The Good: Very friendly and helpful staff! Probably my favorite part of the store is taking to the employees when I pick up my supplies. If you plan on buying bird seed there regularly, join their buyers program. It really helps out!The Bad: It isn't the cheapest place in town to buy your supplies. I consider it the price of a pleasant experience though and honestly they've earned it back with their helpful service.

My old hummingbird feeder was attracting bees, so I went in for a new one! The one that was suggested is perfect! No bees and the hummingbirds rest in between drinks! This is a great store with knowledgeable people working there!

The only "bird" store I have found that is all about all things 🐦. Hot pepper seed is the best for keeping your feeder free of pesky squirrels!!! Easy to spend 30-40 minutes checking out the many things offered.

I realize you are paying for what is supposed to be expert advice by shopping at this specialty store, but we had hoped that the lifetime warranty offered with the Wild Bird Unlimited merchandise meant something. We bought a hummingbird feeder a year ago, but noticed some cracking at the top when we went to set it up this year. I took it back in its original box, and explained the problem. The sales lady at first acted like, oh well, too bad, but the more experienced or sympathetic lady, perhaps the owner, told her to go ahead and give me what I wanted. I got a new top, not the complete feeder. I doubt they will be able to sell half a feeder. I did not try to get something for nothing, just attempted to get a replacement under warranty. You lost a customer over the attitude and stinginess.

Great place to get any bird related items. Folks there are terrific. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have some squirrel feeding stations that are great and can give you lots of entertainment!

Have shopped here since they opened and has been an ok place. Decent supplies but they hover way too much. Now during covid they are closed, have giant signs out front saying call for order but they won’t answer, not even to say please hold. Lost my business for good. Terrible try folks. When you try a new process that does not work, change it again until it works. Owner’s fault as much as anyone’s, speaking of whom I have never seen him in the store. Have been dealing with curbside for weeks now, restaurants, grocery, heavy equipment rental and they have it figured out. Go watch them if you want to figure it out. It starts with being pleasant, though so you wouldn’t get too far anyway.
