Went in for moderna and flu shot. Super disorganized. Bled a lot and I don't usually bleed (rushing??). Dude wasn't even masking in a surge. On top of that, we were told absolutely nothing, rushing too fast so I couldn't even ask questions, & not even advised to wait 15 minutes like guidelines say. Please don't get vaccinated at this location.

Friday evening I went into CVS to shop for the OTC well I had to ask the young lady do they even acknowledge it and she said yes. But I noticed that she was following me my son and my husband around in the store like we was coming to rob the place. I really hate how those people are. She even had the nerve to stood by the door to make sure she watch us left. But our pigment brothers and sisters she did No such. CVS on 3071 you guys have to do better because every black it’s your problem it CAN be your own kind just remember that. “Every Year Has A story! And I stamp this.y’all don’t deserve a star at all but the system make sure that y’all at least gets one if none. Or we can’t write our opinions.shame on the system data

Ive been going to this CVS for 15 years and I can honestly say, I’m am greeted every single time by a courteous friendly staff. They are all always so helpful!The pharmacy too is doing well. Can you imagine working their jobs during Covid?? They all do the best they can.Where would we be without any of them? Our lives depend on it.Let’s give them a break, stop nit picking and appreciate those who serve us .

I generally like CVS, but this pharmacy is just disorganized. For the second time in a few months now, they have told us that they don't have our prescription (two different doctors), only to confirm a few days later that they actually had our prescription. They will proceed to give some excuse as to why they couldn't see our prescriptions before. What a waste of precious time in getting the treatment started! Just making calls to doctor offices and pharmacy, just a horrible system overall.

Extremely rude manager named Cesar. Having problems with the self checkout, he lied - saying he told me to stop scanning. When I said there should be a sign if the machine wasn’t working properly, he told me “It’s corporate’s problem, not mine.”Really? Never been treated so rudely by a so-called “ manager.” I frequently shop at this location and have never encountered this before. Do better.

I have been there several times and the stuffs and customer service are fabulous especially Mazama. She had friendly and helpful behavior. However, their waiting time is long, which understandable, but she kept helping me when my Rx were not ready. I hope CVS keep hiring great stuffs like her.

5/10/23 @4.25 PM I arrived to pick up my RX in person.I was waiting in line for some time but i understand it Gets busy at times.When it was my turn Nazila helped me by dropping my license on the counter. Then when I asked if i can use the coupon i had Nazila reponded with a rude NO you Not ! I would hate for anyone to receive the type of customer service I received today.Please re train or handle this issue.Thank you for hearing my experience at CVS.

This pharmacy team is completely incompetent. I had a flu vaccine appointment for my daughter.They never bothered to let me know that they didn’t have any flu vaccines until I took my daughter out of school and showed up for our appointment.It’s fine if you run out of vaccines, but you need to let people know AHEAD OF TIME if you can’t provide the vaccines at the time it’s expected. That’s just common courtesy.When I got home I had an email cancellation notice that arrived 10 minutes after my appointment. So apparently it’s not that hard to notify people that they have to cancel the appointment.

McLaren Road CVS is pretty much like all the CVS stores. nothing special but nothing terrible either. i like the drive through pharmacy because from time to time the line is actually EMPTY. however, we all know that pharmacies are notorious for customers who have problems... you know... the lady who talked to her doctor who said he was going to send the prescription but didn't, and MEDICARE, and yada yada yada. not fair really to blame the pharmacy for the nature of the business. also... finding pharmacists and techs these days is like finding gold.

As an former employee who loved working at other CVS Pharmacy's in the area, this store is by far the worst to experience working there.The Pharmacist Maz, is extremely narcissistic and fake. The rest of the staff will not assist in any kind of training or ethical help.The store manager who was a lead Pharmacy technician turned store manager is the worst manager to work with who doesn't care about the staff and allows non pharmacy staff members ring up registers in the pharmacy and count prescriptions without a pharmacy technician license. Totally against the law.I certainly would not ever trust the pharmacy staff there.When I got my Moderna booster shot Maz wouldn't allow me to sit for 15 minutes. Totally against regulation for the CDC. Worst. Experience ever.

