This place is great! Our puppy had his first daycare session today. He was a little nervous when I dropped him off but so happy (and exhausted) when I picked him up. I saw him on the monitors that they have up front before I picked him up and he was so relaxed. Everyone on staff is really nice and seems to love dogs as much as I do!

Our pup got the Spa treatment at A Pup's Valley 4 days ago! Amazing experience! She was so clean and happy when I picked her up. Staff was attentive to both me and our pup; incredibly professional and absolutely loved all over our pup. Looking forward to taking her back in a few weeks!

Everything about A Pups Valley is great! Love the convenience of being able to do daycare before or after grooming! Staff is very attentive and kind, the groomers are knowledgeable and know what they’re doing!

We love A Pup's Valley for all their services. We regularly send our two large dogs to attend Daycare. We also use them occasionally for boarding and grooming services. I also saw they have washtubs for personal use certain times. The dogs are well cared for and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The online reservation system is easy to use which is a plus! Better than the other area dog services we have tried by a mile.

I've heard great things and remain hopeful our next experience will be better. We took our new puppy to be groomed and we got a 'puppy' groom which trimmed face, pads, and her 'girl' parts. While she looked cute and smelled wonderful her nails remained long and we paid $60 (a full groom is $75). Would recommend revisiting the charge. Seemed like a lot of money for a small service

Staff was so friendly and took the time to get to know Gunner and his needs. He has become very attracted to the staff here. I would highly recommend it. We are looking forward to returning as soon as our pup can finally get neutered. Thank you so much for your love and your time for our Gunner.

I spoke to an ignorant person the other day when I called about bringing my sighthounds in. They claim to love all kinds of dogs but that doesn’t appear to be true. I was told that my dogs would not be welcome. Rather than explain they are incapable of dealing with extremely athletic dogs, they told me sighthounds are not pack animals. What?! My pack won’t be recommending this place!!

I am putting this rate for lack of communication and hospitalityThere was an event published and announced on eventbrite for pups for this month, we followed the instruction and register and obtained the tickets and documents so my pup can come and check this place out. Drove about 20 miles for the event and when we walked in the front desk stated that this event is not open for public and though they are published and we have the ticket we cannot come in and bring our pup due to a mistake in communication from their end.They did not even offer to let us see the place for the day what an unprofessional staff in hospitality.

Allie Mae loves A Pup’s Valley. She starts “talking” before we even pull in the parking lot. She loves the staff and the owners always give her lots of love and a special treat before she heads home. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. The staff is great. They love what they do. Friendly, caring awesome dog folks. My Golden-Doodle Tucker gets so excited when he realizes he's going. He's an only dog so this place gives him playtime. He truly loves to hang out with other furry friends from 3 to 6 hours to all day and if needed an overnight stay... I love it because if I need a minute to shop, lunch with friends or something more serious I have a place to take him so while I'm having fun he is too. Truly 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...

I get my labradoodle groomed here. They are excellent groomers and my boy looks so clean and and handsome when I pick him up! I've also recently boarded my puppy for a few days and he had so much fun! He didn't want to leave! I will definitely be using them for every vacation here on out.

We love this doggy daycare and our pup gets so excited to see all of the friends he's made. It's a life saver when my husband and I aren't able to work from home. They allow you to drop off pups day of without reservations if you're in a pinch. Most of the time they have availability, only on rare occasion have we been turned away without a reservation.

We love Dog's Day Out! Our dog has a great time and is always crazy happy when we pull into the parking lot. The facility is very clean and doesn't have the typical kennel smell. The staff is awesome and takes amazing care of all the dogs. Can't recommend enough!!!

AMAZING. My pup is extremely paw sensitive is terrified of getting her nails cut. The staff was great, super sweet, and very calm/loving with her. She had her nails cut in record time with hardly any panic! Soooo happy !

Dog owners beware!!!!!!! We had been concerned about the treatment of our dog, while at Dog's Day Out, for some time. There have been multiple times that I have gone to pick him up, only to find him locked up in a kennel. They claim that he mounts other dogs at times, yet we have never had this issue at the dog park or when playing with friend's dogs. One time, I was told that he was in a kennel because he was the one being mounted. The rationale never made sense. We were beginning to think that he was exhibiting this behavior due to stress while at a Dog's Day Out. A colleague then informed me that she had to remove her two dogs from Dog's Day Out due to the stress that they were experiencing. This morning, as I was in the lobby talking to the owner, I noticed my dog being put in a kennel and every single kennel was occupied by dogs. There were 4 dogs not in kennels and they were being sprayed with water bottles by the owners husband and another boy. My dog did not mount any dog, was not mounted by any other dog, he did absolutely nothing...yet was being punished and locked in a kennel, along with almost every other dog in the large room. The owner then also noticed this and asked me to review the film with her so that we could see what he did to warrant being locked up. As we watched it was clear that he had done nothing. The owner said that it made no sense because my dog did nothing. I am sure that her husband, who was the one to lock my dog up, had no idea that I was still in the lobby watching this all take place. I was always curious as to why they have video cameras in all of the rooms, yet don't allow the dog owners access to the live feed so that we can see what is truly happening...now I know.

Andrea and Jim have created an absolutely INCREDIBLE facility here in Haymarket. I drive all the way from Maryland to board my pup at ADDO - and I couldn’t be happier. They are so passionate about what they do - and it shows! My 2 year old doberman spent this past week playing with his buddies and being loved on by ADDO’s super sweet team!I scooped him up and finished off his fabulous stay by bathing him in one of their well equipped self wash stations! His coat is super shiny, he is so happy and he is EXHAUSTED.The staff is awesome, the facility is super clean and well maintained, the prices and policies are very reasonable and the manner in which they dote on your fur babies is unparalleled... I could seriously go on and on. Can you tell I absolutely love this place?As a small business owner myself, I applaud you for what you’ve created here - in addition to filling a void in much needed QUALITY pet care and providing OUTSTANDING customer service, you are also creating a true sense of community.
