10/10 A very reliable grocery store with great quality produce, a convenient selection of hot Korean foods and baked goods, and even a Korean restaurant in shop. Whether it’s fresh seafood, Hispanic or American frozen or non-perishable goods, Asian snacks or alcohol, or other generally Asian foods, this is definitely my go to!The selection is a bit broader than other Korean grocery stores I’ve visited in the Annandale and Falls Church area so I make the drive out despite living in Tysons. They have rice balls, special flavors of instant ramen, rice balls, great snacks, and even expansive produce and frozen goods! 💯

I had such a horrible experience with the kitchen in H Mart Herndon 12/8/23. I ate several times there, it was good. In the soup I noticed steel kitchen staff in pasta! Can you imagine that!? Front desk even didn’t say me sorry! I don’t need sorry, I need adequately answer why it happened! Kitchen staff don’t even speak English that’s why they didn’t say why it happened ?! It’s totally disrespectful with clients. I highly don’t recommend this place.

Fresh fish, cleaned, and cut how you like. Mmm fish... They got all the stuff I needed to eat some good stuff. Much more fun than a conventional grocer. They got the veggies you need and can't find elsewhere.

Great Asian and Hispanic food variety. Extremely clean and prices are well labeled and show up correctly at checkout. Really good deals when products go on sale (e.g. fresh seafood, rice, fruits, snacks) and many regular prices are lower than competitors’, like Lotte. There is a Korean restaurant and Hispanic bakery inside as well as an area by the entrance that sells stationary products and plushies. And they sell some household items too.

The selection was vast and nice The pricing was fair The cleanliness was good but the friendly customer service towards me as a African American from the Latino workers has always been below pleasant. I feel unwanted when I go there.

Pretty solid selection and good variety and quality for the produce and meat. Did find that some of the selections weren't similar to the H Mart in Centerville but over all was good. Also the small bakery inside is pretty awesome.

Not sure run-of-the-mill grocery store, but H Mart in Herndon is likely to have what you’re looking for if you’re cooking Asian cuisine. A extremely clean and well-stocked supermarket. Items are well marked in the produce section and easy to find.

The attitude of the employee who works at Herndon H mart was horrible today . Today is 01/08/2024 . Around 7pm. We just asked about the discount mark sign which is seems not correct . We just asked to the workers who around that area. We are just having conversations and the man who looks like supervisor or manger came and explain so loudly and he looks so mad. The way he talked was kind of rude to the customer. We are just laughing and asking about the price without any intention of arguing. But this man stairs at us and that makes us scared too. We think he was mad us and his face can’t hide his angry. That was the first time of scary employee from H mart ( Herndon). We Never forget his face. 😅

This place is horrible! The customer service? Bad. The cashiers? Bad. WE WENT TO THE CLAW MACHINE AND WE PAID 2 TIMES AND IT DIDNT GIVE US A TOKEN. WE WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOOK 5 WHOLE MINUTES TO GIVE US A REFUND!! Crazy! Never go to this place. The claw machine is a scam. NEVER GO HERE!!!! WE WASTED 5 MINUTES AND 20 DOLLARS!!!!! Sucks to be you, Hmart Herndon! See you in hell!

Most of the H Marts are Korean centered with majority Asian options. This still offers but has more Hispanic offerings than others I have been to. Very clean, super organized, great employees.

Clean, well stocked store with a diverse selection of groceries ranging from duros to gimbap. This Hmart is a tad different from your usual one as it slightly deviates from the focus on Korean foods and shares the space with Mexican/Latin items, but still has many Korean staples in the grocery and fresh/prepared foods sections. I highly recommend grabbing some pan dulce from the bakery area! They are so delicious.

It’s clean bright and well stocked. I usually buy all my Asian products here no need to drive to Lotte or Chantilly. Nice fruits and veggies. Good price. Large frozen section. New stationary shop with lots of cute korean stationary items prices are equivalent to Korea.

Not quite as fancy as our HMart up on Long Island, but it appears to have just as large a selection. They're light on American groceries, but fill that space with Indian foods. Not at bad trade at all. The produce selection is just as expansive.

Love it, especially since the reno. Wide variety of food from around the globe, especially Asian (I know, that covers a lot...), Indian (technically Asian, right? But I'm talking cuisine), Latin/Hispanic/Mexican... you name it), and, you know, "American". Then, like, clothes and kitchen stuff, etc., but I go for the groceries. Huge variety of, well, everything. Produce is great.

A generous collection of both produce and packaged items. I'm especially thankful for the extensive Asian greens that I can't find elsewhere. There's also a good variety of Indian lentils and spices, Korean ramen and frozen dumplings, and all the southeast/east Asian sauces I could ask for. Checkout sometimes includes free jugs of water if you spend enough, which is a nice plus.

Beware of the expiration date of the products. I ve purchased expired products at least five times here. what kind of grocery store doesn't check their inventory at all?? What in the world?? Why do you keep selling expired products? Im tired keep going back to the store. DO SOME QUALITY CONTROL.

I was impressed when I walked into H Mart! The store was clean and bright with stocked shelves. The produce looks so fresh and full of color. They have lots of fresh produce and spices that your average grocery store doesn't carry. The seafood section looks good and smells fresh. The prices are better than some of the other stores I use to frequent. They have a restaurant as well as a small hot food section in this store. Do yourself a favor and stop in H Mart and see for yourself.

This store overcharged me almost $20 for a “Manju Set” I didn’t buy… suspicious… I had no products that even resembled manju in my cart. When I called to speak with a manager about receiving a refund, the employee who answered the phone was very hesistant. I then asked to speak with the cashier (Carmen) who checked me out, and the employee said that that was not possible. I was only able to speak with the manager Karla after driving back the next day, who issued me a refund without even apologizing for the inconvenience.
