The staff is OVERLOADED and they do an incredible job being compassionate. Just takes a little patience for us the customer, that’s not hard considering all the work they do with them having so much on their shoulders. If I have to wait then I have to wait, I can’t imagine the stress they go through everyday and I hope it gets better for them.

Ever since the Rite Aid across the street closed, the service at Walgreens has been poor. They do not have your prescription ready at the time they say it would be ready. One pharmacist says one thing while another says another thing as to why your medication isnt ready. The line for pharmacy pick up is constantly long and slow. It takes an act of congress to get anyone at the pharmacy to answer the phone. It has definitely gone down hill.

I wish you would find a better way to let people raise money at your store. I was in there. November 16 and I dreaded going in because an organization was raising money in front and don’t get me wrong. I like donating money when I have it but I just recently lost my job I’m working part time I had to pick up a prescription that cost more than I thought and then when I walked out I had to deal with them and I ended up giving them just about my last $20 just because I’m going to lose ones that are too embarrassed to say no

Tried 4 times in one day to get through to pharmacy with no success. Even after speaking with the manager he failed to get me connected. Time to change my pharmacy. Poor customer service.

Scheduled a flu and covid booster on Friday evening for Saturday morning. Website did not confirm appointment. I show up Saturday morning and they have no record of appointment. Time slot is still available. They will not let me get the shots at that time. I have driven 4 miles and get turned away. I will find another drug store to do business

Very friendly cashier, possibly front end manager. Dena I believe was her name she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the Christmas clearance that was a bit confusing for us shoppers. She had no problems at all helping us shoppers..😀 she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service, especially at 9:40pm when they close at 10pm most would have never been so helpful let alone friendly. I would give her 10 stars if there were an option. Keep up the Great work!

I find every time I go to the pharmacy the majority of the staff/ pharmacists are rude and unfriendly. What happened to friendly customer service? I now want to find a local pharmacy where they greet you by name and make you feel like a real person. It's a shame as big as Walgreens is they don't train friendly customer service with all their staff. If I as a customer feel I am getting yelled at and hung up on by a pharmacist because my doctor might have made a mistake in the prescription, that pharmacist should find a new job. Something is wrong here!!

Very rude.... And after 3 years yet again I Was suppose to get a covid test but they were cleaning the dtivethru I was told I Wes not aloud to go in the store because they did not know if I had it well duh seeing as how I need a test and im not about to wait 30 to 40 minutes when I had to drag myself out of bed same as the hospital its disgusting what people are aloud to get away with
