Molly had a great experience and didn’t even wanna leave. I had difficulty cutting her nails at home and found ease with getting an appointment here at Downtown Pups! Such a cute little shop with staff that absolutely loves our furbabies just like we do. We will be back!

Great place to take your pups! They did an excellent job on the haircut. They got them in and out in 2 hours. That’s important to me because every other groomer I have gone to takes at least 4 hours and I could never understand why. The place is nice and clean and that is important too for the health of your pet. I definitely recommend.

With Downtown Pups, your fur baby gets the very best treatment. I love that they take such care when grooming my 3 fur babies. They only use the very best products on them and the are quick and efficient. I been to another groomer for a 9 am appointment and my baby was there for 6 hours!! That’s when Downtown Pups got my businesses and I am so grateful I made that switch!

We took our two year old German Shepherd for grooming. They washed and blow dried him, clipped his nails, and cleaned out his ears. Not only was our big boy energetic and filled with joy when we picked him up, but he was super clean and smelled great. We would definitely recommend Downtown Pups.

We brought our 5 mo old Golden Retrievers here for the first time and they loved it! Quick service, very gentle and loving on the pups! Such a deep clean and they smell so good and look so handsome! We love Downtown Pups!

Brought in my year and a half old dachshund for a nail trim and ear cleaning. He has anxiety issues with strangers touching him based on what Petsmart told me. Brought him to downtown pup instead and he was very calm and he was even wagging his tail while we watched through the window. Downtown pup is quite a drive from me but well worth it.

Shawnna did an amazing job on grooming my Roxy today. Roxy came in looking a mess due to a previous awful grooming experience, but Shawnna brought her back to life and turned the mess to amazing! Roxy looks so pretty!!! I am so happy that I gave Downtown Pups a chance. She is definitely my new groomer…no one else shall touch Ms Roxy 😄!

They did a fabulous job on my 5 month old Yorkie. She had some matted hair and they took care of that. I have had the same groomer for my Yorkies for over two years now and when I went to make an appointment, I was informed she was no longer with the company so I did a little Google research and found Downtown Pups and decided to give them a try. My male Yorkie is a little more hyper and his first haircut(with the old groomer )they were not able to get anything done but today when I took him to Downtown Pups, I came to pick him up and was more than pleased with the service that we received. I would highly recommend taking your pup here!

Today Sia went for her visit to Downtown pups. The time and care that was given to Sia we couldn't ask for better.. Sia is my service dog so allowing another to take care of her is alot and I highly recommend them to everyone. The most adorable festive bandana that she got just adorable. My first time taking my golden doodle here. They are pricey, but the customer service and the way they handle my dog is amazing! Lol my baby came out, I didn't recognize him! He was gorgeous! My husband love the cut! Lol Will continue to bring my business here. Fingers crossed, hope they add boarding too the services soon!

I took my dog in to get his nails clipped and grinded and his anal glands emptied. which is a 15 min. job. They brought him back no nail trim and barely grinded. He was very stressed and he was limping. I am guessing they were holding his paw to tight. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone vershall alston
