Dr. Adams is phenomenal. I'm new to the area and was interviewing vets for my 5 lb Yorkie. She had a problem which was an emergency. Two times they take her in. Dr. Adams comes out and is meeting with another patient and he tells me I've got good news for you. He put you at ease immediately. He asked the right questions to be able to find a treatment option. He totally understands that this is part of your family. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff technicians and the professional veterinarians. If you want compassionate and caring people, this is your place

Great service ! Just had my baby Remi spayed and I could ask for better service and price! Dr. Adams is a wonderful vet. The support staff is amazing as well from the front to back. Jeremy made me feel at ease leaving her in their care. I wont ever go anywhere else!

I had a great interaction with the counter staff, vet techs, and veterinarians but I will not be back due to questionable billing practices. Previously I brought our shelter cat in for shots and a spay. This interaction convinced me to bring my other pets. I brought my two dogs in for a full exam and shots 3/19. I returned 4/27 and was charged $69 x 2 for new exams on my dogs because I did not return within 3 weeks of the original shots.This unexpected charge of $140 feels like price gauging. I paid $522 for full exams 28 days prior. In my opinion they should have only charged me for the boosters. I will search for a different vet in the future for my 4 dogs and 1 cat. They have lost a client.

From the moment we walked in until we left it was a wonderful experience. The staff, Dr Adams took great care of us. The doctor took time to listen what was going on with my cat. He explained everything to me and answered questions.

I took my 11 week old kitten for her first check up. They were absolutely wonderful answered my questions and asked me to come back next week for a quick shot as she was too young. Came back the following week and it was quick. The staff is wonderful very friendly and knowledgeable would highly recommend them.

I was traveling when my dog became very ill. I luckily found Dr. Adams at Carroll Veterinary Clinic. He listened carefully to me describing my dog’s symptoms and diagnosed and treated my dog’s problems. I just wish he practiced near where I live! I can’t thank all the people at the clinic enough for all their help. You were all wonderful! Katie is back to her old self.

Thank you for taking care of my fur baby, Kat, on a Monday morning without an appointment. When you said it would me a work-in, I was envisioning all morning. I was back home within an hour with a good prognosis and a happy cat. Kind caring, professional staff and veterinarian. Clean facility.

I am so grateful to have found the CVC!! Rascal the cat insists on some freedom which led to an ear infection from an injury. The CVC was able to get me in the day of for the much needed antibiotic as well as an unexpected follow-up. Rascal was in distress scratching his ear so much he needed more care. I was so glad the clinic had afternoon hours on Sat and again the help we needed was given! From the first contact with the staff up front their patience on the call, getting the appt, the Techs, Dr. McKenzie and Dr. Adams all were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Running this clinic efficiently means they could see my cat and other animals in need when something unexpected arises not a week later. That is huge and unheard of these days in my experience. I only wish I had known 3 years ago when Rascal adopted me about the CVC.It's a relief to know I have found a place for critter care.With gratitude!

Came in as an emergency with my beautiful little 14-year-old poodle. They got me in quicker than I thought it was going to be. And I saw a new doctor that I’ve never seen before and she was absolutely wonderful. Took care of our problem and was very understanding and I have not met anyone that was not very nice.

The staff here was outstanding. The service and treatment they gave our little girl dolly was phenomenal, they without question took her right in under their wing and got her back to being her fun, diva spunky self after a mishap. They would accept my calls and give updates when asked. Literally made you feel at home and assured me that she was being taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

I'm not one to post a lot or rate things publicly on line, but I am such a fan of Carroll Veterinary, that I am doing so now. I have numerous rescue animals, and more show up periodically, so a vet clinic that is responsive, caring, accommodating, and expert has always been essential to me. In 40 years of rescue, I've had wonderful veterinary partners, and when I moved to SW Virginia, I found maybe the best ever...Carroll Veterinary. They are not only there when I need them, appointment or emergency, but their team of vets works together to problem solve for me. Those vets are all top notch, and everyone there from medical staff to front office, are good at what they do and are caring individuals. Thumbs up and a big hug, Carroll Veterinary!

We can’t say enough about this clinic! The care and concern that was shown not only to our dog Carlie, but to us as well goes far beyond anything we have experienced. It started with our desperate call for help to this practice and immediately the front desk staff so willing to help us. The kindness and compassion continued with the entire staff. Dr. Adams saved our dog’s life. We will be traveling 2 1/2 hours away to continue Carlie’s care with this wonderful practice.

They are awesome! I love the time they take with our pets. Kind, compassionate and thorough. Highly recommend! Doctor Adams was amazing with our Lab, Lucy. He got her through persistent skin issues and helped us through her kidney failure. At the most difficult time in a pet owner’s life, the staff was so kind and compassionate. We now have Sadie, a 6 month old lab and would never think of changing vets. If you live in this area, these are the folks who will treat your loved pets as if they were their own.

I'm really disappointed in the fact that the doggie wellness program is being canceled. My pups have been on it for 8years now. But I guess the price was getting to high, I paid $85.00 a month and it used to cover alot. Now not so much, so the value went down.

This is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to take your pets for healthcare. The staff is friendly, skilled and really care about the animals and their human families. We have taken all our fur babies there for eight years and have never had any reason to complain about the services received. We highly recommend this clinic to pet owners.

My first visit was with a dying springer.everyone was marvelously kind including dr Adams himself who said he’d be kind to him. The next summer I met several personable highly competent vets during visits with my rescue dog Bandit. Couldn’t be better
