Love this store. We have 3 kitties who we feed a raw diet too. Red Ridge has a great variety of option in the raw diet department. Keeps our kitties happy and well fed.The employees are very helpful and when I initially started shopping here, they helped me with making the best choices for my 3!I've had an issue with a different pet store that wasn't always good with restocking their inventory. Red Ridge however always has in stock all my choices I get for my cats. This for me was another plus when shopping here. Thanks y'all.

My review for this AWESOME mom and pop store would be a novel. I'll try to make it short. I've been a customer here for a couple of years now, and the owners and staff have never steered me wrong on anything. Once I step in the store, someone is always eager to help or if it's a regular employee, they'll ask if I want my usual. If there's a brand they carry and there's something you'd like to try they don't hesitate to order it for you, if they're able to. I really like that. I have two big boys, so I'm always popping in and out. Now, with my husband's health, I'm so thankful they offer home delivery. It helps me out a lot. The only sad side is I don't get to see all the friendly, caring, staff. Thank you all for everything that you do! You all are greatly appreciated! Wuff Wuff from Satchel, Penelope, Ella, and Viola!

Our pup Shepherd loves your store! Great prices and a wide selection of both dog and cat products. Many unique toys you don't normally see and healthy dog treats. The staff is very knowledgeable and truly want the best for your animals. Highly recommend stopping by, especially with your dog!

My husband and I had a very uncomfortable experience that will prevent us from ever going to this store again. We were followed and watched by one of the two associates working there during our entire visit. They loudly had a conversation about a recent shoplifter, which seems a little pointed while one of them is not at all subtlety following us around and interjecting herself into our conversations. Mind you, we had no bags(I was literally wearing leggings that could only hold my phone and wallet), were holding items that we intended to and did purchase, and did ask for advice on products, so I have no idea why they decided to treat us in this way. We had even been in a few times before to pick up different types of treats to try out for an elderly dog we took in. We both like to support small businesses, but not places that think it's acceptable for their employees to mistreat customers like this. I like their selection but there's other places to go that don't treat me like a criminal.

All the ladies are awesome. Very knowledgeable about our cats issues with food in general. We order special food for one cat. They always call when it comes in and they remember our cats and issues with ibd. You need to try it for yourself you won't be disappointed.

This place is absolutely awesome! The owner takes great pride in the quality of every product he carries. You can immediately tell the owner is passionate about your pets health. He and the staff are like dictionaries when asked about specific dietary needs and the best solution for their concerns. One would expect higher prices at a store like this BUT it’s not the case. We travel a lot for work and sometimes there are similar (boutique style) pet stores where we travel and the prices are always $1-$3 higher that those at RedRidge. Thankfully RedRidge also ships!!! They carry many brands you can’t find online AND you can ask the owner or an associate about any product before you take a chance on buying.... can’t do that online or in big box stores!!! RedRidge also has a nice rewards program and easy return policy. I’ve got 3 dogs, all with different nutritional needs and palates, so sometimes we have to exchange food for my two picky eaters. You will love shopping here for your dog or cat here, without a doubt. I can’t say enough good things about this locally owned and operated business!!

They ordered me some specific puppy food I was looking for they typically carry but didn't have in stock. I would highly recommend RedRidge pet market.

Well, I would’ve given this place a 1 a few weeks ago, however, I visited when brown haired Sarah Was there and she helped me get my cat the food she needed in her last days just to keep her somewhat nourished. Sarah was incredibly empathetic and kind when I was a complete chaotic mess as I was making a decision whether to put my ole lady kitty at peace or not due to her rapid decline.Previous visits I felt like an inconvenience and in the way, albeit knowledgable Staff, I felt like I was putting them out by asking questions.

Wonderful staff, terrific products! After hearing all of the horror stories about dog food recalls, buying dog food is no long as simple as picking up a bag in the grocery store. Always offering top quality food, toys, treats, and products. People constantly mention how shinny and beautiful my dog’s coat looks ever since I switched to FROMM (she lost weight too!).My cat also had dry skin and flakes. After speaking with a very polite and cheery employee, I changed his food. No more skin issues!One or two employees have an attitude problem but the rest are absolutely amazing. I don’t shop anywhere else for pet supplies!

Mike and his team are always extremely helpful. RedRidge has my continued business. I regularly go to pick up frozen raw for my cats and I've never been disappointed. I even purchased some raw food that my cats wouldn't eat and Mike let me return the unopened containers for an exchange. Great people and great store!

Excellent pet supply store! Knowledgeable and caring staff. They carry high end, high quality, real pet food, which is far better than the stock commercial kibble at the big chain stores. If you truly care about your pet, go to this store and let the staff help you feed your pets what they truly deserve to eat.

This place has really good customer service and great quality products. My cat was having severe allergies and after I switched over to one of Redridge's products, Primal Pronto raw food, my cat stopped having issues. Everyone there has been very helpful with finding the right product and also have offered to get certain products in stock for me if they didn't already have that particular product that they thought might be helpful for my cat. I highly recommend this store.

Sarah was so so very helpful in finding the right food for Our Doberman, Apollo. We have tried every suggestion from our Vet and could not find a food that would work with his tummy. After one visit to Red Ridge and using the Fromm Chicken and Veg formula with Dry oats and warm water we finally have a normal Stool!!! Apollo & Jody & Taylor say thank you thank you!! a Go-To place. IF they don't have it...they can usually get it. High quality Food EXPERTS; the staff routinely give presentations at various dog clubs in the local area. They are very supportive of the pet community and participate in just about every pet "event" throughout the area. As someone else said, this is NOT your usual pet store. This is more like a pharmacy/health food store for pets. Good range of leashes, collars, training supplies...all high quality. Highly Recommend them. EXELLENT customer service on the part of all of the staff.

This is a great local small business that supports dog causes and has very knowledgeable employees. If you buy a lot or large bags then price and convenience favor online suppliers who have the edge. One of their employees even recommended Chewy's.