Had there been an option to enter the rating as 0, I would have gladly selected it.One of the worst drive thru for covid 19 tests. They promised to deliver the reports within 24-48 hours but for us it has been 60 hrs and counting.The customer care reps are even better with absolutely no idea where the reports are, or even a single point of contact from where process an be expedited. I was on call for almost 5 hours just to get a clarification on when to expect the reports, but I was told different reasons everytime.Unfortunately for visiting many places, we need covid 19 negative report with 72 hrs before time, this place makes sure you can never visit such places.Visit walgreens/ patient first who are much effective and have customer care reps who are much more knowledgable and helpful.

I have updated my review from 1 to 4 after Dan (new pharmacist) and his team are now there. What a difference!!(old review):Worst CVS pharmacy I have dealt with. Pharmacist acts like she could care less. EVERY time I go in, I ask that they do NOT do auto-refill or send reminders. I chose this place for convenience from work. What happens? they do auto-refills and send reminders (voicemails). Annoying messages and I now have way more medication than I need.

I tried to return an item today at this location and the rep was extremely unhelpful. She didn’t ask to see my receipt and straight up told me to contact the product’s customer service to get a refund (as if I didn’t buy it from this literal CVS store). Luckily, I was able to return it at another location with zero hassle.

I have had multiple problems with this CVS and am switching pharmacies. I have gone in to fill multiple prescriptions that were out of stock. I was told one prescription was on order and would be available on Wednesday. I received a text that it was available on Friday. The prescription was missing half the pills, 30 instead of 60. I spoke with the pharmacy manager previously about my frustration, and never heard back after notifying him that half of my prescription was missing. Do not recommend this pharmacy!

When I checked out, the machine didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, and when I paid and got in the car with my stuff, I found the cashier didn't give me a receipt. Only two minutes before I checked out, I turned back to the store and asked the cashier for a receipt, but he refused my request. How could he not give the customer a receipt?

I have been going to this CVS for years. I am an extreme couponer and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Instead of giving us a hard time for all the coupons, they actually got a kick out of it. They were all very considerate, helpful and most of all friendly. Unfortunately, I will be moving soon and won't be able to use this specific CVS anymore and am totally bummed about it. I can only hope that the staff of the CVS I am going to are as wonderful as these people are! I highly recommend this CVS above all others!

I am changing my last review. I still think Lisa at this CVS pharmacy is wonderful but I have not seen her lately. I have now seen all new faces and the customer service here and the wait time is getting really, really bad! I dropped off a new prescription one night ago and I still can’t get it filled. I keep getting excuses that they’re shorthanded that they did shouldn’t of told me that they could fill it right away etc. I ask when can it be filled and they said maybe sometime later today! That’s not good enough! There are plenty of other pharmacies and I will be requesting for my insurance company to switch to another one! I don’t recommend this pharmacy unless you have several days you can wait to get your medications filled! Most people cannot wait that long! It’s unacceptable!

The professionalism of Ms. Jamie Lewis and Bisnu really is greatly appreciated. They turned a very aggravating situation into a positive one. I tried to submit a review on CVS corporate website but the review didn't go through. BROKE WEBSITE! Anywho, thank you ladies! Unlike the other CVS down the street on Metrotech Drive, you all continue your professionalism and great customer service. It truly won't go unnoticed.

I dropped my prescription last evening (Mar 9th 2020). The pharmacist (not clerk) drop me a pen ask me to write my home address to my prescription slip with not friendly manner.He is not even verify my ID. I told him patient not suppose to write or add something on doctor's prescription and he should verify my ID at first place but he didn't.This CVS pharmacy is not even comparable with Costco pharmacy from my past experience. Not only lack of standard procedure but also not as friendly and efficiently compared with other pharmacy.

I usually don’t write reviews employees at store but this Lady Hawen, who works at 3071 Herndon branch surprised me so much her professional hospitality that convinced me to write this small note of Thank You. I went to CVS to pick up my photo order, unfortunately the order was missing & she turned the entire store upside down to get another photo printed on spot. I wasn’t even insisting on all that Hassle but she has given her 200% effort, followed up things & got the job done. I appreciate her dedication towards work. 👍👍

On Christmas Day it says on the door that they are opened till 11 pm. All lights are on. I’m standing in the front, calling the store as well because it’s an emergency and it’s only 8:30. After 5 min the front lights turns off so someone is there not trying to let me in.

They have screwed up my prescriptions multiple times, and I've had to make numerous trips to the pharmacy to get them to fix their mistakes.
