close out the register which would take some time. I told her I would sit in my car and wait until she got it fixed. When I went back in to get the $16, the manager was gone and the first lady handed me $15. I counted it and told her no that she owed me $16. She quickly went to the register, opened it and gave me the dollar. Her dishonesty with me is really sick. How many people is she routinely ripping off? She needs to be removed from working the register, where she can not continue doing this.

Ladies restroom was out of soap and trash overflowing. Long wait times for restroom and cashier to checkout. Seems like the number of fuel pumps ratio to the size of the store/restrooms/cashiers working is out of sync. The entire place was filthy. All this reflects on poor management.

I normally don't write reviews, but the extreme poor service required me to write one. Don't go here on Sunday afternoons and expect your coffee order to take less than 30 minutes. Severely short staffed (both at the 5 minute line at the single register, and the 2 people working in the kitchen). They didn't even start making my drink until 20 minutes had passed since I ordered it.

We love sheetz! But this is by FAR the worst sheetz we have EVER been too.Every trash can is overflowing in the parking lot. Bathroom trash can is overflowing. Bathroom floor is covered in urine. Wife said the toilets in the ladies room won't flush. I'm sure that the food prep area is clean though. We were going to get some lunch but line was about 10 people deep just waiting for their food. I'm not usually this vocal, but maybe that's what it takes to get someone's attention. I could write more, but probably shouldn't.
