former client here, never had an issue, however I recently got a new fur buddy and I tried calling 5 days, multiple times per day to get no answer, and no way to leave a message. Upon finally reaching someone I was told on April 15th that my dog could not get in to be neutered until SEPTEMBER. So much for helping control the pet population and people trying to be responsible pet owners.

Had a very old gal with a metastatic tumor under her armpit and chest. It was a long surgery but it gave her freedom to run and improve her life if only another month. They were excellent!

I love this vet! All of the staff seem to have a love for animals and the vet herself is very good at what she does. We just had our female dog spayed. It has been 4 weeks since the procedure, and you can't hardly tell where they cut her open. Meticulous work that I admire and I will continue being a customer here.

Although my heart is broken from the loss of our precious Roxie I am so great full for the wonderful care she was given. From her treatment while she was healthy and then when she became terminally ill with cancer. The kindness and compassion for her will never be forgotten.

We had to have a very special 17 year old cat put down. The staff was so compassionate, and understanding. From the staff up front to the doctor and assistant, they were so friendly and professional. I want to thank them for everything they done. Great people.

They do good work for basic needs, but if you suspect something more urgent is going on with your pet, I would not recommend this clinic. Our animal has been suffering from lymphoma and we got the run around while her condition got worse; it took three weeks of visits and a second opinion from a vet with an actual x-ray to get us a proper diagnosis.Again, decent staff and decent for basic needs, but don't take your animal here if you think they are dying.

Probably the best animal clinic I've ever had the pleasure to visit. They tended to my baby with such care and attention. On such short notice, the price was a decent price. Still paid Alot, but also received Alot of treatment and peace of mind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They got the job done with professionalism, and that matters Alot these days. With so few people even caring about their quality of work.

So glad we could get an appt as quick as we did. Kitty had a infected dog biteHe really didn't mean it!Kitty kept licking the wounds. Which was not good. I tried everything. No go.New to area. Freak'n out for my Kitty.But the Doctor & Staff @ HAH, Inc.Fix my Kitty right up. It was affordable.They commented that my kitty was such a nice cat. I told them she is a rescue animal. I'm not sure who saved who. Kitty is very loved.

Took my son's kitten in right away this morning after he was caught in a raccoon trap with terrible injuries to paws! Had him stable and taken care of so quickly! Great care! Such a blessing!

So glad we found this place! This office is just what we were looking for. They are friendly, cost efficient and most importantly thoroughly examined our pets. My dogs are not very social but they warmed up and did well considering. Thank you!

Today I took my dog to a different vet and I'm honestly disgusted and angry with Honaker Animal Health. It started when oily, scabby, spots started showing up on my dog, they said it was a bacterial infection, gave us special creams and shampoo to use on her. (The shampoo said only to use it once a week.) This didn't help. We took her back and they did more tests, said she had allergies and prescribed allergy shots. Still didn't help. Took her back again, they said she had thyroid issues, and have been giving her thyroid pills.... It's been almost 2 years since I took her for initial appointment, still no change, actually its spreading and uncomfortable for her (it itches and causes her pain).It's heartbreaking to get dirty looks from people when I'm walking my dog and they see those spots on her. I'm a scientist, but I'm not a doctor. I'm only human, and I'm trying my hardest to make her well.So after doing business with Honaker and receiving ineffective treatments, I brought her to a different vet. The new vet immediately said the spots were a symptom of yeast infection and said that the original vet had gave the wrong instructions for the medicated shampoo. The new vet also ran some tests... She's doesn't have any allergies and does not have thyroid issues.After learning this I can't assume anything else other than Honaker Animal Health is incompetent at best and malicious at worst. No other reason I can think of explains this. Especially considering that they KNOWINGLY prescribed medication to an animal who's lab results proved she didn't need it (due to financial constraints I haven't been able to afford it for close to a half a month). I understand that during the pandemic social distancing was a necessity to maintain a healthy environment for workers, however, I believe that even after the pandemic subsided, Honaker Animal Health staff took advantage of the new "stay in car" form of operation and not allowing owners in the examination room (with some specific exceptions) and became complacent. (Masks should still be enforced as a protective measure, if they are truly concerned for their employees and customers). Trying to get as many animals in and out as quickly as possible.To any one with a pet going here, I recommend getting a second opinion, and to double check anything charged to you. To Honaker Animal Health, do better.

My cat, Penni, had a UTI. They got her in within 30 mins of my calling as a new patient. Very friendly staff and super quick. She was back home with antibiotics in less than 30 mins. Thank you all so very much for taking such good care of my best fur friend!!!!

Took great care of my kitten for his neutering he was only down a couple days. They even dewormed and gave him flea meds. Plus his pain meds. Excellent service and care.

I had to take in a 19 yr old cat that I knew I would have put down. Over that same weekend my boxer started drinking so much water & laying around. Her front legs swelled double in size. Turned out she had very large tumor in chest. I lost 2 babies that day. The love & compassion that the entire staff showed me that day can never be described. I would recommend this clinic to everyone at anytime. I also did not have an appt that day in Feb but they took us in & worked us in as they could. They did not have to do that but they did. I had not taken my pets there previously, but I will now.
