Convenient, pleasant, very clean and organized "super center " store. This Walmart store has most all the standard, traditional attributes and services offered at Walmart Supercenter locations, including a garden center, auto care center, pharmacy, hair salon and full grocery department. Both the stores interior and exterior are well maintained. The interior of the store is always very clean, including the restrooms. Merchandise is well stocked and not cluttered. There is always plenty of parking availability. The store is located between Pennington Gap and Jonesville on Hwy. 58 (store is on a hill and not easy to see from the highway!). Very easy access to the store from the highway.

This is a nice walmart, but I'm disable. So, I sometimes use an electrical cart. My complaint is Electronic carts don't run fast enough. I'm not totally dependent on an electric cart so I can walk with a buggy & be much faster. I just have to use the cart from time to time.If you like a big store, this walmart is for you!

Doesn't do any good to call Walmart. Nobody Ever Answer's the phone. On the slim chance someone does answer, They'll switch you to a different department and then everyone forgets about you and nobody ever answers in any department. Ever!! This isn't a one time thing, isn't a ten time thing, It's been like this for YEARS.

Hit or miss with customer service . They never have enough cash registers open,NEVER. But they are finally getting things that they have online in the stores. Wish I didn't have to order their casting resin tho. Ordering online has caused me so many problems. I'm still trying to get them to close out my account but someone in Florida is ordering using it so they won't . But what cha going to do right ?

I like to shop at Walmart for low prices and bargain buys but when I don’t feel like shopping in store I just order online and pickup the order at a designated time. Then I buy online for delivery sometimes as well and I receive the order in one to two days in very well fixed packages that provide protection for my items.

In all my travels and all the Walmart locations I've ever visited, this is my favorite. I regularly go out of my way just to visit here.It's about 53min from my house.The 1st great thing, the area is fantastic. It's a beautiful region and the Walmart sits on top of a beautiful hill with a great view. There have been many times I've come here to park for having a meal or studying. I actually got a certificate in HTML5 here one peaceful drizzly day.It's a low pop area and I've never felt crowded, it's part of the allure. The premises is very clean and well kept. The interior is well lit with natural sunlight beaming through a number of skylights. I've never* encountered a rude or problem employee.I can find many items here that I can't at other locations, and the shelves are better stocked.If I'm ever in the area I can't pass by without stopping in, it's like a tourist attraction for me. lolThe only negatives I can think of;I live in KY where food is cheaper, we don't have tax on groceries so I usually buy minimal groceries in VA. Only the items that are unique to this location, and there are often favorites of mine that I can't find anywhere else near my house.*2nd is, a few years ago I once was stalked by a young man inside the store.At 1st I was laughing thinking it was a joke and they knew me but he would literally run away if I looked at him or went towards him, and I realized I didn't know him, he looked much younger than me. I tried to ask him what he was doing but he would sprint down aisles to remain hidden from me, although he failed at being hidden. Then as it continued for my entire visit, and he was bending down and peeping through openings and around corners, I was disturbed and even tried to explain to a random employee and get them to watch what he was doing to me. The employee looked confused and didn't appear to care as much as I did.My hope was the young man was one of those secret security guards in street clothes that watch people on the Walmart loss prevention team. If so, he was positively awful at the job.Any employee, any person, should take concerns of stalking and abuse seriously, I didn't feel helped under that 1 employee I chose to disclose to near the firearm section. I understand men being stalked is not taken as seriously as women, but I had no idea who this guy was, his mental state, his intents, or what he was capable of.I didn't hold this against the store as a whole though.I ended my visit abruptly because of it and made an evasive dash through some sections to then exit the store and go home before he could follow me off the property. I decided to just try shopping again another day.I eventually came back, and while looking at the fish swimming in their aquariums(sadly they've removed the aquariums) guess who I seen in the distance? This time he didn't chase me around the store that I'm aware of, and thankfully I've not seen him since.

Beware they hire store stalkers that watch your every move it’s been years sense I been there because of a certain boy or boys that were being very creepy even the other costumers saw it and told me I’ll never shop at this location again I told managers they didn’t care strange people

I am being scammed and they are using WalMart. Phone note said I had won a large screen TV from WalMart. I showed it to a manager but I’m still getting fraudulent emails. I wish the FCC would take bigger action. I’m sure Large amounts of money is involved somehow!

I have to check my self out and I don't get an employee discount. Wallmart sells enough stuff to have more then one human cashier line open. Every store should have a min of 5 cashiers at any given time

Love using the app and ordering stuff and having it ready when I get there. I also like the wide variety of products they their Marketplace option. You can literally get Nike, Converse, Vans, and all other kinds of stuff that Walmart only has online and is not available at their stores. They also are very good with returns if you happen to get the wrong size. The app keeps record of your purchases so you don't have to worry about lost receipts.

I love that we have a Wal Mart close to home and the variety of their cereal is probably my favorite I would have given five stars but I think it needs to be be a little cooler in there for me

I went in early and the shelves were stocked, I was able to get what I needed, even had help at the register in putting the heavier items back in my buggy. Super friendly workers.

Very clean store. Cashier was amazing! This was my first time in the store. I love how the deli is up front. That rotisserie chicken hit me as soon as I walked in. Yes. It came home with me. LOL

I have been very impressed with the automotive department, I purchased two front tires, and next two rear tires for my 2003 Impala.I bought lifetime balance and lifetime rotation is included with new tires.The service both visits was outstanding!!!!! They take great care in their work and the tires have been excellent and the price could not be beat.I bought 4 tires total and 1 year later I came for rotation and balance and the same excellent care and consideration was shown to me and my rotation and balance were done free today, due to purchase of lifetime rotation and balance.The guys who did the service are examples of gentlemen rarely seen in this day and age.Thanks so much for great service, I will be back to purchase another set of tires for my 2003 Trail Blazer, with lifetime balance and rotation.Great prices great service!!!!
