Wow!! I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received today at Astonishing Detail. The owner Gina was professional and welcoming. They not only gave me an estimate I was taken care of by Gabore he is always professional and awesome and he’s a miracle worker. He took care of my scratch my car looked great. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend this company. They are honest, extremely thorough and explains the repair process in detail. When the Car Pool near Willow Lawn closed, I was not able to locate Gina and her team and took my car elsewhere. Bad decision! They didn’t do a full water test and I ended up having leaks a few months later. I decided to call a few other locations and was able to track her down. I am so glad I did! Thank you Gina and your team for your professionalism, knowledge and skill. I am definitely a customer for life!

I need to have my Porsche Cayenne’s paint detailed to remove minor scratches and swirls, I contacted the owner, took the car in for an estimate. The owner and the entire staff was professional, pleasant and accommodating to my needs. I received three separate and detailed estimates to bring back the shine, remove the swirls and ceramic coating. To make a long story short, the work they did was beyond excellent! I would recommend them to anyone looking for that professional detailing without the excessive pricing!!

I will definitely give them a 5-star review! My car had issues with multiple water leaks but the folks at Astonishing Detail did a very thorough assessment and found all the parts that caused water leaking and fixed all of them with extreme care after having done a series of water tests. They went above and beyond with taking care of my car and I am 200% satisfied about the outcome. From now on, I will bring my car to them every year for checking the sunroof, which was one of the causes for water damage. I would recommend them to anyone having any water leak problems like I did with full confidence!

Our car was flooded during a vacation due to an old sunroof, and we returned to find the entire cabin full of toxic mold. Smelly thick mold was on every surface including the carpet, in the wells and on the leather interior. We thought we would have to total the car until we found Gina and her team at Astonishing Detail. They completely overhauled the car, pulling everything out, and returned it to us LIKE NEW. No odor, no dampness, no stains, leather seats and trim restored. We couldn't believe it! No one else in Richmond could be as magical! Their thorough and scientific approach saved our car. The customer service was excellent and very communicative throughout the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Astonishing Detail for their expertise, reasonable and fair cost, and results! Gina and the staff at Astonishing Detail were so great to work with - very friendly and interested in doing a good job. I had the interior and exterior cleaned and some scratches removed. My 12 year old car looked new again. Plus, most of the work was done while I was traveling so it was nice to come home to a new looking and wonderfully clean car. Gina also took care of any insurance details while I was away which saved me from having to make international calls.

Picked up my 11-year-old car from Astonishing Detail today. Interior is like new. Even the leather seat in back where the child seat had been strapped tightly or years and had discolored and become yucky looking now looks almost brand new. I haven't been able to find a nook or cranny anywhere in the car that doesn't look new.

Amazing! I was impressed with every aspect. The owner was kind, explained things, and gave a fair price. The work was nothing short of astonishing. I brought my Tesla in after someone puked in the front console. Not a minor feat to take on. After removing the seats and carpet to get to all the residue, the odor and mess was TOTALLY gone. I would highly recommend!

Truly astonishing work! Gina and Gabor and the team at Astonishing Detail are amazing. My car was at the shop for water damage, and they cleaned every inch to ensure any mold and bacteria were gone. One of the best decisions I've made was to use Carpool Detail, on one of my vehicles. I have several cars, and I chose to take the Jeep, which had not seen a bath in a very long time, in for an estimate. I had a wonderful experience with Astonishing Detail. Gabor and his team did an incredible and amazing job with the detailing of my mother’s car. The car had been sitting for a few years and it had accumulated some undesirables, which Gabor pointed out. I was extremely pleased with the results and the car looked like it came off the showroom floor. It took my breath away when I saw it. My 2012 RAV4 was way overdue for a cleaning. Not only was it extremely dirty, but the paint was faded, and it had numerous small dings and scratches. I considered having it painted but then thought I would first try having it detailed.I took it to Astonishing Detail (first time customer) last week and spoke with Gina, the Managing Partner. She was extremely knowledgeable and after examining the car offered a few options, and then provided a quote. She stated they would need 2 – 3 days with the car. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and she stated it would be ready Friday.Friday afternoon Gina called and said they required a little more time, and that it would be ready Saturday afternoon.I picked up the car Saturday and after examining the work I found that it exceeded my expectations. The car was spotless, the shine was amazing, and the dings and scratches were gone! It looked like a brand-new vehicle … showroom condition!Due to the additional time required, I expected to see an additional charge on my bill. However, the final invoice price was exactly as quoted, with no additional charges or hidden fees.I am extremely impressed with Astonishing Detail, and I highly recommend this company to anyone considering any type of work on their vehicle.Service: Auto detailing

My 2009 Altima was showered with some kind of pine sap in August 2023. Nothing I did would remove it. It had been a few years since I'd last had it detailed, so I took it to Astonishing at the end of December in the hopes that they could do something. Gabor warned me that the sap would probably have eaten into the clear coat and to expect some shadowing, but my car looked good as new when I picked it up. There was no hint that it had been covered in a really sticky sap. And, even though I requested only an exterior detailing, I found that they had vacuumed and wiped down the interior at no charge. Merry Christmas to me! Finally, I had Gabor refinish the headlights which were quite cloudy after 13 years. He removed the pitted coating and polished the headlights before recoating. It's as if I had had them replaced. I'm amazed at the difference this made. I highly recommend Gabor and Astonishing Detail.

Gina and Gabor treat your vehicle like it's their own! They are a pleasure to do business with, extremely concientous and we never have cause for concern when our cars are in their hands! Gabor has personally worked on our 97 1/2 limited edition Mazda Miata soft top convertible and worked miracles on the exterior saving us the cost of a new paint job!! It looked amazing when he was done! Recently, he did the same for our 2003 50th Anniversary Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. His attention to detail speaks to his love for what he does. We couldn't be more pleased!! They really care about their customers and take pride in their work and it shows!

They are awesome. My car is 9 yrs old and they' ve taken care of of it since it was new. Gina, Garrett, Gabor and Company do the most amazing job.With all of these germs around and sick people, I first met Gina when I was so sick with laryngitis and URI and she had me rest and wait and they cleaned my Vents with CO2. When the process was done, I could breathe in my car without coughing!! I have the CO2 done periodically because I have Allergies and Asthma and this is a phenomenal service.Thanks Gina for making a huge difference in my car's health and my health.
