**Handicap beware, Discriminatory staff on duty*** I am a 20 year veteran from the United States Marine Corps. Sadly, I am fully disabled and rate to park in handicap spots as my license plate clearly state if I so please. Upon walking in store I’m greeted by Pam. Few minutes later I hear her speaking out loud to no one in particular about “who is handicap” I ignore her question as it is none of her business on which customer is handicap. Few minutes later another snarky comment was made about a car in the handicap spot. After about 10 minutes of shopping I go to register where Pam is waiting at register. As I put item on counter she makes a remark “ you must be my handicap customers”as she smiles. I ignore once again for about 30 seconds before I ask her what is so funny Pam. She states that I look like I walk fine and I don’t have a blue windshield decal. I quickly educated her that 100% disabled Veterans get plates and discrimination on military veterans is unprofessional and it is none of her concern what my disability is. Ashley the store manager understood the situation and currently waiting for store manager to call me before I take this situation higher if needed to assure this does not happen to any other Veterans or disabled person.

Very sloppy Customer service. Recently purchased a shirt and got home (30 mins) noticed security tag still on shirt. In addition they charged me for a pair of jeans I did not purchase. Went back and Manager acted like it was my fault!! Buyer Beware!!!

Beware of predatory pricing at the Kilmarnock store. I purchased several items from the clearance display but they rang up at full price. Both the store manager (Dan) and store worker (Jackie) stated that items are frequently placed in the wrong area and that's just how it is. Both repeatedly stated that the items were full priced items and then proceeded to say that a customer must have placed the items in the wrong place. Both of their customer service skills are severely lacking in professionalism. Not one staff member was bothered that items are unorganized and instead blamed customers. Is this a Tractor Supply policy everywhere that full price items are placed on the clearance display to scam customers?

Great store. I've always loved TSC. However, I went in looking for a few bags of all purpose gravel but unfortunately they didn't have any. Maybe something to think about with so many people in the area having gravel driveways.

It pains me to give this store a 1 star review. The staff are nice and helpful, and the store is nice as well. However, for the past two months, the propane machine has been broken or, at best, not working properly. Over that time, I have tried five times to get my 100 pound propane tank filled (I use the tank to heat my shop), and I have only been successful one and a half times out of those five. Why the half you ask because the machine broke halfway through filling my tank one attempt number two. So, if you are being pedantic, success has only technically occurred once. This is ridiculous. GET YOUR PROPANE MACHINE FIXED! If you need to get propane from this location, call ahead because there is a good chance you will be turned away at the door with nothing but an empty tank.

Nice fully stocked store that offers several departments clothing shoes pet farm supplies and related items to Country life .I was not allowed to photograph inside the store, which I found super odd. I had to request from corporate then never heard from them .Nice store weird policies?

Training at the store is abysmal 20 minutes to check out with four bolts that weigh 15 of a pound ended up getting charged $8.99 for the four bolts because the woman could not run the register and was not trained properly also they didn't even know that they have a whole line area of the store electrical motors and pulleys that they don't carry
