My Lil Rescue Puppy "Baby B" Bentley, (5-6 Months old, I got him from a truck stop parking lot ) Got a REALLY bad case of Mange😔Poor Boy is feeling better after our Visit with the VET Today...They were great with us and we so appreciate y'all's help with this Lil Guys treatments 🙏❤️UPDATE on Baby Bentley ~8 days after his treatment...he is doing SO MUCH BETTER and feeling more like a happy puppy 😊💚🤠Thank you again for your help!

The Veterinarian took very good care of my puppy. I am very pleased and impressed with how fast that I was able to get him in to be seen by the Vet too. The staff there were very nice and very professional. They treated my puppy when he was very sick and sent us home with medicines that he needed to make him well. I gave him the meds like they instructed me to do and he showed a lot of improvement the same evening!! Great job Lee County Animal Hospital!!!

Had to last minute board two of my dogs since we were going on a cruise for christmas. was assured my dogs would be taken care of and all of the things. sent my dogs with two of their calming chew toys and some gabapentin for my male. the medicine bottle was completely full (40+ pills) when i dropped them off. i went today to pick them up and as im standing at the side door waiting for the lady to bring india (my female) out i hear a blood curdling scream come from her. i have no idea what happened with that but she only does that if she’s been hurt or is being grabbed in a way that hurts her. she was completely lethargic no tail wagging no excitement, nothing (which is nothing like her). not to mention she was extremely skinny and dehydrated. my male dog rico was then brought out to me along with his medicine (that now has only 2 pills left) so around 38 pills in a week which is completely unacceptable. rico was extremely skinny as well and also dehydrated. i got them home and put some water down for them and they both acted like they hadn’t seen water in weeks. i then start to look a bit closer at my dogs and start noticing a bunch of scabs and wounds that were 100% not there when i dropped them off. it took everything in me not to go back into this “vet” and lay into whoever was supposed to be looking after my dogs. this is what i resorted to in hopes that i can help someone from making a wrong decision to trust this place with their dogs.

I had an emergency with my 7 month old dog he was sick and had diharea which was nothing but blood and couldn't drink water even though he tried and when I got there 30 minutes before they opened I spoke to them and said I had to have $250 deposit upfront before the would look at him and wouldn't work with me in any way and sent me on my way.. needless to say I lost the greatest friend I had ever had and had helped me through a really bad time in my life because they won't help low income people... I wouldn't send an animal there for a regular check up..

We live close to the border in Tennessee. I love this vet family. People are nice, but best of all they love pets. I am always more interested in how the staff interacts with my babies. We have 3, and use for all our needs. Was in yesterday for a nail trim in my anxious 1 year old gal. She was fine and they were able to do what I could not! Have all the services I look for for my furry family!

Thos was by far the best vet we had been too! Super friendly, very patient, and great with our Fur Baby Dixie! Reasonable price for visit and meds! I would highly recommend them. The atmosphere was very calming too!

The vet on duty stayed late and allowed us to bring in 2 rescue horses with horrific upper respiratory infections, before hauling the horses home. She was very understanding, as this was not an ordinary situation and neither horse was used to being handled. Dr. Savanna Parsons is awesome.

As a former employee and current client, I've had the full circle experience and can honestly say there's no other place I'd rather take my tribe of fur babies to. Dr. Parsons works tirelessly and puts her whole heart into this profession. You can't please everyone but she and her staff sure try and don't get near the credit they deserve. The Hobbs' crew loves LCAH and are grateful for the care and compassion you all share.

I love the Staff at Lee Animal Hospital! My little dog was sick 0assing some blood. It scared me to death. I called an they ask everything you could imagine. Told me to bring a stool sample in. I did they called me within the hour. Could find nothing!! A miracle in think. But he's fine an thank you so much Staff at Lee county Animal hospital!

My dog Doc had a severe reaction to bee stings today. He was covered in hives and breathing hard. We live in Kingsport but visiting in Pennington Gap. The wonderful staff at Lee County Animal Hospital gave me instructions on the phone and saw him immediately. I was so impressed and thankful for the great care by Dr. Savannah Parsons and ALL the staff. Lee County residents are blessed to have such a wonderful place for their precious animals. The waiting room is very clean. The staff is really nice. I didn't have to wait long, less than 5 minutes. The exam room was extremely clean. The vet came in within minutes they took my dog in the back for her shots, exam and nails trimmed. Excellent job. Very reasonable in price.

This Dr came highly recommend. Best Vet ever! I have two rescue fur babies. One of my furry kids ate rat poison on a Sun night and I got a call back to help guide me on best course of action. I will only take them here, and I am from GA and drive back & forth all the time. So happy to have found them!

I have been a customer for 7 years now I have 4 cats, 2 of them have been there before. Their prices are reasonable and they accept emergency calls when you are a regular paying customer. They saved my 9 year old cat from a bladder block at 10 pm on a Saturday. The vet had no problem meeting us at the animal hospital and was very nice and sweet to us. Would recommend to everyone who has pets!

They were able to see my for an emergency non appointment with me only waiting a couple of minutes. The doctor was very friendly and helpful providing me with the care my cat needed. Highly recommend for anyone with a furry loved one.

Doc Marcum is so great with the animals. He genuinely cares about them and it shows. My dog loves him. He explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. The prices are affordable.

Dr.Miles help me in a time of need and old timer is doing well after the pit boxed breed attacked my Achilles on our property along with two other of my neighbors dogs I fought to get my boy back to safety he is going up the stairs and down and is happy I'm so ever in debt to Dr.Miles for all he has done for my precious boy.One thing though that lady at the front desk is so rude and down right hateful, it's not good for business and honestly I'm frightened to go back and I don't want to have to deal with her!I'm sorry I am very honest, but thank you Dr MilesSincerely Chenel Maugh

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hospital is clean and thats nice because it dont smell like a hospital. Doctor Marcum is wonderful, very polite and cares about his clients and their family. Great place for your pets when they need vaccines or special care.
