Love this place. Can’t beat the prices and there’s a decent enough selection for most things. You should go in there knowing its bare bones simplicity is part of the whole concept of lower overhead/cheaper prices. Carry a quarter in your car/pocket if you’d like to use a cart- not hard to do or a lot to ask but it truly cuts down on the ignorant habit of leaving carts in the middle of parking lots. Also good idea to bring reusable bags or pay nominal fee to purchase bags.

I shop here regularly for my groceries, for my kids and myself. The prices cannot be beat, and the customer service is great! I’m a regular and have gotten to know many of the employees, so the familiar faces are always a nice addition to my shopping trips. Only a few times have I gotten bad produce, but they are quick to make it right!

Unprofessional, the cashier looked at me and called me to ring my groceries up when I got to the line a guy rushed pass me to the line when I got to the front one of the cashiers said to me it’s common sense if the guy rushed you. I said “excuse me” he repeated it and I then said you have a good day and I walked and left didn't purchase anything. The cashier was very disrespectful customers are right why would that even be something like that.

What a pleasure shopping in the Haymarket ALDI. It felt like I was shopping in Switzerland. The store was clean, well organized and not crowded. Fruit, vegetables and meats were excellent. I loved the choice of European cheese, and the frozen desserts from Europe.Prices of staples were lower than I've seen anywhere else. I enjoyed shopping there. The only thing I didn't love was the requirement to have a quarter to get a cart. Unnecessary in Haymarket.

Great prices, quality products, and a clean store. Bring your own reusable bag, and a quarter to use the cart. You don't pay to use the cart since you get your quarter back when you return the cart and insert the ejector. It's an easy way to keep the parking lot clear of orphaned carts

One of the best managed locations, produce is always great and of course, full of good deals. The employees are very nice all! I really like shopping here and is my go first place ... Great prices, and great costumer service too.I just have to add they need to get new distributor for their strawberries and the avocados, for months now I get them and 98% of the time they are in bad.

This is Aldi. You have to bring a quarter to get a cart and bring your own shopping bags - Don't worry, you get the quarter back when you put your cart away or you could be a nice person and offer your cart to whomever is walking into the store after you. It's part of the shopping experience. The prices are so good. And a surprisingly the selection isn't bad. They have a super fun aisle full of weird gifts and things. They have a great selection of meats and cheeses. They've got organic fruits and vegetables. We've tried all of their snack type foods and they're all very delicious. Shopping at Aldi is both fun and affordable.

Just needed one pint of ice cream. Got there 3 min to closing but they already locked the doors. Another person just wanted a bottle of water and she said to me while we looked inside "well that's not very nice" as we stared at the cashiers standing there looking at us. Nope it isn't. Not nice at all. We both left sad.

Once in a while, when I don't go to Walmart, I would do my food shopping there. They don't have everything I need but you can get lots of things including some good bread and fresh fruit.

Great addition and option for the local area since both Food Lion and Shoppers Warehouse were driven out. Two things though: charge me anything you want to use a cart, i get it, but for the love of all that's holy, who uses change anymore? And two: parking sucks as bad as it always has here

Aldi is a very different shopping experience from most American chains. You have to bring your own bags, and you have to pay a quarter to get a shopping cart. Most things are in bulk boxes within the store so aesthetics are deemed not important. Their prices are very good but probably no better than Wegmans.

Love aldi! Sometimes the line is long and there’s no one working in the front but I think that’s typical of Aldi’s because they want to save on labor haha. But I love this store! Great selection and unique finds. Just don’t go around 5-6pm unless you are willing to wait in line.

I used to love Aldi and its prices. The selection is not nearly as good as the larger grocery stores of course. I noticed that Aldi’s prices are no longer as good as Walmart or Harris Teater. And, the Haymarket location is quite a bit more expensive than the Manassas location. I only shop here on occasion now. Hours are so limited.

This is a really nice Aldi. Clean, new, and generally not out of stock. Whenever I go after work it doesn't ever seem to be busy. Hard to beat Aldi prices too, and concurrently located. Nice, clean, not crowded, and had pretty good produce compared to the Manassas Aldi.

Many food, fruits, vegetables, drinks and lots of more with reasonable prices, providing better and convenient grocery service for the neighborhood. I love it much more than the previous supermarket in the same site.I believe it will serve better in the new year with more varieties.

Arrive with my son for the 1st time...try to get a cart..they are locked. I'm like what??..then a lady says you need to insert a quarter to unlock a cart. Really? Is this a thing??? Charge me for a cart to buy your product? Clowns! Not going to happen. We left and won't be back.

We were very happy to know that FINALLY Aldi was going to be close to us! Unfairly, the prices in this store are HIGHER than in the stores at Fairfax, Manassas, etc. and they SHOULDN'T be. PLEASE LOWER THE PRICES IN THIS STORE otherwise, most people will stop buying there and you will close soon.

I was looking forward to going into Aldi today to finally be able to shop and look at the store. I was very disappointed when the grocery carts were chained together I didn’t have any change so I proceeded into the store and had to carry what few groceries I was able to buy. The store used to be a Food Lion and today walking in there it looks like they went back and made it look worse than what the Food Lion was it look dirty it looked old and it looked outdated. Probably will not go back. I would much rather go to Wegmans , Harris Teetet or even Walmart yo get groceries.

1st time in any Adli. So disappointing. Looked like a bad farmers market. How can Aldi rip off Kellog's and others in their packaging? No thank you Aldi. The Food Lion it replaced was 100 times nicer. I give it 2 years tops.
