We stayed here on a road trip from NY to FL. We arrived very late at night and checked in on the app and used a digital key to access our room, which was great since we had little kids and wanted to get them in to bed quickly. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was delicious. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It is a perfect place to stop and we will definitely be staying here again.Rooms: Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Super nice renovation, but the beds are apparently never gonna be good. We’ve stayed at two new Hampton Inns in the last few years as well as older ones and the beds are just not good. Good water pressure, decent continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfort Inn’s beds were slightly worse. A Laquinta in MA had Simmons Beauty rest beds and they were awesome. Great layout inside this HI. We will try Holiday Inn Express next time.

We stopped here on our way home to Ohio from Florida. It was so worth the stop and money. The place looked brand new and our room was so clean and bright. This was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. The bed was so comfortable and the morning hot shower had great pressure and was nice and hot. The free breakfast was very good and the coffee was delicious! The location was so easy to access off of 77 and there are gas stations and a McDonald's very close. We will definitely keep this on our list of stops!!!

Checking in the manager on duty was super friendly and apologized about there being no king size beds available. The room was an upgraded room which was surprising because the lobby /breakfast area is dated . The Hampton Inns have comfortable beds but they all have the scratchy duvet cover that really needs to be replaced. The zero for us was the breakfast. It was the worst of the 3 we stayed in to /from our drive to Florida . Lexington Columbia wins by a landslide. (give them a call to see what you can improve on)

We stayed here on our way to Hilton Head. We had booked the room 7 months prior. We are a Hilton Honors member (Macpherson B) and were given the very last room with a king bed. The bed looked unclean and the phone didn’t work so we went back to the desk to ask for another room. Sorry, all the king rooms are taken. (Even though we had booked many months prior and are Hilton Honors members). Offered 2 queen beds in a larger room. Room was shabby and run down, shampoo dispenser in shower was empty, there was one tiny cake of soap for 2 people, no laundry bag, not even a glass. Breakfast was awful. We hate eating on styrofoam plates and plastic forks and there was no coffee. Hilton you either need to sell this property or upgrade it, as it’s not a good look for the Hilton brand.

Very clean, updated rooms. Beds were comfortable enough for a hotel. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were mounted in the shower.For breakfast, we enjoyed very tasty muffins, cereal, bagels, eggs, potatoes, and juice. They also had sausage, yogurt, grits, toast, oatmeal, coffee, and waffles. Apples and bananas were out all day in case you needed a little snack.Nearby activities: There is a playground behind the hotel, but it's currently closed for renovations. It looks like it will have a little splash pad when it reopens.

WiFi app did not work.Called front desk from room....rang 60 times...no answer. Called from cell phone to discuss wifi and was told promo code but no pen in room to write down code.Went down to front desk...no one there @ 7:30pm. When he returned, ask to speak to General Mgr. Jennifer Marshall but NO WAY. Asked to have her call my room.....NO CALL!Found nasty spot on side of bed and floor. House keeping could not have missed this IF sheets were ever changed.Management seemed more concerned about employees earing breakfast off breakfast bar than taking care of paying customers.Would have been better off going across the street to Motel 6 or Holiday Inn Express.Very disappointing given the rates charged. I am a Honors member!

Let me start out by saying I would have expected a lot more from the Hilton Hotels. We had a small dog with us it cost us 75.00 for a fee for her. When we got in there there the floor was not the cleanest clearly you could see where other dogs have made stains on the floor. Had to have my husband get me a pair of socks because I did not want to walk barefoot on the floor. Tv went out a few times and forget about the phone in the room . It Did not work properly. I could hear the women on the phone but she couldn't hear me. Though she did come up and check on us because of that. We checked out at around 4 am. Called the hotel on Saturday and Sunday and no one picked up the phone. Called today because I had to have an oil change and my card would not go because apparently not only did they charge me for 228.92 for the room and pet fee they also charge me again for the dog fee of 75.00 twice. When I called to speak to a manager I was told she is for the second time, unavaliable. Spoke to gentleman who told me why didn't we say anything while there. We did as I explained. He said to give it 72 hours for the second charge of 75.00 to my account to go off. Today is 72 hours. Still there pending. Never again 😒 will I ever stay in a Hilton. Which is really to bad because I've never experienced any problems like this in the past.

Easy access off interstate. Very clean and quiet. Booked late so ended up with a room right by the elevator but it was not a problem as it was very quiet. We slept well. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. Hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. typical HI set up. Good water pressure & plenty of towels. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice stop near the NC border. Very nice staff. Clean, super quiet. Breakfast quality and selection was subpar. Not up to Hampton Inn standards.Food & drinks: Poor quality breakfast in terms of selection and freshness.
