I found working with Carraway Glass a very positive experience.From the very first phone call until the work was completed. The lady who took my call was very professional and set up an appointment time. Eric came at the time she gave me. He introduced himself and was very cordial. We went to the window giving me problems and he made some recommendations. Eric worked hard and explained to me everything he was doing. He was able to repair my window and did not need to come back for a return visit. I would highly recommend Carraway glass for any glass needs. Thank you for fixing my problem.

They installed a new shower door for a remodeled bathroom. My contractor had another company come out and measure and they wanted us to cut through the marble bench slab so they could just take the glass straight through it. Carraway notched around the marble slab and the finished product looks awesome! Very happy with the installers and their work and the gentleman that came out to measure. Would highly recommend.them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Professional from the first phone call through to completion. We had our old shower doors replaced and they gave me an estimate same day I called. Came out the next day or two measured and ordered the new door. Installation was done today and Robert and Barry were very professional, neat and paid attention to detail and were very respectful of our home. They left the bathroom very, very clean did not have to do one thing but go in and admire our beautiful new shower doors. I broke a pane of glass on my curio cabinet so I took some of the glass to Carraway Glass so they knew what the thickness was and to see if they could help me. Megan was very professional and helpful. We could get the width measurement from the piece of glass but not the length. I'm not sure his name, but she had someone come out to help me on the length and he told me how to measure it. I called the next day and gave Megan my measurement and they had the piece of glass made within a couple of hours. I went to pick it up at lunch time and the cost was very reasonable. We installed it that night and it fit perfect!! I won't go anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Eric and Barry took care of my issue with my back door! That is super old. They were both very friendly and fast and not messy at all. Cleaned everything up so well. Even fixed my handle that was incorrect to ensure the door locked correctly. I would defiantly recommend them any time. Thank you Eric and Barry. YOU BOTH ROCK. I know the door wasn't easy to fix as its very old.

I received a same day free estimate call from Meagan at the office after the contractors had come to see what the job entailed. I was given a set price and an honest estimation of time when the replacement window and the repair window part would arrive. I was called when the products came in just as promised and work was scheduled. To address my COVID-19 concerns, the contractors sent to do the work, Keith and Eric, had been vaccinated and had no issues with wearing masks in my home.I am very happy with the attention to quality work provided by the contractors, their courteousness, the attention to making certain they cleaned up with the attention of a perfectionist, leaving no sign that they had been here; even Keith's installment of my new beautiful kitchen window makes it look like the 48 year old replaced window had never been there. Keith even asked to and did rehang my blinds that I had taken down in preparation of their arrival; he even wanted to move my kitchen table back in place; this doesn't happen with most contractors in my experience.Part of my family room's window had been cracked, but Eric's installment that replaced that cracked part of the window makes it look perfect again.Much respect for this team, including Meagan at the office who was also most courteous and was my contact person the whole time and navigated the project smoothly from beginning to end.I will call Carraway Class Co. first if ever again I need the services they provide.

Glad I called Carraway Glass. Two companies were recommended to replace a cracked double pane picture window. I called for an estimate and was given an appointment to inspect/quote two days out. The other company wanted to schedule a week out. The quote experience was professional and concise. I had the replacement cost quote in hand later that day. This happened in early Dec. and I knew the manufacturing lead time would fall over the Christmas/News years period. Install occurred right about 4 weeks after the quote. I couldn't be more pleased with the install the Eric/Ken team performed. Their attention to detail was noted and the cleanup when completed was impressive. Time will tell the quality of the product... but it looks good.Service: Glass installation

Thank You so much to Carroway Glass for the excellent job they did replacing the glass in our dining room window. The guys were on time, knowledgeableand efficient and even better yet they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. All this with my dog yapping at them, and a doorway being repaired at the same time, and Me fussing in the background. They took it all in stride, completing the job with a friendly smile and warm attitude and didn't let any of the distractions slow them down. Eric and Ken were by today to replace a glass in my new home. They were super pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. Before leaving I got them to take measurements on a few other windows I need replaced because I couldn't imagine anyone else doing the job after hanging out with them for a few hours. By the time they left, I felt like we were old friends and would gladly have them and their families back for dinner once I'm finished furnishing, of course. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure things were put back in order and cleaned up after replacing the windows in our home. To be honest, by the time they left, I kinda wanted to invite them and their families over for dinner sometime. You don't usually have such excellent experiences with people coming to your home to do repair work (let's be honest, it is usually a mild inconvenience at best), so I was abundantly impressed with not only what a great job they did, but how pleasant it was to have them around today. They also were conscientious of Covid concerns and remained masked throughout their time here,, which is a bonus these days.I would recommend Carraway Glass to anyone, and have in fact, already hired them for the next glass job I need done.

Lesson learned.... I should have called Carraway Glass FIRST! A month ago my husband was cutting a customer's grass and a rock flew up and shattered a sliding patio door. I originally called Richmond Glass after a friend recommended them, and they stood me up TWICE and were RUDE! I then scheduled with Budget Glass who were nice, and put me on the schedule but 2 days before the apt handed me off to someone with a 540 area code who asked me to send pics and then sent me a ridiculous price to come repair it. My neighbor and fellow landscaper suggested Carraway and I am so glad he did. They came out 2 days later! The lady in the office was SO NICE! And they were affordable! I will definitely be using them again just hopefully not any time soon lol. Thanks so much for the excellent service today!Service: Glass installation

We scheduled an appointment on July 19, 2021 with this company. A rep arrived at 9:30 according to the schedule and took the required measurements for an estimate. He indicated that the estimate would be ready by the end of the day and at the worst possibly the next day. We never received the estimate so we called the Carraway Glass office who contacted the responsible technician. The office's response after speaking with the technician was the estimate would be sent out the next day. Today is August 7th and still absolutely no communications from this company. Simple and plain customer courtesy should have prevailed in this situation. If the job was too small or there was some other reason for not responding then tell the customer. Don't leave potential customers hanging. That's not the way to run a profitable business. OBTW good rating is the sum of all aspects of your business.

They cleaned some windows they didn’t even replace because the windows were about 16 feet from the floor. They even stayed late to finish the job so it wouldn’t go over to the next day. Locked my keys in the house, and broke a paneled door window pane to get back in. In the past this window pain cost me around $100 to replace. Carraway Glass took my broken plexiglass window pane, measured it and cut a new one, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Total bill 12.32. They would have come out to the house and did all of the work for an hourly charge -- and I am sure that would have been great value too. Our experience with Carraway Glas Company was very pleasant, helpful and professional. We had to have a partially broken window fixed. We called, brought it in, window was measured, broken pieces removed, new insert ordered, a week later insert arrived, I came back with my partially broken window, dropped it off before my doctors appointment and was able to take it with me after my appointment about an hour later.
