This place is full of items that other dollar stores don’t have. They have the best selection for 90% off when that ⌛️comes. Main man works so hard for Dollar General. 60 hrs a week or more. All the employees merely have time to eat. Awesome customer service ! I give this place a full five star rating ⭐️.

My daughter came down to haysi dollar store and these Mexicans took her wallet out of cart.She is a single mom and had her kid with her.I am glad she didn't have cash on her she be ruined.They didn't look at videos or calkedctge cops.They told her where it was it was all opened but nothing took out the was looking for cash.Ladies watch your stuff at all cost!!Just because we in a small town with low crime it happens..

Easy location to get in and out of. Store was clean. Clerks are courteous. Aisles are narrow and hard to navigate. Quite a few aisles and displays were blocked by stock racks. Many of the advertised items were not available here which is understandable as it's a smaller store.All in all, it's a good location to pick up basics but if you're looking for advertised specials, I suggest going to a larger store. I do not suggest going to this location if you are handicapped or wheelchair bound, navigating the aisles would be a nightmare.

Went from four stars to three because since new remodel it seems the Haysi store has started to go down hill. This is the second time in three months the milk tasted like it was left out to warm then put in the cooler. Also for the past month it seems as thou at times there are associates who don't pay attention to customers standing in the line. Just seems like the one here could be a little better then it has been.

the manager is always outside smoking with other workers and the line is always backed up it takes you 30 minutes or longer to get checked out. people leave when they walk in because of the line they have 2 registers and never use but 1. there is 1 girl that works her butt off and is always working and never hardly takes breaks and everybody knows who she is she deserves the manager job.

straight up a dump unable to get thru aisle in wheelchair dur to stuff blocking the aisles they are too lazy to put away the stuff then only got one person to ever work the registers and why after 2 years is the bathroom STILL BROKEN

The Manager works very hard this is a very busy store he could use some more Employees everyone that works there stays busy but they are always nice even when the customers are angry because they are so short handed. Dollar General hire some more people and your sales would go way up I don't know how Jeff the Manager gets it done you are lucky to have him.

I enjoy shopping at this Doller General. But the only problem is it really needs to be bigger. There is a lot of people who shop there. And jest not enough room to get around. They could use 1 or 2 more workers to stock and wait on customers.

I like the folks personally working there but I avoid this store. Can't get through it, cluttered and dirty, un- organized, always have to wait in line, Checkouts are filthy, "0" social distancing, NO mask wearing anywhere in a very limited space, its Covid waiting to happen.

This place is a joke!! Can NOT push a buggy because they are some much $hit in the floors !!The line is to hell and back with one cashier while the manager Jeff is on the phone or talking to people in the store!!! Someone is going get hurt in this store !! Clean it up !!

The 2 cashiers that work there as of Nov 23 2020 are rude when ask if they have a certain item they told me if we do then it's on the shelf, and stand talking about people and when people are trying to check out they keep on talking to each other and scan your stuff as slow as they can when the line is backed up , as for the cleanest of the place it's awful dust on shelves floor needed to be cleaned can't get through the isles cause boxes all over the place blocking the isles can't get buggy through barley can walk through

I only got a few items and it was very expensive for what I got. It was some cheese and breed and one pack of lunch meat and also hot sauce and it was 30 some dollars just for that.

The shelves seem to never be stocked. There is only one cashier ever. The line can be all the way to the back of the store, and no one still will come and help the one cashier. I just put my stuff back and left.

The only reason I took a star off was that the isles are too full of goods to be put in shelves, but that is the same with most DG stores.

I went to haysi va to visit my sister and went to the dollar General store couldn't fine what I was looking for and the manager at the store was very pleasant and nice they need more store managers like him

It sucks! Boxes unpacked everywhere on the floor, no help, lines are always long, only one register open most of the time, but the emplyees are always nice.
