LC's customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced, both from corporate when I've reached out about online orders and especially at the Herndon location. Staff is always super friendly, prices are reasonable, they carry the best brands, and their rewards program is awesome! I am a loyal companion to Loyal Companion -- I don't shop anywhere else for food or treats anymore.

I just stopped in for the first time, and had a lot of fun browsing! There is a huge selection and variety of toys. The manager is very friendly, happy to help, and answered all my questions. There are so many treats from a lot of high quality and well-respected brands, and a huge food selection. I'm excited to come back! Thanks for making Castella's first birthday full of fun (:

Excellent store. One employee named Jonathan absolutely went above and beyond to help educate me about food for both dogs and cats. He even carried my food out to the car. Pleasant experience overall, and the store had a lot of great products too

Cute and small pet store. Support your local stores so 5 stars for this small business. They carry many high quality pet food items. It's hard to find with a tiny name on a tiny sign; in a strip plaza just at the intersection. Give it a try!

Nice customer service, and I found the Stella&Chewy treats no other pet store has;, only 1 dollar more and I avoided to order it by Amazon that ask more for shipping. Good location and they have better and healthy food options for our pets.

I will never forget the personal sustained help we received for our two Belgian Malinois pups.Lenora is amazing, attends conferences to remain up-to-date on pet industry.I highly recommend WPC and its pet food buying program.

Great store that cares about both their human and animal customers. They carry natural and healthy food and treats and will order items they don't carry in stock. I switched from online ordering to this local store and couldn't be happier with the cost savings and outstanding service.

Standard small pet store. Guy was friendly when I apologized for forgetting a mask. 😕 The place has all the normal stuff at the standard markup. Recommend shopping hear if your in the area.

If you are looking for quality pet food, it's one of the best places in this area. Great selection of different brands, especially for wet and raw food. Very nice and knowledgable staff.

Whole pet is my favorite place to shop for my pets. I have 3 Guinea pigs, a cat, and a dog. I know when I but from Whole Pet that I am getting quality food for my little fur babes. Thanks whole pet!

Called to question a cost on their Bully Sticks and when I was told the cost I questioned and ask why the high price, higher than another carrier the gentleman hung up on me. That was the last time I frequented their establishment.
