Small boutique pet store with dog wash stations. Staff is very friendly and I was able to mostly find what I needed. The different locations have variations in their stock. If you need Vital Essentials freeze dried raw treats, this is a good place to find them.

Tiffany is the best groomer for my miniature poodle. She has been grooming him every 8 weeks since he was 3 months old and he is now 3 1/2 years old! He is so comfortable with her!

Great first experience at Dog Krazy! The front desk associates were so friendly to my dog and myself. They are experts in the industry of all things dogs. I’ll definitely be going back, knowing how broad their raw bone/animal chew selection is.

Best store to get anything dog or cat related. Had a fantastic chat with the employee and got great information and assistance. All the staff I’ve interacted with at all locations have been great. Thanks for helping my dog feel better with allergies. Glad we have this store in our community.

I just found this jewel today. I walked and I was suddenly greeted by two friendly smiling workers. One in particular was very helpful and sweet. She showed me around the store and explained every service they offer. She even recommended a couple of treats for my picky boy, which he enjoyed both of them. If you live close by please stop in and look around. You won't be disappointed at all. And the offer Military Veteran and First Responder discounts.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The people that work here are all amazing. They truly care about animals and are passionate about their job! My Gracie has been coming here for grooming since they opened and I couldn’t be more pleased. She’s 6 and it’s taken over 5 years to find a place that Gracie is excited to visit! Her groomer (Tiffany) is so kind, consistent, never rushed and Gracie loves her! Dont waste your time. If you’re looking for a pet store with employees that are educated and care, run to Dog Krazy at Gayton Crossing!

Not a single person working offered any instruction(s) regarding their “system”. A second customer came in after me to wash their dog, and they asked for towels before I realized there were none. No explanation given regarding the towels being in the dryer. The eyeroll by the front desk clerk when I had to ask 3x for a towel was all that I needed to never return. We don’t live here. My family comes here. Why not try to be helpful ? UPDATE: I called one of your Fredericksburg VA locations to speak with management. If you wanted to make this right, you would have returned my calls not just responding to a Google review - LOL
