I've been in here multiple times, and you can literally walk right past an associate on the way to checkout, and they still expect you to ring the bell for service. Even when they are standing in eyesight. I hope your theft rate isn't up.

Disappointed in this afternoons visitNo customer service every employee encountered did not speak or moved passed to busy putting up stock.End capSign says 90 percent off but no item on shelf is 90 percent off.Creamer buy one get one only had one sugar free.Asked cashier to count back my change either couldn't or wouldn't when I asked again my change was pushed over the counter and was told I counted it three times.

I never give a dollar general a five star rating, but the young lady working Saturday Jan 7 at about 11 am was so pleasant and friendly she changed my mind. Get her to train other cashiers in your company because employees like her in your organization are exceptionally far and few between

The employees in this store go far beyond expectation to give courteous service each and every visit.I am disabled and they ensure my visits are made as comfortable as possible.I had a medical emergency in the store once and every employee made me comfortable until EMS arrived.

I had never visited this location before. In comparison, it was one of the cleanest and neatest. Well stocked and orderly. The cashier assisted me in looking for an item. Although they didn't have it, it was an obscure item, she tried to help me find an alternative. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with this store.

Wow... store in tip top order, organized, the ladies there were talking to regular customers like if they were family but when I asked a question, they treated me the same way!!! We needed to use the restroom and after i got the key and headed where they told me they were i got this whiff of clean and deodorant and to my surprise it was the restrooms!!! Walked in to a restroom cleaner than my own house 🤯, who are these people and when have they been all our lives??? Is it the manager? Is it the employees? Who is responsible for this awesomeness???!!! I want answers!

There shelf prices don't match the price at the register. When brought to the employees attention he wants to state how many products they have in there store. This was the second time I have brought this same product to there attention. The employee just argued with me about how that was the taxes I showed him my receipt and slowly explained that the prices are not matching up but still wanted to argue.

Always polite & helpful! I'm so thrilled to have a nice, good ole store who's CXs are from this quaint, but awesome, little town. This store is my new favorite Dollar General to shop at! 👍

This location is not stocked well, and I do not believe it has anything to do with COVID 19. The store was built maybe 2 years ago and was bright and inviting but has only gone down hill. I shop here infrequently.

I was 1 of 2 people in the store and waited over 5 minutes (minimum estimate) for anyone to show up at the register. The employee who did appear looked at me, put her Coke a cola on the counter and didn't say a word, as I stood there! Then she went to the products behind her and began doing inventory!!! While I stood there behind her! To make matters even worse, the other lady who worked at the store asked me to step back so she can check out another lady ahead of me! I will most likely NEVER go back, regardless of how far I have to drive. They have ZERO regard for the time or satisfaction of their customers.

This was the third time I have gone in there and there was no hamburger or hot dog bread. Then only two gallons of milk . Yesterday went to the one in wakefeild for hotdog bread and it was all molded told the girl and she didn't seem to care so now I'm back to spending my money at wakefeild family dollar since they opened I've been able to find what I need just thought since dollar general was closer I would have a new place to shop but today will make me return to family dollar thank you .

It's a decent dollar general. Don't come here for vehicle fuses though. They don't carry them.
