This place is a joke.... You can not even call to try and check on a application because the phones has not worked in so many months. You have to walk in to talk to someone then they are not even there. You figure they would of had the phone fixed by now. I really Dont Think they care they even have a working phone

Looking alot better than it used to a year ago stuff was stacked out in eile and couldn't walk though but now it's a lot better shape got a new manager and good people working there now

The workers are rude, if you ask were something might be they shrug there shoulders and with very slurrged speach I Donna noooo. It's cluttered with boxes always in the way, they never sweep, dust or mop. I would walk to Pennington before I would step foot back in there. The so called Manager treated me like I was stupid. Very unprofessional😡

I know it isn't easy to see why I'd review a Dollar General store, but I'm a frequent customer of this particular store because I live across the street. The staff there are really what sets the Jonesville store apart in my opinion. They really work hard to keep up with their ancillary duties as well as provide excellent customer service. In doing so, they're friendly and polite, but never get too "talky" in order to ensure that customers get in and out in a timely manner. As a person who values convenience, I must say I prefer this DG to other retailers because it offers what I need when I need it and I can get in and out quickly while still feeling welcome and appreciated.

This is a very unorginazed store. It is always dirty and messy. Some days I go in there and you can't even get down the isles. I live very close by and it is much easier to go here than Wamart 10 minutes away. I keep going back but I always say I'm not going in there anymore. There is never anyone at the registers but they are not working either. They are outside smoking or talking. I would like to see it clean and organized just ONCE when I go in. Thanks

This store needs a serious cleaning and a stock person. Everytime I visit I have to maneuver around carts, boxes, and stock. The aisles are crowded and products are everywhere. Staff are out smoking, and you have to wait to check out which infuriates me. I'm surprised someone hasn't walked out with the cash register!!!! I hate going here and will drive 15 minutes to the store in Dot.

I really like Dollar General but most of them are dirty and cluttered and you have to wait for a cashier to show up to check you out. This store was fairly neat but some shelves were empty. And the cashier was around and polite. However, despite being in a pandemic and the fact that there was a sign on the door saying 'Face Mask Required' only about 25% of customers going in wore a mask. So it is clearly not being enforced. The cashier had one on but it only covered her mouth😵...not mouth and nose.

This store is my last place to shop. I've seen yard sales more organized then your store. Stock never put up I triped over a rack shelf that was leaning up. This is bad place to stop. Take this store back or send corporate in.........

Store was just renevated...is nicer than most Dollar Generals'. However, one manager can be rude a lot of the time, and sometimes short on workers, so takes a while to check out.

Awesome food, clean restrooms friendly atmosphere a great place to eat. Well worth the money, fresh ingredients and friendly service. This place is so much better than other ppaces like it in the area. Highly recommended

Employees were super nice but the store is cluttered with boxes all the time making it completely impossible for someone handicapped to even shop there. I know I couldn't get my wheelchair or walker in the store with all those boxes.

They were really fast and very helpful I live in Smyrna Tennessee which is just east Nashville Tennessee. Not only did I get good service they also gave really good directions to where I needed to get too

I live in a rural area and dollar general is the only store within 9 miles. It is a great store with good prices, and a wide selection of products.
