About to post a picture of zero people inside, should have been the busy night for themNOT TO MENTION GETTING THROUGH THE SMELL OF WEED!! absolutely worst customer service ask a question get nasty look hubby and I left and will NEVER RETURN along with others, sad day for this business, just another drug hangout!! Ownership should pull security cameras, sad because the business concept adorable but they better clean up employment!!

my cheeseburger was microwaved because the bun was tough and chewy as they over microwaved it.. My guess is they were trying to make it appear it was fresh , drenched in mustard it was actually the worst burger I've ever had!!!

I have only used the drive thru at this location. We've visited three times and each experience has been disappointing. For a purchase in November, they charged my credit card twice for the same purchase. I didn't realize this until I received my credit card statement. I called the franchise directly to try to resolve this matter, but no one ever answers the phone. I submitted a complaint online through the DQ website and am STILL awaiting a resolution. We were so excited about having DQ open a location in this community, but it's been such a letdown.

I give this less than a year. Went there 12:15 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Hardly anybody in the place, yet still took way to long for a double Cheeseburger and fries. You can see employees just standing around talking in the back. It looked like they assembled the double Cheeseburger blindfolded. I'm sure DQ is going give the typical we're sorry for your experience response and I'm supposed to believe that they are really sorry. Which says other DQs are probably not much better when their franchise owners can do what they want and corporate doesn't address it.

Whoever owns this establishment needs to do random pop up visits. Sometimes you have people who pay attention and actually act like you're there. Other times you sit there for 10 mins while 5 people talk and stand around with no other customers in store or in drive-thru. They'll hand you cups without lids for to go orders and then look at you like you have inconvenienced them when you have to ask for a lid... 5th and probably final visit there until something changes. I really tried to like coming here.

If I could give the service a negative number I would. Not a single person in that store knows how to talk to a customer. If I were the franchise owners, I’d be in there trying to turn this place around even though it’s only been open a few months. Not allowing certain items through the drive thru is ridiculous when it’s on the drive thru menu. Employees talk to everyone like we are supposed to know everything and when we question something they just keep repeating themselves getting rude.

Order a mini original cookie dough blizzard. Person who made it not only put the snickerdoodle cookie dough in it. Which I am allergic to cinnamon. But also let the blizzard sit on the counter for about 5 minuets.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to cinnamon yet after ordering the original cookie dough blizzard (which does not have cinnamon) I received the holiday limited time snicker doodle (which has cinnamon) making the food inedible.
