This is my favorite Walmart. All of the staff are very friendly and know their department. It's never as crowded as other locations. I have never seen this store dirty and the produce section smells fresh unlike other locations. Most customers are friendly and you're likely to have a wonderful exchange of words with a complete stranger. I will not go to another location if possible. I will always be a loyal customer of Kilmarnock Walmart!

The self check attendant was the only staff member to acknowledge I was there. I found what I needed easily enough. Store was clean.

I was just there and it was a poor experience. There was only one regular checkout open forcing everyone to use the Self Check out. The two carts ahead of me both had in excess of 20 items. Poor management because someone should have seen the backup and open more check out registers.

Went yesterday during a rain storm. The store was busy and the self check out line was insane. I was very surprised to see they had at least 5 registers with live cashiers running them. Another employee came and got myself and 3 or 4 other people out of a line and opened up another register. It went way quicker than I expected. Excellent customer service!

Their pickup for orders is the best I have seen. Clean tidy, efficient. The inside is odd, I think they are remodeling. There have been a lot of empty sections inside. Maybe this will change. There are connex containers in the parking lot.

When I got home, I found I was missing a bag. So the next morning, I attempted to call the store, 12 tries, and 30 minutes later, I had been hung up on 3 times and reached someone once only to be transferred to hold hell once again. After giving corporate a call that went nowhere. I'm content just to lose $9 in myself. I live 45 minutes away, so it's not like it's around the corner. It's still an issue 5 days later.

Buying garden dirt at the garden center no cashier as usual walked the whole store to self checkout. 2 cashiers open but they we’re having a problem. I pulled the large bags of soil up and then to my car witch was parked at the garden center(Disgusted)

It is very rare that I do not have a rude, unhelpful cashier at the kilmarnock Wal-Mart. . Also, if they want to stock shelves during the day they should be considerate of the shoppers trying to get through this isles. Staff need to do better at this location.

The checkout process always takes longer than the actual shopping. The employees seem to almost always have an attitude. Self checkout is a joke, never know if you can use cash or not very inconvenient. And the staff that is there to help is usually more concerned with socializing than coming to assist.

The staff ate very friendly and accommodating. This Walmart has more clearance and more items than most. I always shop for kids clothes here. Also great clearance for marvel, star wars and DC figures 👌

Took my son to buy new PS4 controller and PS cards. The sales associate Denisha not only pulled the items we requested, but we went to checkout she made us aware of PS5 are back in stock.. she gladly took us back to the cases and joyfully helped my son pick out his new game system. She was just as pumped as my son. Denisha was the most helpful and enthusiastic team member at our Wal-Mart.

We had the help of a very nice young employee at the self-checkout. He showed us how to open the plastic shopping bags by pulling a tab. We had not asked him for assistance - he noticed our difficulty and came over to offer his help.

Great store.Well stocked. There were a variety of plants at reasonable prices. Great assortment of Easter decorations and gifts. Restrooms clean. Enough cashiers for a quick checkout.

This Walmart is really the only large grocery store near me aside from Food Lion. I have a large family so I have to do most of my shopping here. The staff is really hit or miss here. But that's everywhere I guess. The pharmacy staff are absolutely wonderful though. This store is often sold out of alot of things or just simply doesn't have what you're looking for. It's just not as big as others. But it gets the job done for us for the most part.

Wal-Mart is a very convenient store to shop in. I usually can find what I need. Sometimes the lines to check out are long, being patient is good.
