This is a fantastic place for dogs with miles and miles of trails and places for them to explore off a leash. There are also several fenced off areas for dogs who are “runners” are want to play with others. The only negative thing I can think to say is that it is by the water treatment plant

Gave my dog a bath and tried nails, didn't even blow dry him said he was to scared and they couldn't safely blow dry him and didn't attempt a hair cut. Charged me $43.00 for that

The haircuts around there wear and face need to look better. Plus one of my doggies eyes was irritated and difficulty to open this morning. But I have never had any problems before maybe they need to know my dogs more like the other onces.

Our Groomer Emmanuel does outstanding work with our Golden doodle. We speak with him before every appointment and he takes extremely good care of our dog. Our pup enjoys his visits to Petco, and we look forward to our return visits for years to come.

Great experience for my dog who gets nervous. He had a wonderful full grooming. They even recommended the best shampoo that wasn't extra priced. He had a great experience and I am happy.

Our dirty dogs look like new, much happier dogs after Emmanuel and Stacey worked with them at their appointment. My vet recommended this Team and it was worth driving past two other Petcos to get this level of service.

I gave an 8 because of the wait I had to even ask for walk in services. I loved this location and the stores set up! The Petco I usually use by my house is out dated, Staples Mill Road location. Staff was great!!

I hope Emmanuel sees this review. Our dog looks like a completely different breed. Professionals should be able to deal with a little squirming from the dog. To add on to that, we specifically asked to not have him cut our dog.

She smelled and looked beautiful, trimmed her face perfectly and they brushed her long coat really well without cutting it. The guy who took her back was really sweet with her as she gets nervous and starts shaking when I drop her off.

I told my groomer the length of my puppy hair cut. And they agreed to it i come back 4 hours later and my puppy is completely bald. She had been shaved not cut but shaved with clippers. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and will not come back for grooming or vaccinations.

Alles gute except how come the staples mill Petco charges 158 for two dogs together and the parham location $54 each

We was told they had fleas. They did service and when we got home, they was still itching and scratching bad. I would think that the products used would last more than an hour. Maybe im wrong.

Kept increasing the price. From $47 to $99. Then asked if I wanted to add a tip for the groomer. Needless to say I won't be back!

Horrible. Groomer never available at time of appointment. Told to wait. Waited 15 minutes and left. No apology, no acknowledgment. Happened twice. Done.
