Im with 5 Starrs Trucking. I had a 9 o'clock appointment and arrived at 11:30 AM. They got me to dock eight immediately and started unloading me. No complaints for five stars. We will definitely come back here.

The personnel here to check me in were quick it was good. But when I went in to back into the door I made a badd turn in that to turn around and reset I went to an area that I wasn't supposed to go through what any signs telling me not to do this. Actually got into the door I may came out and rudely told me that I wouldn't supposed to go that way I explain to him that there wasn't a sign and with the 1st time I was here. He rudely told me they didn't believe me and that I said never do it again.

If delivering clay pots get here early. Fork lift driver not very fast . Has took 5 hours to unload 3 trucks .

Great. They accepted to unload my truck even though I came an hour earlier before my appointment time. Unlike other companies 🙄 . They should keep it up

Not a bad place. Appt time was 12, arrived at 11. Started unloading at 12 amd empty by 1240. They have signs saying no overnight parking but there is a truck stop 3 miles away(they charge $10 to park unfortunately)

Had no problems. Easy check in although its a little bit of a strange setup. Park, go inside, follow yellow path, sign in and wait for someone to acknowledge you are there. Quick loading

I worked for them for 3 months...everyone in the department i worked in quit within 2 weeks...I stayed and almost filled a 658 piece order by myself...I asked for a raise and Alonzo the floor manager told me they didn't need me anymore. The plant manager and floor manager are rude and don't know how to talk to people...the worse job I've ever had!!

They were ok,not treated badly, they were a little slow at getting us unloaded, and just a heads up, the loading docks are dirt lot, don't wash your truck before going in there. ☺

If you come in time with your appointment, will get unloaded in 1 hour. I was earlier with 2 hours before my appointment, so totally I spent 3 hours there.

This place sucks they are not driver friendly. I was 35 minutes late on appt.so they showed me ..4 hours later still trying to get unloaded.Do yourself a favor steer clear of this place

No overnight parking but their is a love truck stop close too. Fast unloading.

Takes way to long to get unloaded 3 trucks in dock 10 people on forklifts yet almost 2 hrs in dock and haven't even started

You check in at the office then you have to drive 12 miles for the load and driving back to the office to pick up the paperwork

Awesome staff...quick docking...the only reason I went with a 4 over a 5 is the muddy lot...what a mess ;-)
