I purchased this fish sandwich along with a host of other prepared food items from this Kroger this evening around 5:45pm. It is so dry, hard and cold it’s unreal. My husband picked up one as well and his is just as horrible. I cannot believe this was allowed to remain in the grab and go section. I’m certain it would not pass a health inspection temp check. In addition, the worker behind the counter serving meals did not seem very knowledgeable. I had to ask for a label for my family meal and ask how it worked (where to get the sides, where to get the rolls etc.). He forgot to give me my green beans and I had to ask him to hand it to me. Overall, I do not intend to visit this location in the future.

Fake sale prices, beware leaving the store without looking at your receipt.My only item was sliced boar's Head meat today. I could see the blackened turkey in the glass, I explained that's what I wanted and it took about 6 minutes for them to find the black and turkey in the glass display.. once they got it they cut it and I got it within another 7 minutes.. the blackened turkey was supposed to be 20% off with manager special. It had a sticker over top of it but when I got to the register this is not my third visit. This is happened. They had only marked it off 13%.Last time I was out of Kroger I ended up shopping for an hour and then when I got up and I went to my car I realized they'd charged me $50 more and none of the items that were on sale or manager special had actually been discounted. During that visit I was told I would have to go shopping a second time and I would not only have to refund every single item in my car and bring it back in. But I would also have to go around and take photos of every item that I purchased in the store because they weren't going to do it and they could not see the prices in their system.Needless to say I just said spend 30 minutes returning each item and I'll never come back. Unfortunately today was today. I came back 6 months later just to get turkey and have the same issue.I will be taking my photos and everything to the better Business bureau. This is fraudulent activity to be advertising one price and then stealing money from your customers.

Overall experience is just okay with this location, as I do have some problems. I have stopped doing pickup because the last five times they called to push my pick-up time later by up to two hours. This can be very inconventient. And I have been in the store when the only checkouts open were the self-checkouts. Although I can easily do self-checkout, I prefer a cashier. And I have seen people struggle doing self-checkout. On the plus side, I rarely have a problem finding the items I need when shopping in the store, and when I can interact with an employee it's always a pleasant experience.

Was grabbing some soda for my dad and was also starving after loading two motorcycles into a buddy's truck and not eating all day. My friend advised me that the food counter would be a good idea on the way. Got two little $7 meals from Bob, who was the friendliest and most helpful Kroger employee I think I've ever met. I am leaving this review entirely because Bob was awesome. Thank you Bob!

I've been here a couple of times and every time I go there to the seafood area, there's a employee named (Brendan) he's always extremely polite on the phone and in person. This guy loves his job and does it well whether he's having a bad day or not and that's how it should be. Yes, we all go through things but this is a perfect example of a good employee and he deserves a raise.Brendan goes out is way to make sure that his customers are satisfied before they leave the store, it could be a few minutes past the hour that his department has shut down and he will still help you as best as he can. Such a good employee! 👏🏾

I went to this shop only 2 to 3 times not purchased more but i have seen here variety of flowers food items fruits, meats etc. Even lot of free parking is available

So this was my first time since 2018 I’ve been to a Kroger. All the ones in my area (Durham, NC) closed in that time and we came here coming home from Richmond for the NASCAR Weekend. This was the best Kroger I’ve ever been to. It was super big and was revamped and nice looking. Really hope y’all can come back to Raleigh/Durham Area but it was a great store. Bought some drinks and snacks. This Kroger was the size of a Wegmans or Super Target. It was huge

This store carries flavors of Beatbox that can be tough to find like Peach Punch and Cranberry Dreams and I love them for that!

The store is great, but Pickup is a joke. Twice now they've pushed my pickup time back 2 hours. Unacceptable! This is the last time I try to do a pickup order with Kroger ever.

