Got a text reminder on my phone, reminding me of my RSV vaccination appt. Thinking myappt was for this morning, I drove the 20 miles to get to CVS. My mistake. My appt was for Next Saturday. I asked could I possibly get it today."Not without an appt" was the perfunctory answer. I hung around long enough to see they weren't particularly busy, and clearly had the time to do it.So much for accomadating the customer.Having owned my own business for many years, Iwould be embarrassed if I was running the store.H

This location never has my monthly refills in stock the employees are over worked and not helpful at all I would not do business here if my insurance company did not mandate I do so every time I buy at the front counter I am expected to self check out I not a cvs employee nor do I get a discount for doing my own check out and bagging

I’m shocked reading all of these negative reviews because my experiences have been fantastic. I had a prescription from my doctor back in February that my reg pharmacy wouldn’t fill so I called around to a few more local pharmacies and they wouldn’t even help me. My last resort was this CVS. I didn’t have ONE issue with them. They were nice to me and they filled the prescription. I have to drive for almost an hour to get there but it’s worth it. I think the staff is excellent. Five stars!

All they care about is making money. I am fully capable of ordering my medications when I need them. There have been too many occasions when they have filled prescription orders without my consent. I have tried to stop them from automatically filling prescriptions multiple times. I have told them either in person or over the phone to turn off the auto-fill status for individual drugs. I have also tried using my online account to turn off auto-fill. This store keeps changing them back to auto-fill and getting prescription orders ready without my knowing or consent. I have never done business with such a dishonest pharmacy and have moved my prescriptions elsewhere.

I went to pick up my rx. It wasn't ready yet. I was asked to wait 12 minutes. I was fine with that BUT cvs closes between 1-1:30.They never called my name. The rx wasn't filled BUT THEY CLOSED THE PHARMACY. This isn't the first time they screwed me. Anyway when I returned from shopping with about $70.00 in goods. THE PHARMACY WAS CLOSED. CLOSED AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENTCY TO INFORM ME IT WASNT READY. THEY JUST CLOSED AND DIDNT CARE THAT I WAS WAITING. WAL- MART her I come. CVS HAS NO EMPATHY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEY SHAFTED ME BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST. WORSE CVS EVER

The pharmacy staff are actually AMAZING. I’d definitely give the people 5 out of 5 stars, but corporate has definitely gone down hill over the years.I’ve gone to CVS’s across the nation for decades, & became a customer at the Kilmarnock location when I moved here 3 years ago.All of the pharmacy employees are fabulous, including the manager, Lisa (hated to see some people hating on her). I have quite a few Rx’s with them, including ones that involve a LOT of red tape, mostly from my insurance company & Corporate. Most of the time, the CVS Kilmarnock employees with boots on the ground go above and beyond for customers/patients, & I’m sure it can be a really thankless job at times.Corporate should hire more people. Period. It’s best for staff and patients. That’s a no brainer.Thanks so very much for your compassion & hard work…it doesn’t go totally unnoticed & under appreciated:)

The so called manager - she said her name was Lisa- is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever met. If this is who CVS hires as a manager, they are gonna have issues back to back.Tried to pick up my medicine since I couldn’t afford to get it all at once . The other lady told me as soon as I had the money to come back and get the rest. So I get there three days later with the rest of the money to pick up the rest of the prescription and Lisa wouldn’t give it to me. She said it was a “policy” of theirs . I’ve talked to other pharmacist. It’s not. I drove an hour from work after a 14 hour shift just to be treated like a piece of garbage. I was trying to ask this lady more questions and what did she do? She hung up in my face! ( I was going through the drive through)This “manager” needs to be fired. No one should ever be treated like that.

This is the worst CVS I have ever used. They are only open select hours, and when a prescription is called in, it takes them days to complete them.

This CVS never has it together. The pharmacy is the worst. The staff is incredibly rude and will cut you off when talking on the phone. They take forever to fill a prescription compared to Walgreens across the street. Unfortunately my insurance isn’t accepted at Walgreens or I’d switch.

Pharmacy tech was extremely rude and verbally abusive towards my wife. My wites card hadnt worked twice while attempting to purchase her perscfiption. She then asked the tech to please try one more time because i added the funds needed to pay for the perscription to her card. The tech in a very loud rude tone continuously refusing to try the credit card again and and repeating it hadnt worked instead of trying the card again until finally she tried again... and what do you know it worked. She then said "K." and threw her perscription in the tube.Your buisness reputation will crumble if you continue to allow people to go by unscathed for this uncalled for, hateful behavior. This was at 5:20ish and she wasnt able to see who was working because of the lane she was in. I will also be contacting corperate just to make sure this is hopefully addressed.

Worst ever. They take a ridiculously long time to fill prescriptions - always “behind.” Never any help. Loved the Walgreens across the road but my insurance no longer works there -

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Told me script would be ready in 15 min, went back, and they said they didn't have enough of the drug to fill it. They should have called me. I said okay I will take a partial amount. She then went searching the truck delivery in the back room. Nothing. The paperwork said they had it. She went back again came out with another box. Empty. I stood around an hour waiting. No one took responsibility and in the end they gave me the partial amount as I'd requested 20 minutes prior. I have had problems every other time I've been there and swear I won't be back and then I do. I've had it. Walgreens is getting my business from here on out!

Poor customer service with pharmacy manager. Pharmacist did not send my prescriptions over to be transferred to another pharmacy to be filled. She was very argumentative and rushed me off of the telephone. I had an asthma attack and didn't have the medications that I needed.

The trash can outside of the store has not been emptied in over at least three weeks. I know this because I am there once a week and my trash is still in there from three weeks ago. And what makes it worse is that I said something to the shift manager last week and it is still the same trash . Very sad and very lazy . It makes me wonder what else is not taken care of properly in the store. Hopefully it will be empty next week.

Clown World in progress... never count on this pharmacy for anything that you’re life depends on.... 3 out of 4 times I was supposed to get my prescription delivered it did not come.. and when I called they had no information available to them that they had confirmed a delivery for me..This system is busted.
