I love going into White’s Building Supply, they always have what I need in a pinch. ACE Hardware in general is considerably higher on nickel and dime items like handy boxes, nail on boxes, receptacles and switches. Overall, Whites is the nicest ACE I have seen.

Deliver not on time and when called to see, no phone call back after messages left. After delivery did finally happen part of order was wrong. Wrong items had to be taken back not picked back up then had a hard time returning. I will say the guys that load and unload were very nice but all the rest was not a good experience. For some reason no one there remembers conversations.

Bad customer service. No show on delivery and no call back whatsoever after multiple calls. Getting the owners to fix the issue they made was like pulling teeth. I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with what we have dealt with. Also reported to the BBB

Great service 75 percent of the time however if you catch them on a day that it seems a certain 2 or 3 people are scheduled together your experience will be a 2 or 3 I believe they all know what they are doing but they are a company that supplies contractors and small businesses we don't have time to have 2 or three people talking personal stuff after they said they would help and I'm still standing at the register that only happened twice same 2 especially

When I came to Keysville 5 years ago to work in a local furniture factory, I was taken to Whites and introduced to a couple of people and was told this was the place to get whatever we needed for the plant. I thought there's no way a hardware store will have what's needed for an industrial plant. Boy was I wrong! I'm generally in whites no less than 2 times per day in a 5 day work week. On the days I don't need to go I actually feel odd not going. The owners, their family and everyone that works there will bend over backwards to help you any way possible. All around great bunch of people selling quality products at a fair price.

Personalized service from knowledgeable people! Cannot get any better--well, okay, maybe if they were open on Sunday or longer on Saturday. But that is minor as I have the freedom to shop during the week. Thanks for continuing to operate. Otherwise I have an hour drive to Lowe's.

White's Building Supply can be a bit pricey, but it tends to sell good quality products. And, the store can have really good sales. The primary problem that I have with the store is how long it takes to process an online product for pick up. Picking up something from the store that was ordered online could take a week (and I only ordered tape)!!!!

Do yourself a favor and go to this store for your DIY or pro for hire supplies. There is a young woman artiste' there who painted an abstract on the counter who is an amazing talent and she knows brand performance in paint!
