Update for November 2022: although they’ve updated the store and stocked the hunting section, their customer service is nonexistent. The sporting goods section never has anyone working there and it just took me 30 minutes to find a cashier to sell me ammunition. I tried calling the phone and getting to any department and nobody answered for the entire 25 min I stood there.Horrible customer service as nobody knows what’s going on and when you ask for help it’s like you approached them on their worst day. Management needs to be changed out!I’ve shopped here since it opened many years ago. Since Covid, they stopped selling a lot of much needed hunting supplies (ammunition etc) and the prices for everything has increased significantly that we changed to a few less expensive stores in the neighborhood. We also pick up pharmacy related items and today although I was in line, they shut down for lunch right as I was ready to pick up much needed family medication. Yes it inconvenienced me for thirty minutes but it also revealed their mismanagement on shutting down the entire pharmacy instead of staggering labor appropriately. Not a good idea to shut down an entire service during periods of time when customers need medication. Recommend the Store Management or Manager figure out how to increase customer service to higher levels if they don’t want to lose customers. I’m going to move my pharmacy needs elsewhere.

When it comes to your delivery service, you need to rethink it. I ordered something early this morning and I opted to have it delivered today. It did not even go out to be delivered till after 5 PM. then afterwards I received 2 other texts about how it's going to be delivered at 5:30. Then at 6 o'clock. At 7 o'clock I get a text saying it was undeliverable. In the delivery directions, I explained that this is a business. Not all businesses stay open till after 7 o'clock. A phone call would have been worthy to know what's going on with the delivery. The last time I looked at the tracking, the driver at 6 o'clock was only 10 minutes away from my location. If you cannot effectively deliver items then stop accepting delivery orders

My visit today was very disappointing. Johnasia was rude at the customer service. Walmart, please train your people what it means to take care of customers.. be pleasant. The selection of items was really wonderful. If you are in the market for crock pots, especially the non instant ones, this is the time to buy! Also they are selling Himalayan massage lamps cheaper than black Friday prices. Buyer beware. This item does not work as advertised. The tiny bulb barely warmed the salt mounds, rendering them not useful for massages... the name of the item? MASSAGE lamp.... don't buy...

I spent 1/2 hour trying to reach someone at Walmart, I tried all the different departments, NO ONE picked up. My last call was to the Vision Center and a very kind and lovely lady Brenda took my call and arranged for the assistant manager to call me back! I believe the Manager that I was trying to reach was in a meeting!! Walmart you need more employees like Brenda!!!

I don’t normal post reviews but feel the need to make aware of the situation I came across. I placed a Walmart Pickup at this location for 2 Instapots. The process ran smoothly and the associate was friendly. I got home only to find both Instapot boxes were completely damaged. I was in disbelief that anyone would think they were acceptable merchandise to be sold. I went back to speak to the manager the next day only to wait for him to come out of a meeting 30 minutes later and couldn’t be more disinterested in our engagement. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and reassurance that the product quality at this location was a priority for their teams. As a first time Walmart Pickup customer I would think twice about ordering and using their pickup service again and would just stick to Target.

Today I had the worse experience of my life. I am literally still crying and this happened 30 minutes ago. I was shopping for some groceries and everything is okay. For context i have really bad anxiety in big settings. I usually have my husband with me but he had to work. I was about to check out when i wanted a sprite cranberry(its my favorite soda at the moment) there was none up in the first coolers so im looking for one i finally find one and go closer to the side i need to get to( i park by the khols sometimes cause people dont know how to drive) so as i start walking towards the other self checksouts when one of the workers stop me and saids i can check out right here and that she can help me scan. I told her no i am good, i can scan the items myself. I let her know i have social anxiety i do not like talking to people unless i have to.She then calls me RUDE because i did not want her to help me. After a few minutes of bickering she went to someone else.I work in retail. I have been a cashier. I can scan. I also prefer doing it myself because of my anxiety. I am so upset. I just wanted to get food for dinner tonight. I cried to the LP guy cause ironically there was a ACTUAL THEIF stealing. I felt soo embarrassed.

It is hard to count on certain items being available (for weeks, or even months). I think they should hire a new person to order merchandise. Just when I get used to something as part of my typical order; it's gone, or unavailable. Frustrating.

I see more and more animals without their service tags or vest into the store (discusting). The store is dirty. Parents don't parent their kids while in the store. Kids play with and break up the toys, eun through tge clothes. The staff is Lazy.. Walmart has gone downhill in the past several years.. Clean it up and keep the dogs outta the food store.

I do not like being hassled at the door for my receipt. Not sure why the guy seemed so shocked when I told him no that he could not see my receipt. The dude literally watched me from the door as I was checking myself out. I worked all day, had to ring up my own groceries after while I was in your place of employment and you stood there and watched me. Watch the cameras if you don't trust me.

Living in Manassas I have a couple Walmarts around me I like going to the mall better because it's a lot bigger for Walmart the store in Liberia is smaller and some of the people that are just so friendly and you pretty much can get what you need at better prices than you know Mall stores

This desk clearly shows it had been marked down $50. I even told the barely English-speaking idiot that I would buy the black one for full price with the white one, if it was just the white color desk that was reduced. I found out later the website had both reduced to $50. I just got fed up and walked away and left everything in the self checkout up front. I don't have time for stupid people. You would think out here there wouldn't be so many clowns that don't speak English, but you would be wrong.

There wasn't anyone working in the bakery and I needed to order a cake. I'm from another state but I've never seen a Walmart bakery with no employees especially in the middle of the day. The other employees were very helpful, a young lady came from the deli and a young man from produce and we figured out how to get my order done. I appreciated them but something as important as a birthday cake there really should be someone in that department to take care of the details so the customer feels like everything will be done correctly. I will say this when I went back to pick up my order on Sunday it was perfect

Tried to get my oil changed. Had to go in person 3 days in a row to try to get on the list. I was there before 10 each day and kept being told that employers have called out each day so they were unable to take me try again another time. Finally got in and got my synthetic oil change after a 2 and a half hour wait. When I signed in I was told my floors would be vacuumed and fluids checked as long as nothing was on the floor as well as tire pressure etc. Took them about 15 mins to change my oil and I paid and left. I got in my car and the floors were not vacuumed. No telling if they checked anything but on the paper it was marked declined under all of the complimentary services that were supposed to be added. I called customer support twice and was told to call the store manager. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. Called support again and they were supposed to call the manager and the manager would get back to me. Nothing. Will not go here again that's for sure. Nothing is ever stocked. They are out of basic items I buy weekly. Store employees can't answer questions about anything ever. Thumbs down.

all the workers at the checkout are old heads and are so rude. It does not say that taking a receipt is mandatory but if you don’t take one they’ll accuse you of stealing. There is no apple pay I hate this store i only go here because it’s cheaper than giant. I hate this store it makes me angry every-time I go here.

Walmart always looks like a bomb went off in it. There is always an issue with parking and Handicap access. The dairy section is never stocked and the store is full of merchandise holes where it is empty. Almost all the registers are closed there were three open on the day of my visit.

The amount of employees standing around is ALWAYS greater than cashiers.