Edit: Not sure why it didn't post my reason before. This store is great, it's really a marketplace and its not just a grocery store. It's a one-stop-shop and it's not priced as bad as one would think. If you're going, check out Google's popular times because it can get crowded. Especially during snow days, haha.The staff is delightful, it's close to being in Disney World rather than a marketplace. EVERYONE says hi, asks how you're doing, and asks if you're finding everything okay. They all say hi to one another and act more like a team rather than employees of a corporation.The store is well organized for the most part. Everything is placed where you would except it except for a few items that are split between the natural section and the regular aisles.Produce is typically well stocked and faced well, hardly ever picked over. I have noticed their organic kiwi section is almost always over ripe and less desired than one would except or want. Hint, hint. (Someone from the team send me a message when you put out fresh ones. (: ) The meat selection is pretty good as well, the bison just never goes on sale, sad life.If you're a beer lover or wine connoisseur then the selection they have to offer you is decent. But, cheeseheads rejoice- the cheese kiosk is pretty well stocked and diverse.Can't speak too much for the pharmacy, it's a pharmacy and has everything you might need. The clothes section and jewelry store never get a chance from me, mostly because I don't need anything from them. Usually I never misplace a receipt. However I am disappointed as a long time customer. The Acoustix brand (wireless) headphones didn't work. I was able to provide all the details surrounded my recent purchase. The representative at Customer Service said she could not help me out because on their receipt the purchase came up as $29.99 not $24.99. Although it appeared that I paid $5 more for the headphones and she can clearly see that. She chose not to assist.

Unfortunately, the Kroger pick up here has been terrible. This time they were “out of stock” of coffee, onions, and milk, with no substitutions. It’s funny though, because when we walked in the store we were able to purchase the exact ones we had on our order. I have children and Kroger pick up use to be a lifesaver. Now, I think I’ll have to try a different store.

Always comes through for me. Staff is great and the store is always clean and well stocked. I have been to other Krogers in the Richmond area and I always come back to this one. People are always willing to help no matter how busy they are.

If you're expecting good quality customer service, don't go here. While they do have good employees, there are not enough of them to make up for the bad ones. Their customer service has been slowing going down for the last 6 to 8 months. I was holding out hoping that, since Publix was coming to the area, that would have been an incentive for them to work on this. Apparently, that is not the case. Their Fuel Rewards program is not worth having to deal with this. Unless I have no choice, I will not be going back to this location in the future.

I am appalled at my experience around 8:20 this evening. I waited 40 minutes in line at the deli. After 5+ people gave up and walked away, I went to get the manager. The manager was unwilling or unable to assist. There were multiple associates nearby just standing around as well.I am a loyal Kroger customer, and I have never experienced such poor customer service at one of your stores. The associate should have called for assistance long before the line became so long, and the manager should have stepped in to help out.

This location is fading fast. It has a foul odor that greets you as you enter. Most days more self checkout than real cashiersThe best thing to do is bring your own shopping cart as you come in.

The electric carts NEED replacing most are out of order the others have been charged so much they don’t hold a charge for very long that’s why you see abandoned carts throughout the store because they died!! Kroger makes PLENTY of money and can afford to buy new ones!!! My mom needs to use them when coming to stores, but if necessary we will NOT come here any longer…the Staple Mill Rd store should think more about its elderly customers and provide them with their needs!! Ridiculous ,’:(

They have good sales on Health[Vitamins], clothes, and beauty. Buy 1 get one 50% on a lot of items using Kroger card. Really good prices on drinks if you buy in bulk. (I.e. four 12 pks) etc.However, this Kroger did not have a nice checkout attendant at all. She was very rude. She couldve just not talked and I'd have been happier w/ that customer service outcome rather than the experience I did have. She also asked for my Kroger plus card then sucked it up in the conveyor belt and couldn't stop telling me how it was my fault. I just said 'okay.' 'Okay' and she says something like "Welp. hope you don't expect me to get it out." I still have no Plus card.Her manner was so off-putting that I left Kroger saying to myself that I was going to call a manager and complain and I have never done that once in my life thus far...(...I guess I still haven't) Since I never did what I said I would, when Maps popped up asking me "how my experience was at Kroger Marketplace," I decided I would semi follow through. & I promise I never do this. Hate trolls. But when a person is so ugly toward you & you're nothing but nice/polite, you wonder which one of you is being paid to offer customer service @ that particular moment. It's not that hard to just be decent & if it is,..then just say hello and do the job.. Or quit and do something that is not customer centric

10 star review!!When approaching the deli I was impressed by how immaculately clean every thing was to include the following details: remarkably clean glass display, dust free counters and equipment and more importantly the willingness of staff to offer me the freshest of available selections and to assist me in my purchase. As an unapologetic germaphobe, cleanliness is everything when shopping for safe foods. Upon exiting the store I noticed a security guard assisting patrons with disabilities. I became so excited by what I was witnessing I reported these rare occurrences of kindness to the Manager, Pam. I am so delighted to have had the opportunity to experience this rare form of Customer Service Excellence!! Looking forward to my next visit.
